My opinion has them licensed through GERS. Certain technologies are not only needed in our Country, but also on a global level. He's one of the richest for a reason, his investment strategies are always well thought out, even years in advance like a game of chess. When you really think outside of the box, the big picture always has a way of showing itself if you dig deep enough. Think about it, Obama signs the 30% reduction, he goes and buys LZ and and then they announce that there building in China. He was actually at the White House right around that announcements timeframe.

This is how I think GERS increased in value drastically over night. Our Government backed there Patent which was also proven to be the most efficient method available to meet the demands and offset the costs needed.

The Sunoco deal was announced which was a huge sign for me, it would've never happened if they weren't already proven. Then the PR from GERS regarding the EPA, most investors thought it was just fluff, people should go back and read it now. Then the PR on Friday was officially the straw that should've broke the camels back for everyone. The Win was spelled in the past tense stating that so far they licensed 15% of the industry with more to come by the end of the year.

They monopolized an extremely lucrative process which would explain a 1/1000 R/S... and Fridays PR talking about giving back to investors. You better believe the opportunity for him to do that is here, I know if it was in my decision I'd want to redeem myself.

I don't know what's going to happen today or if I'm even right, but I know for a fact that I'm taking my chances on this one, regardless of its past. There debt is minimal to the revenues that are going to be coming in. Plus, I refuse to listen to my friend Shorty on this one, eventhough the bid collapsed twice and he said it would never go anywhere.
