MOD UPDATE STICKIES TO CURRENT HFBG CHANGES
Please, Moderator in earnest Reply to your claims about,
HFBG is not "trying to make it look like they have a ton of distributors."
And "it is just like the past." Not true we have accomplished many changes since 3/22/11 Press Release and they are real, for example "Press Releases all announced after completed deals with Vendor Numbers from Distributors. Yes that means Haddon House has issued us a Vendor Number also before we made Press Release once again."
Were not announcing more accomplishments until they are ready.
We are announcing our real accomplishments under new management plan and continued changes promised and delivered since 3/22/11.
HFBG Press Releases since my March 2011 appointment as Chief Business Development Officer are not like the past ones you are highlighting as Sticky Headlines.
All 3 Press Releases since 3/22/11 are very real completed and accomplished announcements of New Distribution, New Products and Purchase Order.
However Mods still Headline Sticky outdated PR List OF LIES with PR's from 2010 thru Feb 2011 BUT do not LIST ALL OF OUR CURRENT PRESS RELEASES with all the changes from past.

We have had 3 New Current Press Releases announcing Management changes and new Direction since than.
All the Accomplishments in PR's below 3/22/11 & 3/31/11 are all confirmed and not like PRE 3/22/11 PR's under different management.
On 3/22/11 PR we announced New Management and change in Direction. In this Press Release we announced the following "Real Changes."

On 3/31/31 Press Release we announced the "further real changes."
3. 2 new Products "2 1/2 Gallon Bag-In-Box "Grandmama's Sweet Southern Tea" for commercial applications in RESTAURANTS, LODGING & HOSPITALITY, EDUCATION, GOVERNMENT & MILITARY & HEALTH CARE. In fact Tape displays many SELLS that were actually BUYS.
It is an ABSOLUTE FACT THAT 5TH DIGIT TRADING IS HAPPENING WITH HFBG. This is not opinion but fact per FINRA RULE 6434 and actual 5th decimal increment trades executed by many traders.
This Tape only Displays 4th increment trades only therefore ALL BUYS not on tape in fact many BUYS listed as SELLS!as I explained

The tape posted does not Display BUYS between .00011-.00019 in fact it displays them as SELLS because the program only sees to 4th decimal increment. Therefore any BUYS executed from .00011-.00019 are seen and displayed by program as SELLS creating the illusion of a SELLOFF. This is all per FINRA RULE 6434 that permit 5th increment decimal trades through member firms.
Many traders use 5th increment trading very effectively to their advantage. Friday 4/1/11 a group of traders removed bid support all at the same time but HFBG never went to no bid. There was still still bid support and more BUYS than displayed tape lists.

NOTICE: Rumors USF never heard of HFBG False
US Foodservice is a Distributor of HFBG products and already issued Purchase Orders for our products. We were issued an official Vendor Number from US Foodservice before we announced deal in 3/22/11 Press Release.
All claims made that US Foodservice is not our Distributor are 100% False. Claims being made for weeks now that HFBG business with US Foodservice is a lie is in itself completely dishonest.
HFBG announced in PR 3/22/11 that US Foodservice is our Distributor and 3/31/11 PR announced our 1st PO from them.
This is an ABSOLUTE FACT and claiming "US Foodserice has never heard of HFBG was a spread false rumor.
Charges below Claiming "HFBG OVERDUE ON MASSIVE TAX BILL!!!" are also 100% False and annual report was already updated, filed and paid as previously reported. Just more rumors that turned out False.

Simply put I was told same things many other shareholders were by representatives on behalf of Biagio Cru that deals were done. Stock House Group quoted Biagio Cru Executive Lou Restivo on a whole list of distribution lined up than Lou Restivo. Lou Restivo managed Steve Hendrick's and negotiated his appointment as our CEO. Steve Hendrick's shared with many shareholders Canada Dry & Foodtown deals were done.
Turned out that Steve Hendrick's could NOT fully close them deals although Lou Restivo "did have his own Transport Logistics and Access to our Tea all agreed to they just did not perform."
"We had to negotiate out of exclusive distribution agreement with Biagio Cru because they did not perform."

Now all these accomplishments are very real. I was unhappy as anybody about the past but "we have turned the corner and our headed in a whole new direction."

Isitreal: Not only hasn't USF corporate ever heard of HFB, they are now investigating HFB's use of USF name in those PRs (q.v.). Apprised of claim of vendor's number, USF corporate was not impressed. "We have no record of them. Thanks for alerting us to this." Theirs was the same type of incredulous reaction as when Werther's Storck USA and Frito Lay (Stacy's Chips) were contacted re Thomas W. Love III.
Calvin Ross could leave a bottle of GMM tea atop a urinal in a Hilton Hotel men's room and then claim HFB has a deal to supply the entire Hilton Hotel USA chain. The only chain would be the pull chain in a water closet.

Latest changes are all that matter, not past!
List of changes in direction from 2008 thru Jan 2011 are all irrelevant to present major changes below. This will be last change in direction, a very good one we will build on and grow now. Now let's build the Brand, the Future and let go of the Past. Tape does NOT display all BUYS per FINRA.
In fact Tape displays many SELLS that were actually BUYS.
It is an ABSOLUTE FACT THAT 5TH DIGIT TRADING IS HAPPENING WITH HFBG. This is not opinion but fact per FINRA RULE 6434 and actual 5th decimal increment trades executed by many traders.

The tape posted does not Display BUYS between .00011-.00019 in fact it displays them as SELLS because the program only sees to 4th decimal increment. Therefore any BUYS executed from .00011-.00019 are seen and displayed by program as SELLS creating the illusion of a SELLOFF. This is all per FINRA RULE 6434 that permit 5th increment decimal trades through member firms.
Many traders use 5th increment trading very effectively to their advantage. Friday 4/1/11 a group of traders removed bid support all at the same time but HFBG never went to no bid. There was still still bid support and more BUYS than displayed tape lists.

Updated Annual Report has been filed and paid as promised after countless claims we were in default and even some claims that it would not be paid. It was simply an oversight just as I stated in links below and would be taken care of and updated.

Many of them have been 5th digit Buys executing from .00011-.00019 that are program recorded to 4th digit only and therefore printed as sales when they are actually buys. These tapes are reflecting to 4th digit only but many are very real 5th digit buys between .00011-.00019 are happening.
Continued predictions of No Bid have never happened no matter how many dates of these predictions have come and past.

Contrary to countless untrue reports and claims that nothing has changed. A lot has already changed just look at the last 2 PR's and what is really happening now not the past.
This is really going to become harder and harder to keep up these stories. Some sound very convincing but they are just not true. It's really a stretch and going to have to become more and more creative as we continue in our new direction.
There was a lot that happened it the past that I was also very upset about. I was told same thing many other shareholders about Biagio Cru deal, Canada Dry and more. Remember this is all prior to my appointment announced in 3/22/11 Press Release.
Since 3/22/11 everything is very real and especially real distribution you claim is not.

In fact Tape displays many SELLS that were actually BUYS.
It is an ABSOLUTE FACT THAT 5TH DIGIT TRADING IS HAPPENING WITH HFBG. This is not opinion but fact per FINRA RULE 6434 and actual 5th decimal increment trades executed by many traders.

The tape posted does not Display BUYS between .00011-.00019 in fact it displays them as SELLS because the program only sees to 4th decimal increment. Therefore any BUYS executed from .00011-.00019 are seen and displayed by program as SELLS creating the illusion of a SELLOFF. This is all per FINRA RULE 6434 that permit 5th increment decimal trades through member firms.

Just read the FINRA Rule 6434 below not opinions and claims made.
Notice especially Rule 6434 states the 5th increment will not be displayed which is exactly what my point has been for months. the tape only records 4 increments so all .00011 thru .00019 BUYS continue to be printed as SALES because program only records and prints to 4th Icrement of .0001 and therefore as a SALE at bid even when execution was a BUY at .00011 through .00019.

Traders thrive with 5th digit trading. Trading in 5th increments allows BUYS while printed tapes displyed show SALES!
5th increment BUYS with heavy volume this can easily convince people of selloff illusion. Trader can BUY all the way to .00019 BUYS but they will print as .0001 SELLS and not print the BUYS on Tape feeds everywhere.

We have a purchase order.

There was a lot that happened it the past that I was also very upset with.
Since 3/22/11 everything is very real and especially real distribution you claim is not.
Claims that it is not should be easy to prove but in reality they are just like claims that Borgata let anybody in US Foodservice show not just their vendors.
This is really going to become harder and harder to keep up these stories. Some are very good but simply not true. It's really hard work and going to have to become more and more creative.

Mods 3/22/11 we announced in PR below a Management change and New Direction. Why are PRs from all of 2010 up to February stickied as a BOLD HEADLINE "HFBG LIST OF LIES" and 3/22/11 not?
I was also unhappy with the past also and understand shareholders concerns. What about the changes that have and continue to happen?

In response to omgoing discussion being discussed you bring up a very reasonable question and facts count. There has been ongoing discussions of SEC suspense, charges of fraud, crooks, etc. for months but NO PROOF of any of these ongoing discussing like they are facts when they are just opinions no matter how elequent and convincing they sound.

My word means something to me and furthermore I do not like to lose. When I was told Biagio Cru deal, Canada Dry & Foodtown were done I thought they were. I spoke with people at Biagio Cru that convinced me.

It does not really matter because it IS NOT MADE WITH LIPTON TEA.
It's made from Black Tea like Lipton & Tetley. The Black Tea is sold by a wholesaler in raw material form to Lipton, Tetley & us. There are a lot of ingredients in our Tea's but not actual "Lipton" Brand anything.
What Larry meant is it's like a Lipton Hot Brewed Tea in a generic sense that everybody knows. So that everybody could understand the picture he was trying to explain in the huge satellite radio audience of Scotty Farrell on Howard Stern's Station!
He's not a scientist or a Brewer he's our Tea's Branding & made something complicated about the Tea sound simple for people to understand. I always like it when somebody can transmit something complicated in a short, simple way to many, that's wisdom.

"Now as far our Corporate tax you reported not paid. It was just an assessment. I have contacted our SOS agent and learned it is simply an oversight beacuse report not filed 3/1/11. It will be reported and taken care of and surely they will ammend its status page with our timely filed report. Hopefully you and others will not post this daily until ammended but if you do I state on the record "it will be handled and updated without any consequence unless you make one."

Sure do, would not shake loose as shareholder & not shaking loose as an affiliate! People will realize in time that I am no puppet. I will not be baited. I will not give up. This is not personal, its business & some claim I have a lot to loose like thats a negative?
Many have claimed wanting an affiliate to have a stake and now you got one. Many claimed no US Foodservice Distributer & now you got one and they confirmed so why has that stopped as well?
Really the longs here left are not shaking loose, there is no where to go here but up & there is a long line to get 0001s for weeks! Many longs have averaged down and chain tightening up as weak links flip .0002s and are not up for 0001s yet!
