Woops I did something wrong haha my b... my excel did something weird. so Sumation of x^2 is different the real increase as a proportion to revenue is 2% so for every dollar they get in revenue they have to spend 2.02 dollars. hahaha wow that changes things. But not the status of the sell order lol.
47 percent as a percentage of revenue. X = revenue Data table X1:1941 X2:202 X3:2886 X4:178 Y = Operating expenses Y1:229 Y2:318 Y3:569 Y4:332 SigmaXY=2209955 Xbar=1301.75 Ybar=362 Sumation of x=5207 N-1=3 (data population variable)
Correlation equation = (5207-(3*1301.75*362))/((5207^2)-(3*1301.75))=.4709 (about 47%)

You can call Munz and find out if it is true, 415-861-3421 I am going to be able to call him later today, but you can go ahead now if you want. It will be good to verify the information from the source.
Sorry there was a typo, for every 1 dollar increase in revenue year over year they spend 47 dollars. Not a good business model.
For every additional dollar they make they lose four. It is a dumb investment and will never make it to the million dollar market cap. Plus they are about to dilute the hell out of you. 1.5 authorized share increase to 5 billion shares increase. Then they have four 8-k filings in the past 12 months. They are so screwed as a company.
I am just saying that there is absolutely no way this company is going to increase its profits and stay in business. You may be able to flip in the short short term based off of peoples emotions, but that will not last long. I would be surprised if it made it to .0003 for over 100 million shares.
Their Gross Margin is terrible and until they can get their COGS under control they are just going to take your money and throw it away. Plus their operating expenses are increasing 48% year over year.
Their rate of growth per quarter is .0001 according to their financials.... that is aweful. Not to mention that they will never seem to have an increase in their Gross Margin, surely not enough to cover their fixed cost.
Wow their income was only 176 thousand last quarter and has been decreasing consistantly. I am bearish on this one. Even though it is a trip zero.
Does that mean it will be all stock or are they going to use cash from the investor?
That is what rich california girls will do to a town when they want to go to the number 1 party school in america.
I am going to call munz here later today and after market closing. Ill update everyone on my findings.
Exactly, an example of the merger agreement needing share would be if the potential merger comapany wants cash or anything of that sort they would need money. In total we have seen $12,600 come out of two days of trading from Non-Retail share exchanges. We will probably see more tomorrow is my guess. It could be the $38,000 worth of shares that we saw a while back. They were supposed to do that within this time frame.
I dont think this is a scam. However they are diluting. The dilution is the 9 million shares meeting the bid. It is probably getting cash for a merger agreement. When it stops we should see the agreement. So far we have only seen 90 million shares diluted. Out of 6 billion shares an increase of 90 million only decrease estimated current valuation of the company of 3 million dollars to .0005. IMO after a merger we should see over .001
I agree those trades were people meeting a bid ask. So that definitely could be someone trying to cover. It is also in line with the short volume.
Haha no I ment they will stop diluting after becoming net positive in operating income.
Any news from munz yet?
This has no bearing on my post.... I don't know what you are trying to say. The company needs cash, and they are using the issuance of common stock to get more cash. (otherwise known as dilution) With that they continue operations. If they have no cash then they go bankrupt.
What you are saying about losses in the company is called rolling it forward. The advantage of rolling forward losses is that when you end up net profit, you can write off past losses as an expense.
I also don't know what you mean as the dynamics of a penny stock, every publicly traded company is subject to the same regulation and accounting practices as the next. Otherwise they would be taken off the publicly traded market by the SEC or frozen until they meet GAAP standards.
Chart Analysis for any of the statistical information to be relevant must have certain constants. The main constant is outstanding shares. Mainly because outstanding shares reflect how many shares have been issued. That reflects market cap which reflects how much the company is worth. Now chart analysis helps you determine where the pps is going to go in the pps. If you don't have set base number then market cap cannot accurately be determined thus pps cannot be determined. Hence chart analysis goes out the window.
When there is dilution going on all chart analysis goes out the window... Chart Analysis works when you have a stable number of O/S and the fact is we do not and will not until the sec filing.
There may be a short bust but then VFIN will slap the ask and bring in more cash. The chart doesn't say that but that is why we have not gone over .0034 since mid June. Probably have two more months of this unless volume picks up. Dilution will end mid august when additional revenue comes in. IMO
Tech news co reports for cnet right?
Dear Creative Edge Nutrition Shareholders,
We have received a number of inquiries regarding Creative Edge and its current share price. We would more then be happy to provide you with any and all updates, but unfortunately the company has not paid us as their IR firm for now going on the second month, and thus as of now are not working and assisting them in their shareholder communications. We have made numerous attempts to work out this matter but without any reply from the company themselves.
We hope to be able to work out some past balances as we have already put our name and efforts behind this company for such a long time, and still believe the company to be trading way below its true value. If you have any inquiries you may want to forward them to the company themselves. Thank you for your understanding.

I got an email from their pr rep firm... they have not been paid by creative edge for a while and they are discontinuing service until they get paid. Something fishey is going on here. Ill post full email in a few
Yeah that was done a while ago... The current pps definitely is undervalued.
Did munz give you a time frame?
Anyone else see the 20 million shares on the level 2 at .0001? I think that is the short trying to cover.
That is a very large jump and not imo going to be one that last. Pps should settle around .0014 once all is said and done, if share structure stays the same.
Imo depending on the other companies this stock could jump to .0024
Hmmm... this could be a merger or the establishment of a holding company. If their is a share adjustment structure adjustment that would explain the mm drop off today.
I am long on this guy for sure... I just don't think that it has bottomed out yet. If I were them I would dilute before the next quarter so I would have cash on hand, not a week before I need it.
Can you send me a link because their definitive statement says otherwise
Is ecdc going to jump or do you think they will dilute to cover growth expenses. They did just increase a/s to 2 billion.
I called him last week he said the same thing to me.
We are all expecting news lol.
No its only about 73 million that are shorted, there is 2 billion float. Still with the amount of shorts there are, (most bought at .0004 and .0005) if we hit our resistance 2 maybe pass it, they will try to cover before any major losses. This will drive up the price in the short term. IMO with a good pr release here in the next day or so we should see a massive, but short term spike in the price.
Wasn't 65% of that volume short orders though?
Actually I wish this could go faster. Its the opposite of dilution.
Down the up, buy low sell high bro
This is crazy support at .0003 though! I have an order at .0002 that I want filled
Nice!
They took the caffeine out of them now! Why the hell are you still drinking those?
Yeah in fact quite the opposite!
