"I have followed these Once Small Tea Companies"

"Coke took a 40% Stake in Tiny Honest Tea for $43 million in 2008 and allowed Honest Tea products to be distributed nationwide with Coke's, with the understanding that it could buy the rest this year. March 1, 2011 exercised its option to acquire the remaining portion of Honest Tea."

"Nestle invests $15.6 million March 2009 in Sweet Leaf Tea with option to buy Sweet Leaf Tea in the next few years at an undisclosed price.

Nestle and private equity firm Catterton Partners also invested $18 million in Sweet Leaf in 2008 are Sweet Leaf's biggest shareholders.
Nestle, one of the world's biggest beverage companies, promises to provide a major boost for homegrown Sweet Leaf to become a
national player. Its marketing clout and national distribution network could help propel Sweet Leaf, which is sold in Texas and several other states, to true national status.

Teas made from natural or organic ingredients have been seen as a bright spot in the industry with Coca-Cola and Nestle.

Hall of Fame Beverages is very well posistioned with "Grandmama's Sweet Southern Tea" AND Famous Retro Alter Ego "Grandmama" Larry Johnson as our Branding.

There are many Large Players looking to posistion themselves better.
The manufacturers and retailers of bottled tea expect fiercer competition this year.
