I was aware that ACYD's new CEO Mitch Freifeld has a felony conviction for financial fraud, but I didn't realize that Mr. Freifeld and his wife also filed for bankruptcy. In a separate case dated April 28th brought against Mr. Freifeld of the mortgage fraud case against her, (see the bottom of page 4 in the link provided) it states that Mitch and Gloria Freifeld were defendants in a bankruptcy listing Mitch as a bankruptcy defendant. So the question is, if Mitch Freifeld is as successful as people constantly tout....in addition to his felony fraud conviction, why did ACYD's new CEO also file for bankruptcy?
