The proposals put ALL the power at managements diposal.
We as shareholders will have ZERO say. Their track record thus far is horrible.

Now if you all think the proposal is a good deal, go for it.

I think it tells me much more than I would care to know about this management team. Would LOVE to change the CEO and the CFO. This proposal stinks and is not in the best interest of the SHAREHOLDERS because they will have no say in who comes
and goes. These guys can gibe themselves options and cash till the cows come in and NOTHING will be able to stop them.
I do not like these guys even a tiny bit.
There is an air of GREED and CONTROL written all over these
propsals.
Do I make myself clear???

Why is it whenever I think I have found a gem I always get stuck with a really huge flaw in a company. This company's flaw will be the management team, the CEO and CFO
in particular.

Prediction: these two are going to muck it up for everyone.
