Told you I called SOS Fri, its an oversight!

"Now as far our Corporate tax you reported not paid. It was just an assessment. I have contacted our SOS agent and learned it is simply an oversight beacuse report not filed 3/1/11. It will be reported and taken care of and surely they will ammend its status page with our timely filed report. Hopefully you and others will not post this daily until ammended but if you do I state on the record "it will be handled and updated without any consequence unless you make one."

I got right on it & called them immediately late Friday to take care of it and replied in above link to post and now you Headline Sticky a estimated tax that was just an oversight?

Surely you could give time for a complete filing with correct payment and updated status page at SOS instead of making a Headline like its tax evasion or something?

Can the Mods of this board give this time to be updated simply because of a oversight rather than posting like a HEADLINE WARNING?

Its already posted several times on Board does it really justify being stickied?


What about my question to you that I've asked several times with no answer in same reply made to your demand of SS information when we do not not have an open to the public TA?

Surely you know thats material information don't you & would be illegal?

Being optomistic and hoping for the best from let me ask this. What percentage of "OTC pinksheet" companies have open TA especialy subpenny not to mention .000? Explain to others why they have different levels of OTC and what risks they have.
