That was me.
What does the hump look like to get over and into the 3's?
Definitely being held down for something coming. Aug 5?
Are try trying to run this in to the ground?
So maybe a scamper up on Friday?
13g filed.
Trading sideways. Great indicator of a pop up or down. Roll the dice!
Only rule of these pennies, regardless of dilution, reverses, etc: what goes up will come down, what goes down will go up.... Until suspension.
Suspension/out of bizz is really all you need to worry about.
Roger that!
Isn't that how intel started in1962?
It is to me. Do not recall a Beverly hills address.
More than they care to lose? Isn't that rule number 1?
Thank you!! Too
Bulls make money, Bears make money.
Oh, I'm not looking for someone to tell me if I'm write or wrong.
Depends on the valuation of the ability to sell product overseas. You have x amount of common shares, x amount of perf A shares, and x amount of perf B shares.
A 50 million $ buyout could net 5 cents in just a rough common share calculation. Add in the preferred balance it could be 1-3 cents to the common shares. - assuming a 50 million buyout. This is also before any debt is replayed, outstanding notes not converted to common.
My guess is, with a buyout on the horizon, the debtors will convert some of the notes to common stock - on a bet of the buyout or to play a pop from the CE certification. This is probably why you see the "dilution" monkey all over this board. I fully expect to see all 950 million shares sold to the market before news drops of the CE or buyout.
If there's a buyout or merger, why reverse. It doesn't change the value of your stake in the company. It is only when they raise the a/s after a reverse. I don't see any of this happening until well after August and we then know whether or not the CE mark was attained and/or a buyout/partnership is tangible.
Yes, but why Colorado? That is the real question. There are plenty of other states that provide incentives.
If it is a buyout, don't be surprised if there is a quiet period for 60 days. Usually there is a mandatory quiet time between both company's while the paperwork is completed, as not to over or under inflate valuation.
I'm betting a buyout or partnership. Otherwise, why the big push to become current with filings? I also wouldn't put out the idea of a military contract for telecoms. Denver is the ideal location for the telecom industry (dish, direct tv, leap wireless, quest). Plus there are plenty of military bases between Buckley Airforce base, NORAD, Wyoming missile command, Airforce academy, and the huge army installation at Colorado springs. So a contract with telecoms may be in the works with the govt.
I do know google is looking to turn YouTube into a pandora like experience, so their tech may be in demand there.
If 5G network interface is going to move forward that could open doors with AT&T or VZ. Assuming the tech doesn't involve a complete overhaul of their network. One is on CDMA the other GSM so there are challenges unique to each. TCPS would need to prove that there is flexibility across bands. Also, as the FCC continues to mandate narrow-banding of the spectrum, 6G may be the thing to evolve.
Like what? Partnership? New technology pathway? Buyout by AT&T? Google? Contracts for govt telecoms development?
There is a reason Boston is #1 for biomedical research, hospitals, and healthcare services.
Nice try.
They are next to mass inst of tech (MIT). There are many high tech and biomedical firms tapping MIT knowledge. This part of campus is undergoing huge private expansion. From my office I can count 5 active cranes near MIT building new office space. MIT is attracting cutting edge innovative firms actively reshaping the medical community.
Needless to say this company is a very nice connection with SNDY.
However, due to traffic and the poor planning here, it takes about an hour to drive it. I live and work in Cambridge.
Who wears a watch anymore?
Anyone else getting the theme to Beverly Hills cop in their heads??
Well hello 3's, I've missed you... Have you met my friend 4's?
Ask apple? Maybe the spend more on R&D than supply chain. You buy technology not supply chain.
The day after a 98% run on just 2 trading hours, on a slow Friday in the middle of summer - what did you really think was going to happen here today? Don't quit your day job.
Apple is buying technology?
I'm waiting for the "repent and yee shall be saved" sermon next.
GE is investing 3.5 Billion into additive manufacturing tech aka 3Dprinting jet engine parts. That is roughly $8/share worth of SGLB. Dang...
That's called treasury stock. Every company does that.
Got to bring that RSI back down so it's more appetizing.
I've seen this before. It usually picks up with big buyers in a couple of hours. Great for flippers. Bad for anyone running to the dock to get on the boat.
Volume!
Ge earnings beat, SGLB hope had a big hand in that.
Price target: $2.50
Another delicious day.
Ha! I see what ya did there.
