Hogger, were they a C cup or a D cup? ))(EOM)
gdepc, please do not twist what I posted and put it into your
interpretation.
Did it ever cross your mind that this stock option giveaway
will give management so many shares that a reverse split wouldn't hurt the number they hold? Maybe this is why they want to load up???
I'll try to rephrase that so that a six year old can grasp the concept.
Have you ever thought that maybe the reason for this stock option is an eventual REVERSE SPLIT later on so that Cytogenix can attempt to get listed on the NASDAQ sooner?
From the looks of this proposal these guys ain't exactly
sweethearts by any stretch of even your imagination.
I received my proxy today, I checked all the appropriate boxes, I stuffed it in the postage free envelope, and I placed it under my buttocks and will sit on it. I have advised
many who I introduced to CYGX to do the same.
Those who attend the Birds on the Beach and those in AC at the yacht club. Mr. Barkeep in Avalon, sit this dance out.
My courier will be touching all bases at the Jersey Shore this weekend too. Time to sit on it boys. What will be, will be.
Think I'm joking? Not hardly.
Arnold, skooby did hint of this. Funny huh?
==> If indeed they have some great news, IMHO, they would want it released prior to the vote to induce us to vote in their favor.<---
That would be akin to holding the Damocles who had been seated at a banquet beneath a sword hung by a single hair.
HHhhhmmmmmm
BigB, do I come off that emotional? Maybe I need some sedation. LOL!
Arnold, I have NO problem with you questioning the science at this point. None. That IS what scientists do Arnold. They question everything until proof of concept has arrived and is validated. BINGO!
Now, with that said, one can only speculate on why certain things have transpired with regard to the NIH, the U of Penn, managements proposal to basically take full control, the silence with regard to sepsis, herpes, lung cancer, etc., and the persistance of some who post here who say they see no icebergs on the horizon. Same folks over and over too.
BTW, haven't you wondered why it is we don't see LO on ragingbull anymore. No rustycar, bubblesfriend, thaliowizzer
or the like? Funny how these handles magically gave up their
quest.
We have not heard anything from Phenuel either. Maybe a settlement was reached. Shareholders are being kept in the dark about many things. JMO
Arnold, keep asking managment the hard questions. Nothing wrong with that. Shareholders in Wave Systems are NOT asking
management the hard questions. Everyone is wearing rose colored tints on the iHub WAVX board, whose management has
basically been taking shareholders for a ride for 17 years.
Management must be held accountable for EVERYTHING. It starts at the TOP!!!! No question should be too hard. If it is, then it should be a warning to shareholders.
JMO
CD_98
BigB and gdepc, it's the management we are concerned with here and you KNOW it!
Put your heads in the sand and put everyone who does not agree with you on iggy.
Arnold makes a great point! Do they currently have any INDs?
NO! Do they currently have any products on the market? NO!!
Why is management so hell bent on getting this proposal passed through so shareholders have ZERO POWER?
gdepc, don't twist things. I said IF it reaches $10, $20, $30
etc.
Did it ever cross your mind that this stock option giveaway
will give management so many shares that a reverse split wouldn't hurt the number they hold? Maybe this is why they want to load up???
Coffee is up. You had better smell it before it gets ice cold.
No gdepc, little guys will be upset over the fact that management will be able to dilute this issue to no end.
And guess what? Nobody will be able to stop them. They can give themselves options anytime they choose, and OH don't forget those CASH bonuses they can dole out.
Shareholders will have NO say in how this company is run. I guess guys like you and skooby love that and think that is a good thing.
Shareholders will be there for the "ride".
And where do you get this $40/share figure?
Did it ever cross your mind that IF this company ever made it to $40 it may have been able to reach much higher prices
if the management was able to keep its hands out of the cookie jar? Obviously not.
Holycow, what you gain if news is released is a pitance compared to the potential. You also give up certain voting rights and allow management to do just about anything with regard to shares and cash that they want to do. That means they can dilute this thing forever which reduces shareholder return.
Management is counting on people just like you to get their agenda through. This does not benefit any shareholder in any way. Those with tons of shares probably don't really care because if this shoots to $10 $20 $30 or $40/share they will have made their money many times over.
It's the little guys who own 100000 or less that have to worry.
Just because management is condoning this share giveaway does not mean they have the shareholders best interest at heart.
Skolnick and Wunderlich have ZERO experience in running a company. There are those that have said (paraphrased) "yeah but they saved this company". Think about this, with the blatant blunders this duo has made how is it they have made rookie mistakes and yet were genuis enough to "save" this company? IMO, anyone with just a tiny bit of knowledge could have "saved" this company. The technology speaks for itself.
All one would have to do is find one or two big hitters with the balz to invest in a major PP.
Now these two want the whole ball of wax too......for what?
What have they done? Please don't tell me about Skolnicks vision. There are MANY better qualified people than him to run the show. Same with Larry. They both lucked into their positions and are now taking advantage of shareholders like me and you.
I will not be sending mine in and will contact those who hold to do the same.
Management is playing some here for fools. Aside from Scooby and golfman who obviously have something to gain by this (and possibly one or two others) where is the advantage in this proposal?
CD_98
Thanks hogger.
No holycow, I do not have faith and trust in two folks with no practical business experience. Especially a CFO with VERY
questionable credentials to begin with and a CEO with only acedemic experience.
Trust this management? Read the proposal please.
Have faith? In what? Their track record? They have no track record prior to CYGX. And if CYGX is the record they would like to go on, it is not anything to brag about by any stretch of the imagination.
The proposals put ALL the power at managements diposal.
We as shareholders will have ZERO say. Their track record thus far is horrible.
Now if you all think the proposal is a good deal, go for it.
I think it tells me much more than I would care to know about this management team. Would LOVE to change the CEO and the CFO. This proposal stinks and is not in the best interest of the SHAREHOLDERS because they will have no say in who comes
and goes. These guys can gibe themselves options and cash till the cows come in and NOTHING will be able to stop them.
I do not like these guys even a tiny bit.
There is an air of GREED and CONTROL written all over these
propsals.
Do I make myself clear???
Why is it whenever I think I have found a gem I always get stuck with a really huge flaw in a company. This company's flaw will be the management team, the CEO and CFO
in particular.
Prediction: these two are going to muck it up for everyone.
CD_98
gdepc, MS has the acedemic connections and is really needed are strong industry connections. On that we can agree.
As an addendum to the last post I am hoping that this
management team will at least look for someone who has had
experience in the upper reaches of management in biotech/pharmaceuticals, who has the contacts needed to start getting things going here. I would even welcome an addittion to the BOD in this regard.
Yes, I understand MS has contacts in acedemia and that is a good thing, but CYGX also needs contacts in the industry.
Apologize to hdhick and gdepc, I went a bit overboard with
replacement thing, but just wanted to get my point across.
I'll take two lumps.......
Like it.
CD_98
Let's put the onus on you gdepc. You show us who the CEO and CFO have worked for since you seem to be so supportive of them. You must know them both or know of them. Where is their experience? What have they done in the past to make one believe they can deliver on their "vision" of what this company could be?
Arnold brings up a VERY good point. The proof is there. No
INDs and two partnered lawsuits so far. Not a very good track record.
Inexperience at its finest.
I am willing to bet ANYONE on this board that IF CYGX got the
right CEO and CFO to take control, this company would take off in so many ways. Get some folks with the right credentials, CONTACTS, and EXPERIENCE (that have years of corporate experience and a great track record of producing results) then watch this company explode.
hdhick and gdepc anytime you guys wanna bet me that this company could do so much better with the right folks at the helm you just try to prove me wrong. Go for it!
Acedemics belong in school to theorize and contemplate. They don't belong in the REAL world where most of us are from, and as we have all seen they often make Bush league mistakes. AVGI
for example. Phenuel Pursuits as another example.
Just my take on the way things are...........
Like it or lump it.
CD_98
Good observation Arnold. (EOM)
holycow, one thing to look at in cases such as this is volume vs. support. Support at this level has been great for a while now. I don't see that changing unless there is bad news, and I sure as heck do not think that will happen.
Everything has a very positive feel to it with regard for
the technology/science.
I do not think anyone who has any inkling of what this tech could do will be selling anytime soon. Shares are in strong hands right now. Just my feeling.
I did bigworld. That was about it for me. I had my Pam Anderson moment and got it off my chest.
Not a bit paranoid hdhick. Thanks for the info.
Someone from East Hartford wouldn't be on a rinky dink
message board like this anyway.
Why do I ask about E Hartford?
Go figure.....
U of Penn is one of the best in the country. I am impressed.
Currently have someone getting care from the U of Penn Hospital. Many excellent hospitals in Philly.
holycow, it doesn't mean folks are not interested in buying as much as it means folks aren't interested in selling. JMO
Big B and Paulness, you guessed it. Percy sees the same thing many of us see and YES he is afraid this train is going to leave his baggage on the platform in a serious way.
I need to buy more myself.....
Aside from bioterrorism, small pox has again become a threat
to human populations across the globe. You see Percy, history
does repeat itself. What once was thought to be eradicated is
making a come back as are many other deseases.
Percy, I just had to read your post one more time. LMAO!!
Do you have a HS diploma yet?
Percy, imagine that CYGX is in cahoots with the Univeristy of
Pennsylvania and the National Institute of Health too?
WOW! CYGX will do anything. Next week it will be Iran or North Korea as CYGX partners.
What a scam Percy! I think you should get in touch with the Weekly World News or The Star. What a genius you are.
Keep up the good work Percy! This board certainly has found itself a gem.
You get an atta boy!!
Unbelievable............
holycow, I think they know something and are holding back on several lines of preliminary testing results to hit us with a Kabaash of PRs. I think this is why you don't see Prs on Herpes topical and sepsis. They know what they have and its all good.
Keep the faith...
The science is great. JMO
NIH knows it too.
Big B, I apologize for my attitude too. I hate getting hosed
though by the keepers of the gate. They sometimes forget their responsibilities even to the smallest of shareholders
who may only hold 100 shares.
One can only hope for the best and then move on if it gets dicey.
Thanks, hope you accept my apology Big. Not saying LO was right, but I can see some of his rantings starting to come to fruitition.
Hope not........
hdhick, if I won't like the outcome than I guess you are of the mindset that this company isn't going too far with the current management?
If so, I hope you are wrong about that.
Oh, do you happen to come from East Hartford Conn?
TIA
I believe Dr Conrad who was the founder is deceased. Hogger. perhaps you can shed some light.
Maybe you should read my posts again gdepc.
Arnold and Ilene already know where I'm coming from.
BTW arnold, do I question whether the science works? Yes
Do I think the science works? Yes
Why do you think that CD_98? Well Arnold, if the science didn't work do you really think management would be in such an all fired hurry to pass this proposal and grant themselves
millions of options? Of course it works. Probably beyond their wildest expectations. Of course mamangement uses the guise of getting these options to attract and keep the talent.
Shareholders will not have any say in any further distributions. Why would they want to stifle our voting rights
if everything was on the up and up???
LMAO!
Yepper, I came in on the banana boat just yesterday.
Grifters these guys ain't that is for sure.
Now, why is it that I just don't trust this management?
No it isn't strange at all gdpec. I held the stock before
some of this management was in place.
What I find strange is your inability to question whatever this management has a mind to do. With or without shareholder approval.......
Now THAT is strange.
I think I have ya pegged though.
I think it is very important to ask questions. Never ever trust anyone completely. It's your dime, not theirs. As a shareholder you are entitled to have some questions answered.
Those who just go along with the status quo are sheep.
These salaries are nothing to scoff at. In fact they are pretty damn good considering this is a startup company with no products and no INDs.

Big B, arnold was just asking a devils advocate question.
Why is it you get your panties all in a bunch on questions like Arnold brings up and not on what management is proposing?
You are different, I'll give you that........
arnold, I have to agree with you that the science can be in question here because there has been no news about anything
lately.
The science will prove itself once they have a partnered with or completed phase trials enough to gain interest from other companies willing to partner with them.
This technology still has to be validated in real world situations. Right?
Once done, then questions concerning the science can be thrown out the window.
Just my take.
hdhick doesn't understand that concept happy. He is content with anything that goes on. And yes I would be happier to get a new "coaching staff" at this point. Not looking good at all.
Apparently there are more than a few here that are willing to
let management do as they wish hogger. What will be will be.
If there are any here who don't belive the CEO and CFO could easily be replaced with individuals far more capable than the two CYGX now has it is my opinion you have been bought and paid for by these two. Call me a basher. Guess those calling for them to step down were right in doing so. Instead I gave the CEO CFO the benefit of the doubt. How stupid am I?
Pretty damn stupid.
This move will give the board/management carte blanche to do anything they wish. Shareholders will be able to stop them or do anything about decisions concerning cash or shares.
This is a huge red flag IMHO and a blunder by those shareholders who think this to be a good thing.
I'll watch you optimistic people cry later when what could have been and should have been just did not turn out to be. My prediction. Mark this post. TIA
Unbelievable.....
Exactly happycamper! It has to do with $$$$$.
Arnold, about 1 1/2 years ago we had a consultant come out to our site to speak on the importance of cGMP. This guy was a former CEO of a small biotech company in the Mass area.
He has heavy connections with Pfizer. In fact, all he seemed to mention was Pfizer. During one of our breaks I asked this guy if he had ever heard of Cytogenix. He told me he had heard of them, knew of their technology, and that it would be interesting to see if their story ever got a chance to unfold.
He told me in so many words that there are many pharmas watching what developes at Cytogenix. Since he had admitted to having close ties to Pfizer one can only assume that what he knows his sources at Pfizer know.
I was a bit surpirsed that this fellow knew about CYGX at first, but he let it be known that there is very little that gets past the pharma/biotech business because they are constantly looking for new pipelines and ways of doing things.
I have another friend who works at Merck whose sole job is to search for new technologies and read publications dealing with different aspects of pharma/biotech Mercj is also doing R&D on. She also knows of CYGX.
