For the company to be profitable for shareholders and not just management, something needs to happen.



That's the ticket right there. Does management care to create a viable company for the benefit of its shareholders, or does it just care about creating enough "fluff" sothe insiders can sell the shares they've been allocated and walk away with their pockets full?
