Although of the approximately 37MM shares bought in the past week, I don't think the lot size on the ask has budged. It has consistently shown about 133 million shares for sale.
It all depends on Black, and whether he has a plan for HNSS to become profitable for its shareholders (us, not just the insiders).
On a positive note, someone has been taking nibbles of HNSS over the past week. About 29MM shares have been bought.
Only question is: How do you do a reverse split when the stock is trading at .0001? Isn't that the lowest it can go?
Is it weird that AAPL seems to be tracking PM's rather than the equities market? Do people see AAPL as a safe haven type of investment due to their large cash position? Or are they just dumping for whatever price they can get?

Let me know if the chart doesn't show up, I'll upload a .jpg
A long time ago Black insinuated he had no intention of a reverse split on HNSS shares...
Not sure how valid that is anymore as the OS is presumably well over 1B shares (probably closer to 1.5-2B), and we have not heard anything on company "progress" in a long time.
Agreed. It amazes me that the general public does not see how Ben's QE Infinity is creating this artificial euphoria in the stock market... It'll all come crashing down, its just a matter of time.
Not to mention that the whole market in general seems about to bubble over.
I'm in some very long dated AAPL calls and that's about it for equities. I'll be setting up for a much-needed market correction in the near future.
My guess is because they have nothing to say. It doesn't seem like Black is trying to create any real shareholder value here at this moment, as evidenced by the complete lack of any updates from the company over the last several months.
I trade options, short and long. Its not a serious relationship with AAPL, we are just...dating.
Ha so when you told us AAPL was going to $380 THIS was why you thought that?? Your clairvoyant little brain just KNEW that AAPL was going to lose a patent suit, you just didn't know the exact date?
You've been calling for a drop in AAPL consistently for the past 2 weeks, you're bound to be right once...
Please brother, give it a rest.
Still here, although not on iHub much the last few months.
Wouldn't say I'm waiting for Black's promises, just... waiting...
My post was essentially what I emailed to Black. He won't & can't give any specific information through email, any information has to come out via a PR so that everyone has access.
Not sure why red flags would fly over the fact that he responded to me about the INAR share dividend. I've been in HNSS for a LONG time, waiting to see if Black will ever come through for his shareholders and not just the insiders. Waiting to see if Black has anymore ideas on how to build value to the company.

"in my opinion, if the broader market sells off big, AAPL will rise as a safe haven play"
That's what it seems like. I've been watching AAPL move in step with precious metals more often than with the general market. Could mean that if the market takes a dive, people will run back to AAPL for a safe place to put their cash, and drive the share price up.
I asked Black the same thing in an email and told him I appreciated the INAR divvy, but my main concern was seeing something positive happen with HNSS. HNSS is the company I bought into, the restricted INAR shares are just gravy (assuming they will have any value when we are finally able to sell them).

Same here, bought AUG460 calls around $12. Also have some deep OTM calls for JAN14 just in case Cook does come out with a blockbuster later this year.
Well, in somewhat good news, I did receive an email from Black yesterday in regards to when our INAR shares would be eligible to become unrestricted.
The gist is that they are restricted for 2 years for a non-reporting company, or possibly 1 year depending on your percent ownership of the company. I'll try and look into the second part of that statement to see if anyone might qualify.
You also will need an opinion of counsel before your broker can release the shares. Black did not specify if the counsel could be 3rd party or had to be HNSS/INAR's retained counsel.
We shall see. I'm only in HN*S (and now IN*R due to the share dividend) and would like to see Black come through on those companies. I guess if SAFS gets something going it could be a good sign for his other ventures.
Someone bought some today, iHub says up 9900%! Haha..
Just checking in on Black's other conquests, I haven't received an email reply from him in... 6 months? More?
Wouldn't get my hopes up for any of his companies at this point, unless a PR blitz with some real news is on the way...
so you have what... 150,000 shares?
I think the OS at that time was well over 1B shares for HNSS. Black probably did have to give out 500MM shares of INAR for the special dividend to HNSS shareholders.
It also makes sense that another 400MM were sold onto the market along with the 500MM from the dividend. The price of both companies has been unable to move up due to increased selling pressure.
Actually thats not true. I have not received the INAR distribution for HNSS shares I hold in my Fidelity account.
Does anyone else have Fidelity? Have you received your shares of INAR, or are you still waiting?
HNSS
RS wouldn't do anything to help shareholders... All it does is allow the company more room for dilution.
I don't think Black will RS HNSS shares.
Good post.
Interesting, Etrade isn't on the ask with its usual 200 million shares. Now it looks like they moved up to .0002 with around 28 million.
Do you see that as well? Or is my L2 messed up again?
HNSS
I think just about everyone that qualified for the INAR shares has received them.
Mine showed up in Etrade this morning as well. Looks like Black followed through, now we just have to wait a year or two and hope INAR continues to grow and be successful.
I would still like to see HNSS come out with positive news about company progress. I don't believe that Black has given up on it yet, but we will see.
On what tab on the etrade site? "Portfolio"? Mine still don't show...
No one using Etrade has their shares yet (as far as those who post on the board).
Messages to Etrade customer service (by me) received a reply saying:
1) Etrade sees HNSS completed a distribution, but has not received the shares from the TA yet.
2) Share distributions typically show up in Etrade customer accounts 4-6 weeks from the distribution date, but it can take longer.
-----
Email to Mr. Black (by me) received a reply saying (summarized...):
The TA has transferred the shares to all brokerages, its now up to the brokerages to distribute the shares to each of its eligible customers.
-----
Note: Someone also said Etrade told them that if the shares were not in their account by this Friday, they should send another message to customer service.

I won't post his email verbatim, but my previous post..

...paraphrases what he said.
He emailed me through the contact@healthnostics.com email address.

Got an email response from him yesterday when I asked if all the INAR shares had been distributed to the brokerages yet. He responded pretty quickly that they had, so at least we know he is alive.
HNSS
Etrade customer service says they have not received them from the TA yet. Email correspondence from Black says that all INAR shares have been distributed to the brokerages and it is now the brokerages responsibility to get the shares to the customers.
I emailed Etrade back and they said they would stay on top of the situation until the shares were distributed in our accounts.
HNSS
That is interesting, I'll have to remember to double check when my shares come through Etrade and Fidelity.
I agree with you, even though its a small difference, if you owed 50MM HNSS shares, you should receive 16,666,666 shares of INAR.
