This from someone who just couldn't stand to hear any criticism of anything or anyone to do with the company not so long ago.

What did you expect, barelythere? MP promoted himself as an SEC-savvy lawyer. What he didn't say was he'd use his savvy to make sure he never got prosecuted for anything.
