there were some large blocks of restricted shares that could have become free trading, and then been dumped. Several of Black's buddies owned big chunks, which could have been liquefied.



That's what I was referring to as a possible reason for an increased OS.

Its not the guys who were buying at .001 and higher that were dumping at .0001/.0002. It was the guys who had the "free" restricted shares that became free trading.
