Just wondering, what are the restrictions that you're talking about?
That deal really doesn't affect you directly, more so indirectly because it'd be used to pay off creditors ahead of you. However, these lawsuits may be a good thing in that it may get more eyes back on lehman and sends a message not to F with shareholders since there will be backlash (even though they are former archstone shareholders).
Has to be some kind of recourse, no?
He got a bit wacko towards the latter part of his time here.
The trustee winding down Lehman Brothers Inc. wants to add $15.2 billion to a fund to pay customers of the failed brokerage, bringing them closer to recovering all of what they are owed

Zilch, zero, nada. Just someone's crazed fantasy that won't materialize.
It's to pay the liquidating trust, not to pay Kosturos himself. Misleading statement.
Toogood just did a total 180.
You didn't take this into account beforehand? What suddenly got you to do so?
Wait, didn't you say for a long time that there was around 40 some odd billion left in excess assets? What changed?
Great, what did you do this time?
Where's Toogood to look at the balance sheet?
I forget, white collar crime dealing with misleading investors. Check reality2's old posts, he had the story somewhere in there.
I don't have the link handy but reality2 provided details about one of the BOD members being investigated or arrested for this same pump and dump scheme. That should tell you something.
If you believe that, you're the most gullible person on this earth. Ask reality2, he'll tell you about this.
The BOD, officers, management that screwed us.
Toogood, what was the big commotion about today? Do you still feel good about the preferreds in the one big share? Thanks.
I don't get what's interesting about these posts.
Hope they rot.
Toogood, if you don't mind me asking, are you in the financial industry?
So there won't be an ongoing concern, thus no discharge of debtor?
Excess? Not distributable asset?
One question, what the heck is up with the "go figures"? What's that supposed to mean?
That's kind of like the PJ Solomon situation. They didn't do much of anything either.
Let's hope it's not the latter.
Oh ok. The preferreds and common in the one share are included in this, yes?
Just to be clear, when you speak of OBS, you mean ONE BIG SHARE right?
So what are you trying to say? Bad play?
toogood, why would seniors settle on an amount in the POR and all the while, there's billions in residual value? Thanks.
toogood, do you feel good about the OBS?
Just received the circular 230 from Scottrade. Not sure what it means exactly for us.
What does "hmmm" mean?
Thanks guster. I'm a bit confused. Did the OBS get notices or was it the other securities?
Cat, I had J's. Is the cusip for that the OBS 525ESC711?
So you sent it to the computershare address. Thanks for your reply.
Jersey, what address did you send it to?
So even if we hold shares in a brokerage acct., send in the W-9 anyways? Is there anything else to send in besides that? Also, what address are we sending it to? The compushare one? Thanks.
Hmm..that's interesting.
So were not receiving anything, it's just SOP? EOM
No volume at all.
