Shareholders will have NO say in how this company is run. I guess guys like you and skooby love that and think that is a good thing.

And where do you get this $40/share figure?
Did it ever cross your mind that IF this company ever made it to $40 it may have been able to reach much higher prices
if the management was able to keep its hands out of the cookie jar? Obviously not.
