Thank you for your comments.
You are quite Welcome.
Everyone has their specialities, mine is surely not in Law.
Those are a few Videos, that I have taken the time to watch to help with my understanding. Sharing with those with the board who care to watch, though it may take time to post, it is my pleasure.
Again Thank You for your Acknowledgement,

Erie - As explained StrikeForce is Pershing Triple Damages. (Treble Damages)
I hope this may help explain Further.
Although one might want to wait on buying a Lamborghini, based on Litigation Only.
But based on the Projected Revenues (still an unknown, but one can see from the recent interview, they maybe substantial) during second half of the year the PPS will rise accordingly. Therefore, One might begin to visit the Showroom NOW, depending of course the amount of shares one holds.
Treble damages, in United States law, is a term that indicates that a statute permits a court to triple the amount of the actual/compensatory damages to be awarded to a prevailing plaintiff. Treble damages are a multiple of, and not an addition to, actual damages.
Since Vasco is not stating the Truth about knowing of StrikeForce's Patents as far back as 2010 held at the RSA Concerence.
Proof of this is Called " WILLFULL PATENT INFRINGMENT "
StrikeForce's Attorneys just have to prove, Vasco knew of the Patents dating back that far. Which I assume can be done via Witnesses or Email and Phone Records, etc. between the Two after the Conference.
May help some - Stays & IPR Proceedings
I guess Kay should now
Head over to the Price is Right Next !
What an excellent reply...
With the perfect source linked.
Especially nice on your part with what seemingly appeared to be a sarcastic post, with LOL in it 3 times.
Being that the President of CSI and the CEO of ACS are one and the same person, it was fairly obvious reading Penny's last line :
"Why didnt acs sign contract ? "
That is was for Tax Reasons....
$$$$$$ Flashed before my eyes as I read it.
I have owned a Gold equity for about 10 years, where the CEO is invested in about 20 Small Jr. Miners. He has his own Private Financial Arm/Company. His reason for this, is at least two fold, Tax Purposes and Autonomy. Since he does not need to file with the SEC, only the Company he is investing in needs to. Which makes it hard to find out which companies he's invested his Personal wealth in. Through hard DD and time I've been able to uncover 22 so far. I do it because I'm looking for Future Possibilities of M&A with one these companies, and my own Investment Purposes.
As in the past, when he owns 20% or more of a Company he tends to Aquire it. (Grin)
On answering that Post...
Had it been me, I would have replied without providing an answer, at least not yet, and allowed him to paint himself in a corner even further, with the type of and typical response I have come to expect.
It becomes tedious, when one knows the answer to these type of questions/arguments, yet you have to take time to go out and find a Source to backup your reply, constantly.
I do have a question, as to your aka, could you explain how you arrived at it?
Using those two words Lola and Spike together, It seems like owning a Toy Poddle that will attack like a PitBull... Something a person would not suspect as a dog that would attack an Intruder or thief.
Hidden in plain sight. Such as walking with an Umbrella that is in fact really a Stun Gun too!
LolaSpike, on the webinar
Split's post is accurate. Thanks Splithappens.
Just to finish answering your post.
Someone here got word from Mark, that ACS misspoke, they have not Paid SFOR.
In an interview, can't remember which one, Mark had stated after a Major Deal was done, ACS would be Paying at that time.
Lolaspike, I agree with most everything, except
A crude attempt at trying to make a Point
Sorry Bob....
I'm RDY2ROCK Too
Looking forward to the PCI Webinar and ACS's Next Webinar where they go more into Detail on PCI.
The Story maybe unfolding slowly, but it's certainly a Thiller.
I 2nd that emotion.
B_RY - It's nice it posted again !
I have been posting a screenshot of that page since at least early February.
I guess I've been lax in posting it lately, I figured most had seen it by now.
The screenshot is also at 4:30 minutes into the Channel Partner Video I first posted on February 10th.
It has always been great that due to the ACS name it's prominently placed at the Top of List !
Keep up the Great DD.
Sorry Penny, Argument Invaild
Would be nice to get some cheapies
But a PR on a new lawsuit or other PR might not let it happen.
Upcoming PCI Webinar - PCI Dream Team Q&A
Not sure if I've posted this, I had signed up right after the ACS Webinar.

Tell me that in December,
Until then have a Happy Thanksgiving !
Enjoy Posting, but not to me.
Perhaps you don't understand the SFOR Business Model Concept.
I can either go to work for a living to gain Income Directly, or through my Networking contacts get my brother making $30 an hour a Job paying $300 and he pays me THE Salary I was getting. Sure less work for me..
SFOR has only a few employees, they probably Enjoy that and the Work Atmosphere and they outsource all the day to day drudgery Tasks of Marketing, Distribution, Warehouse Product storage, Inventory Management, Network and Cloud Management, etc, for a small percentage they Pay these Companies.
Sure beats dealing with the Headaches and cost of having HR, a 401K Plan, Health Insurance, employees out sick or on maternity leave.
Not to mention a lot less work, the Income still comes in as you Grow the Business is what it's all about.
Not having a huge Building housing dozens of employees, not having to Furnish such a Facilitity, Purchasing Office Equipment, Office supplies and Technology for all these people to use.
Peaceful Serenity amoung Co-Workers/Friends you've known for a decade or two, whom you can Trust and won't not walkout the door with Trade Secects.
So who deF__K cares if they have a SAM or not. It's does not really pertain to the Business Model.
ALL Longs - Careful heartbreakhitman
We would not want to confuse the poor guy discussing Channel Partners and Distribution Partners.. and Government Contractors.
Of course their are people who think just inside the Box and those who look way outside the Narrow Confines of the Box for a soulution.
Maybe we are dealing with a group of Mimes
Many Government Contracts are let to Large DoD Contractors who would be Purchasing StrikeForces Products and need not stickly go through GSA, if GSA doesn't carry it or if a better Soultion is found elsewhere.
Sorry, I do have a wild imagination, or perhaps maybe some knowledge after holding a DoD Clearance for 4 decades.
Ummm ! Wait a minute, Didn't we just see some Large DoD Contractor Contract in the ACS Webinar ? nah probably my imagination running wild. LOL
On the Secure Commications side as SD4 has been discussing, I'm sure in those DoD Phone calls Kay Recieved (thanks SD4) after Pitching the Benefits of all SFOR Products and saying check out our Patent Litigations Kay most likely defered Contracting to one of SFOR Distribution Partners.
Oh there I go hypothesizing again, and should I should leave the Real Thinking to those who profess they know it all, I guess.
Ram_A - Back to your Dime statement
Holy Commissioner Gorden ! The Bat Signal
You might have just as well turned on the Bat Signal ZPAUL !
Elon is Really Boring.
I've been a Musk fan since he Sold PayPal (Elon's Confinity) to Ebay.
Yeah, Elon also infringed on Buck Rogers too, landing a Rocket back on the Earth too ! LOL
How Long has the USAF and NASA been playing with Rockets, and Elon comes along and in 10 Years began Landing one back to Earth on a dime. One has to laugh at the " Superior Intellect" of NASA, Lockheed Martin and Boeing.
Although I see your Point clearly on the Infrigment Theme.
New Transportation Systems were a Hot Item Ticket in the early 70's
like Rands Patent '72 (like Cyber Security & OOB MFA today) .
Walt opened Disney World in Oct '71 with its Monorail System (14 Miles today).
If you have been to Las Vegas since 2005, it's Monorail is designed after Disney's and Utilizes older Disney 6 car Trains (4 miles).
"Good Morning ladies and gentleman, Welcome aboard Walt Disney World's Monarail Train, as we embark upon our trip to the Magic Kingdom" of .......... the World on OOB MFA
Elon's HyperLoop will go slightly faster than Rand's design, on a long run (700 mph). But is based on Rand's Magnetic Levitation.
But it took our 21st Century Genius to Finally impliment it 44 years later.
The HyperLoop is not Elon's next Visonary Project though Z. The man's Mind and begining implementation of Projects runs faster than the HyperLoop. His latest vision is the Boring Company.
I may do a post on Elon later if the powers at be allow it.
I actually gave Elon a Tour on part of the Range Operation Control Center (The ROCC) "Range Safety & Data Processing" shortly after he got to the Cape around 2003. You Launch Nothing without The ROCC & Range Safety.
For when you have Time.
You could see those numbers Doc?
I keep zooming in trying to read them and ended up getting the MS Blue Screen of Death.
NONSENCE WBCTrader - Total Fabrications
Cork,
Excuse me The Cork !
About a year or so a go I found a company, I have to go look it up forgot the Name, that make a special Metal Detector that utilizes special minerals to work. It can be fine tuned for the Mineral your are looking for, a little expensive, and you have to fly out to their Location to be trained on its use before Purchasing.
It has a Much Greater Range than your average Metal Detector too. Yeah if I remember it cost around $2500. But considering what you are looking for on the beaches down here well worth it.
As you can see, I like to have a little fun in my posts, not unlike ole JD. Stock boards have their problems with Shorters those with an agenda, etc. JD adds something to break the monotony over the everyday typical Posts, News and Informational articles on Gold. And you might just learn something new and useful stuff too from the added content and Videos, not to mention some excellent quality GraveYard Shift Videos at the same time.
I have not posted often here, but have been in PM equities since around 2005. And busy with my own boards on another Bat Channel. But drop in to keep tabs on the board here.
Thanks for the reply, glad you enjoyed the half off topic post on Gold Metal Detecting on the babes, err I mean the Beach, Videos.
I would put up some Videos of where I use to hang out on the beach at certain times of the year since you liked Coconuts, but I would not want to corupt "clean minds". Wait a minute, What am I saying.........
49'er
That's what I call Vintage Solid Gold !
Great Articles, enriched with Commercial Breaks too.
But looks Vaguely Familiar with a Touch of JD Flair.
Could be just a little better though, if you provided a good Cup of Coffee......
Great Cous
The Gold 49'er knows where to Prospect not Ga.
Yes siree, this old 49'er knows where to find Gold, and I ain't traveling to Georgia and digging around that Red Clay to find it, no siree, this old 49'er would rather have fun, enjoy the Sights while he's digging fer his Gold, Yep, them thar pretty sights are everywhere I look, sweet looking things, Uhmm Uhmm real Sweet.
All Gold is not on Land and in Streams Stinky_Pinky
Just 50 miles down the east coast from my home lies Sebastian Inlet where I use to go Surfing on ocassion when in Jr. High & High School.
I since then went around a few times and came back to the Space Coast in 1990 and beagn working at the Kennedy Space Center.
I live on the Space Coast, but down there in Sabastian, its called the Treasure Coast and not because its such a nice area to live it's a Treasure.
Come and listen to my story of a man named Jed.....Opps Wrong Gold..
Besides the Videos Below, I found a Treasure Trove of Silver right here on the Space Coast, Land of Space Shuttles & Rockets if you'd like to hear about that PM me..
Your Business
Didn't have Major Deals coming with McAffee and INTEL, etc., etc. coming either.
You can throw
The word solvent a round all you want, you have no idea what deals were already underway at the Shareholder meeting, giving oneself a Raise knowing what's coming down the pike is not out of line. Especially when they didn't take a salary for a Couple of years.
And in the case of Mark already having put $2M in the company.
ALL - $150K a Year Ram, Mark, George
Thanks Ram_A for keeping multivalue straight on a Year not per Month.
IMO $150K for StrikeForce Management is a Bargin:
All receive $150K.
The Average Engineer makes $60K - $86K a Year.
In Ram Pemmaraju's Case take in to account his Previous Education and Work History. The Fact the only reason the Company Exists, is due to his Forward Thinking and employment history and he has Developed and Patented, way in advance of the need for and Most of the Standards Bodies, Business/Industry are calling OOB MFA a Standard.
It's almost as Critical to the Internet as the requirement for High Speed Bandwidth.
He spent 9 years as Chief Architect at Bell Labs.
He started and sold his own Computer Security Company call Computer Security Systems and the Co-Founder of StrikeForce with George Waller.
Does anyone Remember how Infamous Bell Labs was?
AT&T SPUN it off as Lucient technologies in 2006. If you don't know about BelL Laboratories, Read what they did through the Decades.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bell_Labs
And the Ram Pemmaraju is only making $150K a year ?
Pin a Medal on him..
Kay's not just merely any CEO, running a small Company.
Mark Kay was the Chief Operating Officer, Managing Director and rose to Chief Information Officer of JP Morgan for 26 Years.
Which is unquestionably one of the Most Presigious Financial Institutions in the World.
Mark is a Regognized Expert in Proprietary Trade, GlobaL Custody Services and Cash Management including Money Transfer and Demand Deposit. Which is at the Heart of Today's Data Breaches.
That Amount of CIO prior Experience, Including Currently still in Tune with the today's Bleeding Edge Technology in Networking, Enterprise and the Cloud. $150K ??? With $2M of his own Money in StrikeForce ?
Pin a Medal on him !
See the table below for what the Compensation is for JP Morgan Execs.
For Georges Background Listen to the Video at 3:00 it goes over everyone's background.
Listen to the Whole Video as Steven Cooper Chairman of StrikeForce's Advisory Board speaks.,
Read this closely:
The Former Homeland Security and CIO of the Dept of Commerce in charge of all of IT Enterprise Systems and again is Chairman of SFOR's Advisory Board .
His position and Knowledge are as Follows:
Mr Cooper was appointed the Chief Information Officer of the Dept of Commerce and serves as the principal advisor to Commerce's 12 Agencies, CIO's and the Deputy Secretary .
He also leads the development and implementation of Departments Enterprise Wide Information Technology Strategy and Operations, oversees the building and Operation of a Robust Enterprise IT Security Risk Program and serves as an advisor on Missioning Business IT Services.
He left the Dept. In Jan 2017, wonder what he's been doing the past 4 months..???
I know knowing of the kind.
"They aren't buying" I would hardly think
FYI - A touch off base
Kay stated in an Email he is not looking for a buy now, about two years down the road.
Has everything to with Patent '698
And the question Jtech asked.

All - Not saying it is, but
To make it simple,
And kinda fooling around. But the way I read it.
Consider patenting the game of bowling.
And the the Ball hits the pins You may knock down all the pins. That's a Strike.
How many variations or combinations of pins left standing are there ?
Need I describe and illustrate each one ?
Or do you get the concept that there are multiple combinations and Mulifactors that can effect how the ball hits the Pins.
If your foot crosses the Foul line, you are infringing upon the Bowling Lane and you receive no score.
That's ashame
Besides a great place to camp, with panning for gold, it looks like such a great area with lots of of rivers in the area, what's happened to America, errr California?
Golly gee Wally it's not 1960 any more.
Perhaps camping and panning a little further east on the North Side of Lake Tahoe, near Incline Village, near the Ponderosa Ranch where the Cartwrights would be on top of such events. We need a hero, two or 3.
Or even around Reno.
No matter where, it's all beautiful Country in east California and western Nevada. Although I enjoy living in Florida, I travel often as it's so Flat, you have to travel north to the Blue Ridge Mountains to have any view near so spectacular. We have a Hurricane once in the while, but no fear of mother earth getting tired of what happening to California and having a fit producing a massive earthquake and creating Beachfort property in Nevada.
I lived in Fairfield a few years when young, fly out for visits to see a friend in Altadena once in a while, but mostly we meet in Las Vegas, on firm ground. LOL.
I'm sure McEwen wouldn't mind if you went camping on some of the Acreage and Abandoned mines he Accumulated when Creating U.S. Gold.
Keep Prospecting in California, much more Beautiful Country.
McEwen owns all the Orange
