welp ... wasn't it that same "spectrometer" or an earlier iteration of it that was such a howling success in that California exhibit (can't remember the name but arloco would), at the RBI in Croatia with the able assistance of Vlado, in the air even (per press releases), through mud and vegetation and even on the Capitol steps?????

If so, why in the world does/would he want it back!
