The lack of interest is merely a sign of investors scratching there heads, questioning the fact that GERS could be bigger than people anticipated. The US is making necessary changes to offset certain needs, Green Shift just so happen to be in the middle of the lucrative equation.
Joe
The list he posted is in the sticky's...GERS is only growing!
Joe
Thanks for the update Slash!!!
I intend on buying before and after the R/S... The long term investment looks more and more promising as things continue to come to light.
Joe
I think you just solved the puzzle...or at-least piece of it.
Perhaps we just both just have different investment strategies. I had the same issue for a while on another investment I’m in; only a handful of people seen the potential like me until it ran up six hundred percent. Everyone I talked to about it thought it would never happen and I was crazy for putting so much time and money into it.
GERS will in fact be the same situation in which I’ll be either proven right or wrong on in the next few weeks. I really hope I’m right, and my intuition tells me I am, but only time will tell.
Good Luck!!! It really does pay to think outside of the box.
Joe
I personally like the steady rise to the top on EMXC. Just think about when it's trading at .005 and there's nobody to talk about a foolish dip.
Joe
The fact of the matter is this, I bought into GERS at .0001, and after the Sunoco deal was announced I started buying at .0002!
I'm not concerned with this investment! The fact that they've announced a R/S of that size and told us that things have in fact changed. The writings on the wall, and I look forward to the next quarterly that's expected before the R/S.
That's gotta tell you something right there...
Joe
The PR's explain enough for anyone to understand that there's a really good chance that their debt will be paid off by the end of the 3rd quarter. They stated they have 15% of the entire industry.
If I went to work everyday and got a paycheck from my work, I would use that cash to pay my bills seeing that I'd feel pretty confident that I'm going to get another pay check next week. Job Security is a wonderful feeling!
Joe
Cash flow must be doing alright if they paid down seven million and I'm sure they weren't scared to pay with cash either considering residuals are the new well.
Joe
I've heard great things about where this company is going!
Joe
Three million went at that exact time when you bought two?
The only thing I suspect is that someone wants our shares in TYTN, I can't blame them considering there's a lot of big things expected, or should I say Suspected...
Joe
I have this strange feeling that the bid for GERS will only get stronger before the R/S finally takes place.
Joe
It's starting to look like the winner for July is going to be Beall and Chasing.
I've done my homework!!! I'm sure things would have been different for my friend Shorty if he had done the same. Instead he thought that a company that will most likely have over a hundred million in revenue next year would fail.
Joe
Imagine GERS having 14 million shares in there float, with no reason to dilute and the expected revenues that have been previously discussed on this board, and no debt.
This my friend may end up being one heck of an investment for us.
Joe
I'm guessing the only one getting them aren't looking at an L2. It pays to read sometimes doesn't it.
Allowance Granted After Review by USPTO of All Alleged Prior Art and Arguments
The only thing we should all be waiting for now is the settlement fiquires.
Joe
This is the best part of today's PR!!!
Allowance Granted After Review by USPTO of All Alleged Prior Art and Arguments
WOW!!!
The last four PR's from GERS has been great!!! I thought the one about the EPA was just fluff until the one on Friday came out.
Joe
So the fact that our Government has backed GERS doesn't change things?
He stated that he would comment if nobody fiquired it out... It looks like that wasn't the case. I'm guessing somebody has to be concerned about the rain fall of the added revenue making people take cover.
My opinion has them licensed through GERS. Certain technologies are not only needed in our Country, but also on a global level. He's one of the richest for a reason, his investment strategies are always well thought out, even years in advance like a game of chess. When you really think outside of the box, the big picture always has a way of showing itself if you dig deep enough. Think about it, Obama signs the 30% reduction, he goes and buys LZ and and then they announce that there building in China. He was actually at the White House right around that announcements timeframe.
This is how I think GERS increased in value drastically over night. Our Government backed there Patent which was also proven to be the most efficient method available to meet the demands and offset the costs needed.
The Sunoco deal was announced which was a huge sign for me, it would've never happened if they weren't already proven. Then the PR from GERS regarding the EPA, most investors thought it was just fluff, people should go back and read it now. Then the PR on Friday was officially the straw that should've broke the camels back for everyone. The Win was spelled in the past tense stating that so far they licensed 15% of the industry with more to come by the end of the year.
They monopolized an extremely lucrative process which would explain a 1/1000 R/S... and Fridays PR talking about giving back to investors. You better believe the opportunity for him to do that is here, I know if it was in my decision I'd want to redeem myself.
I don't know what's going to happen today or if I'm even right, but I know for a fact that I'm taking my chances on this one, regardless of its past. There debt is minimal to the revenues that are going to be coming in. Plus, I refuse to listen to my friend Shorty on this one, eventhough the bid collapsed twice and he said it would never go anywhere.
Joe
Skribe,
Slashnuts stated in his post that he would post the great news if nobody was savy enough to fiquire it out. It looks like someone was smart enough to put the pieces together seeing he never had the need to point it out for us. I personally have my fingers crossed that it was me because if I'm right there's a good chance our shares would be worth a lot of money if the float was to remain at 14 million upon the completion of the R/S and all debts cleared without a need to dilute for anything other than for reasons to create added wealth to the company and shareholders.
While I'm still dying to know the truth, the pr's and post history of others led me to believe that I'm on to something. For Johnathons case, I really hope I'm dead on regarding GERS.
Joe
Thirteen factories where brought together creating a network to provide quality products and a global presence under the business plan of an already proven businessman.
This is a great investment, and myself being a newer investor am actually more than impressed with the fact that all of this was created without the help of any toxic lenders. Besides all that, how do you know if this isn't already severely undervalued?
Joe
The truth behind this investment is in the Pr's... go back that far and see if there might have been anything negatively impacting sales.
Knowledge is power my friend!
Joe
I haven't actually been over to the website in a while and I did actually watch every testimonial one day while doing research and hoping for clues. I'm willing to say that atleast ninty percent of the testimonial's are now investors in TYTN. I would give it a higher number, but I watched all of them testimonials. The other ten percent have there money in a coffee container hiding in there house.
Joe
You my friend are probably one of the smartest farmers I've had the pleasure of becoming friends with on-line. The best part of your post is the fact that the actual truth behind your intentions exist because you were truly in the market for a tractor and instead of having to buy used, you bought new and turned around and invested in the company because of it.
The reason I'm calling you one of the smartest farmers is because its not everyday someone has an opportunity like you managed to create for yourself. How many people do you think in this World actually stumble on such an opportunity to not only own a quality product that pays for itself in labor, but will also give you the ability to retire young from if you ever decide to slow it down a few notches.
TYTN is a steal at this PPS and whatever Mark has planned will consistantly turn this company into what made believers out of most of you in the first place. The truth lies within the PR's and product your watching this actual investor use first hand. Whenever I stumble accross something that seems to good to be true, I spent the time to get to know what I'm actually investing in. This isn't your normal OTC Stock, and I get the feeling that we're all going to be witness to that for years to come. The potential of Tytan is unbelievable when you really sit down and dig in.
Congratulations on your discovery and thank you for that post. That was the second time I've ever seen that implement used, the first was on tv with a guy parked in front of his bank.
Joe
Certain circumstances can and will make a company change its course. What if I'm right and the reason there not doing the r/s until later is because this is happening, people would want shares before and after. For all we know, this company could realisticaly be worth a lot more than we had anticipated.
This is a gamble and I really think as a board we need to fiquire this out real soon because if what I thinks going down is real, all of us so called bottom feeders would benefit from being aware before WS.
Joe
GERS may have a past, but they also have a Patent that’s real, and PR’s that continue to tell everyone factual things that brought a lot of people here, including the deal with a 4.6 billion dollar company like Sunoco. Friday’s PR threw me for a loop, I really thought there was a buy back in place and the PPS would correct itself with the continued growth and ability to pay back its debt. I was wrong and I’m sorry for that, this might be better for us depending on how this plays out.
My Due Diligence led me to this opinion. On March 24th, Berkshire Hathaway (BRK-A) announced that they were going to buy Lubrizol Corporation (LZ), which was approved in June for $135 a share. On July 20th they announced that they’re building a plant in China for the growing Fuel Market…. They actually own factories in 17 Country’s, which is my lucky!!! The Marksman Trial was most likely cancelled and settled out seeing that I can’t find the documents backing it. The PR from Friday states they have 15% of the entire ethanol market with more to come by the end of the year and then a day earlier there was a PR regarding the EPA using their standards. The split is huge, but would be more than necessary to get to where it’s going.
I'm not selling any of my shares just yet, I'm most likely going to buy some more tomorrow.
Joe
I fiquired it out... The pieces all came together last night.
Thanks,
Joe
IMO-The Bulls are here and aren't giving up there positions to anyone at these levels. I know for a fact that I'm not going anywhere and would advise the same for anyone that likes investments that are grossly undervalued and only have one direction to go....
Joe
Thank you my friend!!!
I'm truly not a fan of a 1/1000 R/S....
This has me scratching my head though.
This is my honest perspective of this company. I don't have a damn clue what's going on. lol
What I do know is what has been presented to us in the PR's and Quarterly's. The past trading volumes led me here and I became amazed with the potential. The last Quarterly showed the debt cancelled by 15 million and the volume was also explained. I took my first position over four months ago and I would've increased it substantially but each time I was on the bid looking to catch the large volume the bid collapsed. The last time it collapsed, a day or two later the PR regarding Sunoco came out, needless to say, I started hitting the two's ever since.
The past is surely the past regarding this company. Myself being a business major, I personally feel like I understand how this company got to this PPS. While I can't prove what's going on, I personally believe this is a buyback. I also think that the average OTC investor has never seen anything like this because the OTC arena is generally used as an ATM in order to help a company grow with the expectations of someday moving to the big leagues.
Greenshift needed the funds to stay afloat and did what it took. There product was used without there consent and the residuals they should've been receiving would've prevented them from ever coming down here with this many shares to repurchase. The true longs are the one's that I really hope benefit from whatever's going on here and I'm grateful to have found this company if I'm right.
Joe
I gave up that dream and just keep hitting the two's... If my speculations are right, the difference won't matter when we're dropping zero's.
Joe
The fact that your back my friend has to tell the board something.
Welcome back Dshade!!!
Joe
Perhaps my buddy Shorty is catching on to what's going on here...
Joe
I make money by investing in companies that are set for higher highs. Aren't you going to welcome us to your board? Lol
Joe
That's exactly why I'm putting my money where my mouth is. This is just getting started!!!
Joe
I have a feeling the future quarters are going to really set this off. I look forward to being apart of this.
Joe
