You mean if we presented ourselves at the sh'holder mtg with robertpennypot's post in hand, the one saying I and by extension you and arloco could come as nonshareholders, we still could be turned away?
odearodearodearodear
And here I thought I might get to meet Viking!
crowe ... since pennypot says nonshareholders can go to cdex shareholders meetings, maybe you and arloco and I could meet there and I can thank you both in person for your DV presence/presents/prescience (never could spell very good anyways - tm nasfanium). I'd enjoy that! Arloco can bring the quac, I'll make mojitos at the table they'll have all set up for "refreshments", you can wear your kilt, and stewart can play his bagpipes while you dance! The other attendees, shareholders and nonshareholders alike, will have a day they'll never ferget fershirley.
We might even be able to perswayde xeno and ~kidd to join us. Except ~kidd will scarf all the quac and zeno prolly will be too bizzy to make it.
pennypot: You're saying that nonshareholders are allowed to come to the next cdex shareholders meeting?
That's really odd.

Q for you, robert:
Can a nonshareholder attend a shareholders meeting?
No need to give a 500 word lbp (tm) dissertation. A yes or no will do fine.
ah but you see, robert ... I know both of them quit quiet quite quote quid well, albeit only through e-mails, and the same person they are not.
One has lots and LOTS of advanced degrees (unlike your old meal ticket, the late renowned "Doctor" Henry Blair) and the other doesn't.
One was challenged to a round of golf by your old colleague clozer !!#*@*$^^($&@*($^)Q@*()(*!!!!!! and the other wasn't.
One has a special place in his heart for arloco's guac and to my knowlege the other doesn't know a Haas from a house.
One knows quite a lot about scaling cod in NS and the other doesn't.
One used to have shares in loch and the other didn't.
One extracted a goodly sum from the loch perps and the other didn't.
But I grant you there are some similarities:
Both have a keen interest in the shenanigans of all the inonits, like you (when they can be bothered and aren't really really bizzy doing other stuph).
Both are ahead of anyone's curve (including yours, but maybe not arloco's).
Both like yorkshire pudding. (OK, I made that up.)
So I can see why you'd continue to insist they're one and the same poster. It's an understandable misteak anyone might make.
Why do you post such LBPs? (long boring posts, tm sea urchin) Do you akshally think you're akshally foolin anyone by your rambles through the woods?
You should be perfecting a sales pitch instead of wasting so much time on a keyboard.
Oh, Roberto ... you really think xeno and ~kidd are the same person???
To quote a long-time-gone poster .......
bwhahahahahaahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!
Said another way ... daydayDAYmahzeeahdo!
(ask crowe to translate for you)
Want to send it to me, crowe? Take it back to English if you can, or leave it in Spanish ... I'll struggle through it.
Seems someone -- the board monitor? -- didn't like my post to you, penny. Wonder what his gripe was this time.
Anyway max nix. You and this board really bore me, penn, so buh'bye. That was tm sasssssssssssssssssssssssy I think.
"Real LONGs, not pseudo LONGs."
You mean not ersatz lonnnnnnnnnnnngs??????
Have you ever seen a real lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng in loch/cdex?
I haven't.
penny ... not worth the time to bother with your posts, but in closing let's see if you agree that capital is by definition money (and other things as well) and revenue is also money (though in some cultures it could be seashells or beads).
Ergo and ciao.
I don't think it's very smart of you to try to "explain" anything to do with the English language to me, penny.
You've heard the expression ... all horses are quadrupeds but all quadrupeds aren't horses?
You may apologize whenever you'd like.
"I wonder if crow3 and zeno/cisco, and sand$ and 4diddy, understand that a company has to sell stock in order to raise capital?"
Not quite true, "pennstreet."
Some companies raise capital by selling product.
What a novel, innovative idea.
welp, crowe ... mine was a public service announcement, too, and it's already gone.
yhm.
You're unbelievably thorough! All those connections PLUS dueling banjos -- really laughed at that one (but that was in Joh-jah).
I thought Dials lived in RioRancho's town, not in SFe. Moved?
"ersatz ceo" ... great description!
But tell me, crowe ... did tommy ever threaten you with a tonna bricks? Or clozer with a golf club?
Just remembered something ...
~kidd: didn't clozer challenge you to 18 holes? Why don't you invite him up to your home turf for a match?
welp ... wasn't it that same "spectrometer" or an earlier iteration of it that was such a howling success in that California exhibit (can't remember the name but arloco would), at the RBI in Croatia with the able assistance of Vlado, in the air even (per press releases), through mud and vegetation and even on the Capitol steps?????
If so, why in the world does/would he want it back!
(Are you headed to the Highlands this summer?)
I've long since stopped trying to keep it all straight. Thanks for the clarification.
Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaatttttt? Someone(s) hijacked an earlier suit? Really????? Well I never. I'd expect that kind of corruption from perps of a scam stock, but NOT for a company so lily white and clorox clean, with all the astounding talent and mind-bending products they had.
Are you suggesting there was foul play going on all along?
I'm stunned, absolutely stunned speechless.
gosh ... you mean milchip et al never went the same route? Never got their act together for their own proceedings? Only the poteets and a couple of others did?
Where do you suppose all the money cdex raked in (not via sales) is?
I think everyone is feeling too whipped by it all to even care anymore.
Bottom line: Malcbaby won.
The only people not inonits to get anything back were those who either had the wherewithal to hire lawyers to take on the company, or had enough dirt on the main players to get a hush-hush settlement, or both.
What's really too bad is everyone was warned over and over and over again, starting back 10 or 11 years ago, long before the company morphed into cdex. But by the time most started listening, it was much too late for anything except watching the scavengers lick up the crumbs.
She got bored and went home.
Upon reading the following, Malcolm Philips was overheard muttering to his wife and caddy: "We tried, we really really tried."
The accompanying financial statements have been prepared assuming the Company will continue as a going concern, which contemplates the realization of assets and the satisfaction of liabilities in the normal course of business. To date, CDEX has incurred substantial losses, and will require financing for operating expense, working capital and other corporate purposes. We anticipate that we will require financing on an ongoing basis unless and until we are able to support our operating activities with additional revenues.
Second time I've written this but for some reason it didn't post the first time.
Yes, what a guy is Guy. Remember when he had his house guarded with ferocious dogs and a nice drop-off into the ocea in back? Probably a very good idea.
But they gave everything away for free -- the valimeds etc and the hot air.
btw, clozzzzzzzzer !)_@)#(*&@^%^#&*(_*#&*(_&$*(_&%(*#*$%$* should win an award for the biggest pointy-head tout of all, not only up til he made his killing on loch but ever since, as he's "supported" every word uttered by the company ... and made up a few of his own ... til now he's callin' it quits. After years of trading the little spreads, makin' a li'l here, a li'l there, no surprise.
Great analogy. Reminds me of a story.
Before and during WWII, the father of a friend used to haul timber and some goodies to/from the Bahamas/Nova Scotia, using pick-up Bahamian crews. The only thing his crews were more afraid of than being away from home on such a long trip was being in the water on such a long trip. One trip, somewhere off New Jersey, a periscope appeared only a few yards away, pointed right at them and the whale-like thingee it was attached to breached the surface moments later. Achtung, yep, they were German. "Vee blow your boat up," said Herr Kaptain (or whatever he was called -- he spoke good English) "so bitte get in your life raft so vee don't hurt you. And take mit you vater und food und flairs."
Lengthy discussion about vhat I mean what was on the boat, no arms, just my friend's father, his crew and his dog. Oh and yes, a little rum which he would gladly hand over. With a salute, Herr Kaptain said he was ... wait for it ... "just following orders." Finally friend's father, his crew and dog got in the dinghy and rowed a safe distance away. The dog went to sleep, the crew trembled, and friend's father got philosophical. "Oh well, that's war for you."
The sub tried four times to blow his boat up. Missed all four times. Friend's father had time enough to sketch the little sailing vessel while he watched. Finally success on the 5th try. "Vee like you. Can vee take you anyvhere?" asked Herr Kaptain as the boat nosed down. "Nova Scotia would do." "Sorry, vee not go zat vay. Good luck to you."
Friend's father, trembling crew and sleeping dog drifted for two days and finally hitched a ride to Ireland.
True story.
Has nothing whatsoever to do with cdex nee loch though so it'll prolly be zapped.
Where IS the good "doctor" these days? Surely YOU must know.
Do you s'pose he pays rent?
Verrrrrrrrrrrry quiet around here.
Ah so.
What do the green circular arrows by a post mean?
Has anyone contacted William Churchill?
"The SEC will do nothing because MP covered his tracks."
This from someone who just couldn't stand to hear any criticism of anything or anyone to do with the company not so long ago.
What did you expect, barelythere? MP promoted himself as an SEC-savvy lawyer. What he didn't say was he'd use his savvy to make sure he never got prosecuted for anything.
I chuckled with Gandy once, too. He's a good chuckler. I think it was over Mr. Blair's incredible education and degrees.
TB knows the wole story?
He's an integral part of it! He and Nigel had a good thing going for themselves and cdex aka loch ... til some WSJ investigative journalists decided to take a look and write about the scam, and Nigel ran aground dealing in drugs and tommy ran afoul of the IRS. Party was over for them. Prolly had already moved their assets out of reach, though.
I think tommy even offered to baby sit Nigel's new baby while nigel was incarcerated ... not sure about that though. Maybe he just offered to look out for his wife. (Arloco would remember the details, fohshoirley -- Brooklyn accent). Great working team, nigel and tommy were. Almost as good as tommy and frank. Tommy had LOTS of friends -- some of them including his bro are still on facebook! Google it -- you'll see a heavy and rapidly balding tommy. Wunner whatever happened to swmbo ... still with him?
Is that the purple house?
Research Triangle? That area bounded by major universities and populated with the brain drain from the northeast?
Give me a break! Do they have rent-a-phone offices in the Research Triangle?
There's NO WAY cdex would find or pay for an address in the Research Triangle, unless it's a garage somewhere!
"so it is doubtful to me as to whether he is familier with the everyday operation/usage of the pharmacy"
Fair enough, but he heads it all up, so he'd have to sign off on getting one, wouldn't he? Unless he rubberstamps things, which I'd doubt -- suppose the pharmacy ordered or otherwise got and used some device or piece of equipment that caused a patient death or another horrible problem. He could be ultimately liable, I'd think. But if, as it appears, he ordered a valimed simply for comparison purposes then there's no potential or actual liability at all because it was never intended to be or actually used for patient purposes. Pure speculation, but look at the chart towards the end of the presentation that says, in effect, there's no competition out there for SEA.
Anyway, there's ample here for a query of him, whether or not he's related to Winston!
Which powers would that be, paige ?????
I think a call or e-mail to Mr. Churchill makes sense but what do I know?!
... and there's Wm Churchill! Now tell me ... how could cdex/valimed be of interest to him ... how would Brigham Women's under his direction spend money to buy a Valimed, when he's an advisor to SEA? And when the outright comparison with valimed is so unfavorable to valimed?
Maybe Mr. Churchill wanted a valimed for one purpose only (and got it as a gift, like other pharmacies on the list -- I notice Charing Cross etc is still there, so cdex is still trying to capitalize on that connection even though it clearly didn't work out -- direct from the horse's mouth). That purpose was to use it as a demo for this presentation only.
I hope someone contacts Mr. Churchill and asks him a couple of questions.
