Tibby, I agree as well, but I was also at the AGM in Vancouver in January, dont know if you were, Jorge pulled out title and showed me and others, although in Spanish you either trust he has it or does not have it.
Also, here is a good question that I would like feedback on
What are the chances of barrick saying once the agreement is done saying "yes MSX and Jorge do own Pascua, our pascua lama project was over there and had nothing to do with that land"?
Also, is it possible that barrick can also say something like "It was our subsiduaries in Chile that did all this, we were told the land was there not there?
I have talked on the phone with Barrick about 4 months ago asking about this pascua lama thing, they told me more then once and through email that their position is the same on pascua lama and nothing has changed, Could it be that ABX's pascua lama project is just on the Argentine side of the border? OR is this type of thought right out to lunch?
