According to Wikipedia (see link), if you scroll down to Authenticity, it states that Thomas Konkade is one of the most counterfeited artist today. And Eddie Vakser wants you to believe he's got the originals worth $66 million. Hysterical.

Better to invest with a proven winner, not with old ACYD management. Not someone who makes lots of "mistakes" as you say. You don't think ACYD could have found someone with a proven track record to run ACYD? Someone who wasn't a convicted felon and someone who hasn't gone bankrupt? In my opinion, it wouldn't have been difficult to find someone with a clean criminal record, clean financial record, and a record of success running a technology company. Instead old management is back. The reverse merger was more like a bait and switch. Out with the real estate, in with the wifi. New horse, same cowboys.
And Mitch's felony conviction? Is that smart business too? Just funny that his wife was found guilty of fraud in another case too. Like 2 peas in a pod. Don't know about other people but you would need blinders not to see a disturbing pattern.
I was aware that ACYD's new CEO Mitch Freifeld has a felony conviction for financial fraud, but I didn't realize that Mr. Freifeld and his wife also filed for bankruptcy. In a separate case dated April 28th brought against Mr. Freifeld of the mortgage fraud case against her, (see the bottom of page 4 in the link provided) it states that Mitch and Gloria Freifeld were defendants in a bankruptcy listing Mitch as a bankruptcy defendant. So the question is, if Mitch Freifeld is as successful as people constantly tout....in addition to his felony fraud conviction, why did ACYD's new CEO also file for bankruptcy?

I liked TDEY's most recent cash flow statement, from June 2013…..show's $0 cash in the bank. Cracks me up. And Clark's talking about TV Networks…..really funny.

Businessman of the Year? Does it still count after this?

Hey....if you think a convicted fraud artist on his resume is a good prerequisite for the job, then good luck to you.
If Mitch just had a DUI or something minor on his record, it would be easy to give him a pass. But being a convicted felon, and a conviction for fraud isn't someone I would give my money to. Because once a cheat, always a cheat IMO.
Because my research is good. It is indeed the very same Mitch Freifeld. Not only does Mitch have a felony but it seems his wife has gotten herself in trouble too. Seems Mitch and his wife are quite the fraud team.

Since CEO Mitch Freifeld is a convicted felon, and convicted for fraud, peeps are still comfortable giving Mitch their money?
Yes. ACYD's new CEO Mitch Freifeld has a felony conviction for fraud.
http://www.nationalmortgagenews.com/msn_issues/10_7/-443213-1.html
Now, didn't the company have an obligation to disclose this information to shareholders? Kind of conveniently left that out didn't they? Don't know about you but I would never give my hard earned money to a company run by a convicted fraudster.
Is it true Mitch Freifeld has a felony conviction for fraud?
I was curious about this post. This was an interesting opinion you had on Mitch.

I can blow up the picture of Wialan's factory for you because I have the original. If you need a bigger picture, here it is... Like I said, it just didn't appear to be a company worth nearly $100 million because nothing was being made. I think some people have been blowing a lot of smoke. All in my opinion.
[img][/img]
Here is a picture of Wialan's assembly facility. Now before anyone accuses me of photoshopping the picture or otherwise altering it, I did admittedly remove 2 logo's that were visible on the white boxes or envelopes that are sitting on the first table past the conference room chairs. I certainly wouldn't want to be accused of posting trade secrets or some other kind of sensitive information and so those 2 logo's that were visible on the table were whited out in consideration of the company's privacy. Just wanted to let people know upfront that the logo's were removed. Now, I know everybody likes good D&D so I thought people would like a look, and I put this up so everyone can see what I saw at Wialan's "factory" in Sunrise, Florida. Wialan's office/factory is a few hundred yards from the Everglades. Ironic that one of the world's biggest swamps is about a 5 minute walk straight West out Wialan's front door. Just ironic I thought. Anyways Wialan's office/factory is in my estimation, about the size of a 5 car garage with a high ceiling and big door in back. Didn't see anything there that was in the process of being assembled. Just stacks of paper on the assembly tables, almost looking more like a envelope stuffing company than a electronics factory. The place looked totally idle in the middle of the day, no employees at all and between the office and factory there was just 1 guy in the whole place. No secretaries, no receptionist, no sales people, no engineers, no telephones, nobody but 1 dude, some desks, tables and 3 PC's. It did strike me as odd that I didn't see that the company had an actual telephone there and was wondering, does ACYD actually operate just using cellphones or something? Very weird. Anyway I couldn't help but wonder, why is Wialan's main factory empty in the middle of a workday? Boxes on shelves but kind of a disorganized mess in my opinion. Unfortunately, it just didn't look like Wialan was a company that was really worth over $98 million dollars. While Wialan "factory" is real as you can see, at .039/share, it sure didn't look like a company that should be valued now at over $98 million dollars. They say a picture is worth a thousand words and I tried to describe the place the best I could. But with this picture, you can see why I wasn't very impressed during my factory tour. People can check this out and draw their own conclusions. Like I said, a picture is worth a thousand words.
Considering what I saw on my Wialan visit, and considering ACYD's current valuation of over $98 million dollars, it's just my opinion that this company isn't really worth anything close to $98 million. It's my opinion that if people actually saw the Wialan's operations, they'd be hard pressed valuing it at $5 million, let alone a company currently valued near $100 million. But then people can draw their own conclusions. Just never convince me it's worth anything remotely closed to it's current $98 million dollar valuation. You could argue Wialan is worth $5 million but valuing Wialan now at over $98 million is laughable in my opinion. Does this look like a $98 million dollar company? Not to me it doesn't. A $5 million dollar company maybe, a $98 million dollar company like it's valued now, absolutely hilarious.
I have fair value at about .006/share. With 2,533,333,333 shares outstanding, a .006/share price values ACYD at a little over $15 million dollars. Still a huge number for a company that has no publicly available financials, and what appeared to be no orders being assembled at their assembly facility. When you visit Wialan and examine the place, you'd be extremely hard pressed to argue it's worth even $15 million. The current valuation is just absurd IMO.
Just don't understand how ACYD is even trading at .01 let alone .04. Because even at .01/share ACYD has a valuation of over $25 million dollars. Because after visiting Wialan, no way IMO is ACYD worth $25 million. In my honest opinion, ACYD is a sub penny at most.
Don't know who the guy was who gave me the tour of Wialan. He had a spanish accent. Just don't recall a name.
Well, if you really talked to the manufacturing and assembly manager of Wialan, and he told you that, he's wrong. Because I was inside and the day I was inside, nothing was being manufactured. Now perhaps on some days they are assembling, but the day I was there nobody but 1 person was there. So I guess whoever told you this doesn't really know what they're talking about.
Yep. I went to Wialan's corporate headquarters and assembly facility. I explained it all in previous posts. The office was pretty bare. A long card table with a PC on it, a desk with a PC on it, in the next room there was a conference table and chairs, a and desk in the corner with a PC. Didn't even look like they had a telephone. There were nobody there but 1 guy. When I looked at their assembly area, it was I'd guess, 25 X 50 with another conference table, a bathroom to the right, orange industrial shelving on the walls left and right, with tables set up in the middle for assembly. But when I was there in the middle of the afternoon on a Tuesday I believe, there was just 1 person there and no other workers. There was nothing being assembled during my visit either. Just thought it was strange that in the middle of the afternoon on a workday and just 1 person there. Didn't see any paperwork anywhere either. Frankly it didn't look like much of anything was really going on there. I would have been more bullish on ACYD had I gone there and saw a busy operation but frankly just the opposite was true.
After visiting Wialan's main location, I'm hard pressed to see how Wialan is trading over .01/share. With 2,533,333,333 shares outstanding, even at .01/share Wialan has a valution of over $25 million dollars. Visit Wialan and you'd come away thinking that this company isn't worth anything close to .01/share because no way it's worth $25 million.
When I visited Wialan in Sunrise, Florida a few weeks ago, the place was empty. I told people here about my visit and how the office was empty besides a long card table with a PC, 1 desk with a PC....in another room there was a conference table and chairs and another desk in the corner with a PC. No secretaries, no receptionisit, no employees except 1 guy in the whole place. When I looked at the assembly area in back there wasn't anything being assembled. Just shelving on both walls with paperboard boxes. On the plus side Wialan does have a small offfice and assembly facility, on the negative side it didn't look like they had any orders or employees.
When ACYD insiders have mugshots, it's not a positive indicator.

Found this mugshot of John Folger (link provided) and this article from the Tampa Bay Times about him. Not exactly complementary. Is John still one of ACYD's largest shareholders? Because it seems if he's still a major ACYD shareholder, he could use the money. If he is still one of ACYD's largest shareholders, don't know if I'd want him as a partner.

I went through Wialan's assembly operation in Sunrise Florida located at
10273 NW 46th Street
Sunrise, Florida
And the earlier photo I posted from their assembly operation was in fact their assembly facility. And that's my point. When I went inside the office was almost bare. As I said it just had a long card table with a PC and a plain desk with a PC. Didn't even see a telephone. To the left of the room you first enter into, there is a small conference room that had a conference table and another desk in the corner with a PC. Walk back into the assembly area and there sits another conference table and chair's, orange shelving against the walls left to right with cardboard boxes on them, and some tables in the middle for assembly. But as I said I didn't see anything under assembly there. Nobody but just 1 dude in the whole place. Just weird that you walk into Wialan's assembly and nothing is being assembled and there weren't any workers there or anyone else but 1 person. I guess maybe I'd be more bullish had I walked in and saw something actually being assembled by workers but there wasn't anything I saw under assembly. So while they may have assembled stuff there it just didn't look like they had any orders when I dropped in. Now had I walked in and saw some actual work being done, like building access points, then maybe I'd be more bullish. But without any assemblers assembling equipment, it just didn't look like they had any orders going.
Look, if you think that business card of Wialan's is photoshopped and you think the photo of Wialan's main office is photoshopped, you can believe whatever you want. But I'm sure there are other people here that were at the boat show and who also probably got business cards. I didn't photoshop the Wialan's office photo or the business card and I'm sure others people at the boat show got Wialan's business card too and others who have been to Wialan's office know the photo's are real. The card is a little different than a normal business card because it's not printed on paper, it's printed on plastic. So if you think Wialan's office photo and business card photo's are fakes, believe whatever you want to believe.
That is some other address you just put up. I put up the Wialan's main corporate location from it's own business filings. The address of Wialan's main location is,
10273 NW 46th Street
Sunrise, FL 33351
You can even confirm the above address is correct by looking at Wialan's own corporate filings with OTCmarkets...link below.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ACYD/company-info
This photo is Wialan's main location. Don't know about that other address you listed.
Why not put family on the payroll? That way families can make more money.
I'm just saying and I understand it's a new company. They may have spent years on R&D and have a working business model and yes companies have to start someplace. It's just I left Wialan's main office/factory and I was really surprised because it didn't look like anything was really happening there. Just weird that the office was so bare, nobody but 1 dude was in the whole place, and it didn't even appear they had an office phone. I also thought it was weird that I didn't see any people or WiFi systems being made in the tiny factory. Yeah I know companies have to start somewhere and HP and Apple were started in garages. That's pretty much what the size of Wialan's factory was....about the size of 2 garages but with a high ceiling. Just didn't look like anything was really going on there. And that's why when looking at it, I was hard pressed to believe the company was worth even 1 million dollars let alone nearly $160 million.
You may believe that Wialan has some special technology that nobody else could do. Because if you visit their main office/factory in Sunrise Florida, it didn't look like anything was really happening there. Like I said the office was practically bare besides a big cardtable with a PC, a desk with a PC. No filing cabinets, no secretaries, no receptionist, no salespeople, no assembly people. Didn't even see a regular telephone.....just 1 dude. Now people may believe that Wialan has some special technology that nobody else could do, but it was pretty weird that in the middle of a workday, nothing was happening and nobody but this 1 dude was there. Very very weird.
When I visited Wialan's office/factory 3 weeks ago there was just 1 person there. No receptionist, no secretary, no salespeople, no billing people, nobody but 1 guy. The office was pretty empty besides a long card table with a PC on it. There was another desk with a PC on it. There was another room with a oonference table and another desk with a PC on it. No papers on desks and didn't even look like they had a telephone, papers on desks or much of anything as it looked pretty bare. When i looked in back in their "factory" there was another conference table, shelving on both walls with cardboard boxes on them. In the middle of their were tables to do the assembly but it didn't look like anything was being assembled at the time. But I thought it was strange that not only was the place pretty bare in the middle of the afternoon on a Wednesday, but there was just 1 person in the place. Very very strange for a company that at .062/share is currently valued at around $158 million dollars. After looking at Wialan's office and factory I didn't think the company was worth $1 million.
Never said ACYD wasn't a real company. Never ever said that.
How is this? I'm flying back to my main residence tomorrow in the late evening. So, when I get back to a regular computer and if I post my own pictures, pictures never seen before of Wialan's set up, will you and others who have called me a liar post a public apology? Is that fair?
Well....anybody who has been inside Wialan's office and assembly in Sunrise knows that my description of the place is 100% accurate. If you haven't been inside as I have, I guess you wouldn't know. But as I've said, anyone here who has been to the office knows my description is completely accurate. I couldn't possibly describe the interior to a T if I wasn't there. As far as I know, nobody has x ray vision.
Hey....if someone took pictures of Wialan at the boat show and posted them here, I certainly haven't seen those pictures. If someone could give me a post number of Wialan at the boat show, please give me the post number so I can view the post. I just described Wialan's set wifi set up and how it appeared on their black tripod in my previous post. So, what post number here has pictures of Wialan's wifi set up at the show?
I was at the boat show Thursday, Friday and Saturday and Wialan was there. I was at Wialan's office weeks ago. At the boat show I didn't have time any time to check out Wialan's demo because I was late for appointments with various boat builders. But Wialan was there and I saw their set up for a second as I was walking to my way to a appointment i was late for. From what I saw, Wialan had a set up there. Their WiFi set up was on a black aluminum tripod. On the top of the tripod was a flat antenna that was about a foot or so tall by about 4 to 6 inches wide I'd guess. Just below that antenna on top was a arm extenion that held a video camera housed in a white colored camera housing. Below that was another box of some sort, and there was what appeared to be a yellow CAT5 cable connecting it all. Not sure if the bottom piece of equipment was another antenna or if it was their equipment box but all Wialan's gear was mounted to this black tripod. Just too busy with appointments to take a close examination or stay to talk. But Wialan's equipment set up was all mounted on a black tripod with a pole about 4 to 5 feet high. Unfortunately that's all I was able to briefly see. And as far as my trip to Wialan's office weeks prior, I just dropped in without an appointment because if a company knows your coming, they an stage the visit. I prefer to drop in companies unannouced.
