Just hope regulatory bods dont just ignore what documents are brought MSX management brings to the table so they dont have to deal with the abx headache!!! Time will tell i supose

This i can confirm that Jorge pulled title out of his case and although i do not read spanish i do believe it was title as Jorge seemed to be a straight up guy that shoots from the hip and i dont believe for a minute that it was just done up with random stamps that he made up

If msx has ownership title for said land in Chile with 18 million oz of gold in it, I as CEO of msx would be contacting a PR firm with roughly $20k downpayment because these folks actually have connections and would grasp the attention of the market through many media avenues which would really put pressure on barrick but it seems that press releases are the less expensive and effective avenue BJ chooses to use, very unfortunate he cant get his head around 1970 marketing strategies to say the least

It is in my honest opinion Jorge that bcsc, osc, sec and other governing bods will unfortunately prbably continue to protect their friends at barrick and whatever Brent and Co bring to the table will probably just be ignored...payouts...ect...i believe the only way to get this done is of 2 avenues
1. Brent waives arrest warrents issued from the Chilean Government for Fraud

2. Barrick is sued by MSX in Canada and a long drawn out circus begins and me being in my 40's will be long dead before victory is witnessed by MSX

Tibby, I agree as well, but I was also at the AGM in Vancouver in January, dont know if you were, Jorge pulled out title and showed me and others, although in Spanish you either trust he has it or does not have it.

Also, here is a good question that I would like feedback on

What are the chances of barrick saying once the agreement is done saying "yes MSX and Jorge do own Pascua, our pascua lama project was over there and had nothing to do with that land"?

Also, is it possible that barrick can also say something like "It was our subsiduaries in Chile that did all this, we were told the land was there not there?

I have talked on the phone with Barrick about 4 months ago asking about this pascua lama thing, they told me more then once and through email that their position is the same on pascua lama and nothing has changed, Could it be that ABX's pascua lama project is just on the Argentine side of the border? OR is this type of thought right out to lunch?

I appologize Jorge, I thought thats what you were refering to, however, I does amaze me that should BJ and MSX have VERY true and harsh evidence that abx cooked the books and has stolen from me and many others it BURNS me to stand by and watch such as I have been imprisoned in my own Country, it is too bad that Canada is set up to allow big corporations to do as they wish and manipulate people and threaten and the like...

This has to STOP immediately and I just think that in my own head if I were MSX and had the dirt on abx at LAW, I would tell the regulators to pound salt and nitrates from abx's claims and put out the news hard and fast and watch a huge folding at various angles

When the press become aware of this along with the public,

TSX, BCSC, OSC, and whomever else in the regulating world MUST put the strangle hold on abx or you just tell them, hey, if you do nothing now, you will be in court yourself for protecting the lyers at abx


I do like what Tibby illuded to regarding many organizations have been notified who invest in barrick and hopefully I and all other investors along with You will soon have a smile on our faces as we watch abx fold at law because I do believe they at abx will be able to buy more time here or there I also believe they are running short of options to keep their head breathing pieces (nose and mouth) above water

Why not just put the news out there to the Public and ignore the regulators and when the Public SEE the overwhelming evidence of Fraud and the like on ABX then it will be time for all parties to answer questions, think of it like this.

If MSX puts the dirt out on abx and the public start freaking out and barrick must then answer questions perhaps this story will go viral.

I see nothing came out yesterday, suppose Captain Johnson and crowd must still be translating the information and perhaps having it written into a proper press release from a qualified english teacher or something to that effect.

I would rather MSX put all their ducks in a row, have money for backing a nasty lawsuit that will have to happen in North America because I would think the ABX will be draining the MSX pockets wherever they at ABX can.

Say something about Juneau and they will put out bad stuff against it regarding the inability to get anything rolling to help with cashflow to MSX. Or any other projects for that matter

I could be wrong but I hope for investors sake, MSX does not just randomly continue to put our PRs that do nothing.

Interesting to say the least, barrick and Jorge cannot both own the same claims and from their statements today and the PR from MSX from yesterday tells me there is going to have to be a shelling from the MSX side very quickly toward abx to put them in their place and start answering questions to regulators so get the pvr's warmed up I say
