Yeah..$535 ETNL shares were sure trading heavy this morning.
As for the trading volume after uplist...Those not allowed to look at a pinky aren't going to be trading yet. Those that will trade Pinks have probably read this discussion Board and are uneasy about the pps games we have experienced. If I was running the company I would not want to waste too many good PR's until the uplist.
Personally I think we are at a bottom for now. But if uplist drags on another month without PR's I think a new bottom could be found. I believe in the company, but the stock is sure messed up right now.
If the financials are promising and with a few good PR's I believe it will recover nicely as long as the entire stock market doesn't come crashing down from economic conditions. If that happens I'm screwed anyway, so WTF.
Never said you were a mouch...said WE were all suckers!!! It was sprinkled with a little sarcasm...LOL
Let me try and say it a different way...
Here we are...The pre-season is over and we are in the first big game of a new year with a brand new look. There’s two outs in the bottom of the ninth and we’re down by 3 runs but the bases are loaded. LABS is the new coach this year with his best long ball hitter Clint at the plate. But Clint was in a slump during the preseason striking out in several key situations. Clint is facing the notorius, evil NAR on the mound with a record this year of 1000-0 and an ERA of .009
The count is full. Lurker is leading off from third base...NAR rocking back to make his pitch...Lurker takes off...NAR throws the ball. Clint swings and drives the ball to deep center.....NITE is going back....NITE is at the fence...he leaps....It's gone....It's outta here...
1. UPLIST
2. Audited financials on time
3. Sound projections for 7 figure revenue stream in 2009
4. Secured long term non toxic financing
5. Major growth potential in a multi-billion dollar recession resistant industry
6. New product lines with pre-sales coming out next quarter
7. New Licenses in Hand
We Win!!!
Oh wait, I forgot. Clint wants to throw away a chance to go to the world series and be very wealthy. It would be far easier to P&D a company he has been visioning since high school right into the ground so he can settle for being very well off. It’s all smoke and mirrors, right. Don’t buy into that loser mentality, IMO. But DUE be carefully DILIGENT and follow this discussion board because this stock is being played around with by some hungry big dogs. And I don’t mean me.
I bet that .016 from LABS represents some seller or flipper. It will probably fall like a house of cards. LABS is holding those 30 million shares for something much better IMO.
Right now we are all a bunch of sucker fish hanging on to MOBY LABS. And when EI throws the right bait in front of this hungry whale...well just hang on and pay close attention!!!
Make that one year and a day!
If that's where you think the bottom is, then you should wait. I have no idea how far down LABS will let it fall. That's who's in control right now.
From .001 to .0009?
What stock are you looking at?
I've seen what happens to fresh paint... Sometimes it washes away. At least we shouldn't open with a gap in the morning.
Oh...It sounded to me like he was just saying that the pps by itself isn't a good indicator of the company and stock potential.
It would be nice if it was on Buffet's list though. Maybe after the .pk goes away.
I don't think that is what Basser was saying, but I wish it were true!!!
NB,
I concur with Basser. I have more into ETNL than I probably should have at this stage, and I too have been very anxious about what has been happening with the pps and the uplist. But, I truly believe the stock will catch up with the company. There are others here that feel the same and some that feel quite differently. I saw that post that is playing over and over in your mind when it was first posted. It has about as much credibility as a Hollywood tabloid. When you see that stuff DEMAND the DD behind it if you think it has any merit.
To maintain sanity I tell myself... Economic times are bad but the concept is excellent IMO. I can not find anything "fake" about the company, its products, or its partners in the market. Peeps on this bulletin board have been to the trade shows, talked to EI management in person, touched the EI products, etc. From what I have seen in the photos the product is of very high quality. And the product is advertising itself. One cemetary (in Chicago I believe) has created a ball park themed area for local MLB fans to put their MLB urns. The concept sparks interest with almost anyone I have talked to.
And, I ask myself... Why would EI management go through all of this REAL effort to just be another dead end SCAM pinky? They have built the company up enough that I think they could sell it off for millions already if they were after some quick money. Why has LABS never dropped off the highest bid for all of these months? Why would a MM buy up almost 10% of the A/S leading into this uplist? Is LABS after a quick double or triple @ .03? Or is LABS buying for someone else?
There are some legitimate things to gripe about. The EI management team is very young and there have been some pretty big speed bumbs for the shareholders. I think there are a few here that may have bought too high and sold too low, and now they are angry forever, taking great delight in trashing the company and the stock. Everyone complains about the R/S but what would the pps be today if there were billions of shares still floating around. The R/S was a necessary evil for the uplist.
My advice is to thoroughly look into the negative and the positive opinions. The truth is probably somewhere close to the middle.
I'm pretty sure you are right. The shares are collateral against a default.
The clause for the extra collateral (12.5 million shares) is probably there so the loan shark, I mean lender, can be assured his collateral won't completely disappear with a declining pps.
Yep...Get 'em while they are HOT...No pun intended!
My belief is that...Clint and crew are manipulating the situation for their gain right now...as Lurker says there will be Form 4s this coming week. I believe Clynt and crew are draging their feet...
Are you saying that you think EI management is purposefully working to hold back the uplist?
What benefit is there for them to do that???
I can't believe what I am seeing. The pps fell on a 100 share sell. That is a $1.20 trade. There were three 100 share trades in less than one minute, and another 100 share trade a minute after that.
I got burned that way once by putting in an order for 20k shares and forgetting to check the "all or none" conditions. MM's gave me only 1000 shares and bumped the pps on that trade. Order closed at the end of the day and I ended up never getting the other 19k shares and my true pps was tripled after the commission was tacked on to the trade.
I wonder how many of these little trades are because of something like that?
I think there ARE laws against it, but any pinky has to be a low priority to the SEC. Several here have said they filed complaints in the the last month or so.
Since they already approved ETNL for uplist and there is a pending application with FINRA you would think the SEC might look into what FINRA and the MM's are up to. But I'm not holding my breath.
ETNL is at an all time low this week, while the company has stayed on course and made major steps forward. Far slower than management forecasts, but on course none the less.
IMO, the MARKET itself has taken complete control over the pps. They are going to rape it until it uplists. I doubt LABS bought 30 million shares so they could be sold at the all time low. Something unusual is going on here and I don't think it will turn out bad after the uplist for peeps grabbing shares at these prices.
The "TRADES" link shows buys and sells without the MM lineup. Is that what you are seeing...the "TRADES" webpage?
How fast they should move forward on new licenses depends on information we will never be fully privy to. It is possible to try and go forward too quickly, especially in this economy. All anyone really knows is there were six figures sold in two days of December. Looking forward to knowing more soon.
My guess is most long term investors are waiting for the uplist games to end, the meaty PR's to start up again, and for financials to come out any day now.
This Board has been in the top 20 on IHub Home page for awhile so lots of peeps are watching and everyone should know that the uplist is what all of this is about.
Even the flippers, the day traders, and the chartists know by now. There is big pop building up. Good PR's and financials will determine if it is just a pop or if it will be a sustainable increase in pps.
It will be a lot of fun watching all these different trading styles play out when it happens!! Coming Soon IMO.
Right on Penman...but there are a few who have only one purpose here...To trash talk the stock AND the company. They do not seem to know how to separate the two.
They do not understand (or choose to ignore) how the MM's have been artificially holding down pps right now. Maybe they don't have L2 access?? They don't get that a MM won't buy 30 million shares in 2008 and continue buying in 2009 just to lose money. They lurk in the background like vultures siezing upon anything they can "Spin" into something negative. They harp over and over again about a few past mistakes made by a very young management team at ETNL and use those incidents to blame the management for everything happening to the pps.
I doubt these posters have any real business experience of this kind. They seem to think that it is easy to go out and scrape up a million bucks to bring exciting and innovative products into one of the oldest, most traditional markets out there. It appears that they think building a company like EI to it's current position in the market is a "piece of cake". Although I have to surmise that they would not be trading pinks if they had ever accompished anything close to what Clint has done.
There is so much to be excited about with EI (the company)yet they ignore all of that to focus solely on the negative, or what they can SPIN into something negative.
Pathetic...but entertaining...IMO
If all one is concerned about are revenue and the bottom line then they should not be buying Pinks!!! PINKS are generally speculative...plain and simple. Although IMO, this one is a rare find. A gem that is maturing into a fully reporting company on it's way up to a higher exchange. It has taken a long long time to get here...I'm talking about the company that is...not the pps.
Really having to dig deep this morning to provide the so-called "Balanced" opinions for the day...
Come on...Those are six of the "weakest" bullet points I have ever read!!! I'm not going to waste my time pointing out the factual inaccuracies.

If true...about a Form 4 coming....
I would rather Clint sold his personal shares to pay of EI debt, than use it for a European vacation. LOL
LC...For the first time you said something I can agree with.
Great news indeed. Interesting coincidence that FINRA was approved within a month of the shorting rule being repealed in 2007. That whole thing is a giant greed pit. They are playing this one for a big pop. Watch LABS closely...Uplist is coming and LABS will be leading the way. I am afraid we are all LABS bitches now.
Wasn't there some information out some time back about a takeover attempt?
Could it be a good thing in the long run if LABS is grabbing shares for someone else as long as Clint maintains voting control? JUST TO PROVIDE A LITTLE BALANCE FOR THE DAY...LOL What if it turned out that Wilbert is buying in. They could pick up 100 million shares for $1 million at .01 pps
Wilbert Funeral Services, Inc. of Broadview, Illinois, the largest vault manufacturer and marketer in the world, to include full distribution of EI product lines in the United States and Canada. Through its strategically located distribution warehouses, the company serves over 18,000 funeral homes.
I considered filing an SEC complaint a few weeks ago but was worried it might interfer with the uplist.
I'm starting to feel stupid now that FINRA is still holding things up one question at a time while their buddies on the next floor are screwing me over.
I said the industry is recession resistant, not recession proof.
Still...Not sure what your point is with this article. I guess I am glad Clint isn't a funeral director. I feel bad for the funeral director, the limo driver, the florist and the caterer. One can ask their preacher to officiate, drive their own car, pick their own flowers and arrange a pot luck. But I think most people are going to stop short of building their own coffins and urns. Of course EI doesn't even build anything. They just design the products.
And, if peeps can't afford coffins in Massachusetts as the article suggests and are turning to cremations, maybe they will buy Red Sox urns. The economy will absolutely affect EI, but just a speed bump IMO.
We need to establish a revenue stream, and then we need it to grow into a river. Yes...We shall all start to see soon enough.
The indicators are a result of MM manipulation. Keeps the chartists away so NITE can keep feeding cheap shares to LABS. FINRA found another question to ask, so LABS may try to get some at .000 Hurry, blame that on EI management!
I have this to say about NITE...The primary seller for months. Must represent someone with mucho shares that isn't interested in holding. Does anyone really believe it isn't connected with the toxic financier? Good riddance, another 3 million shares SOLD today. Definitely worth celebrating, IMO.
I don't know about everyone else, but I am tired of the pps manipulation and will be holding for the uplist and some PR's before I would even consider walking away from ETNL. Although, sub penny would be SO, SO tempting!!!
Reading the Board I don't get the impression the other investors here are loading up on shares right now. I think some are even selling for whatever reason. So who bought those 3 million shares today? 975k shares in one trade ($13k). I don't know but LABS has been buying for so long I'm starting to worry about a hostile takeover attempt. It's a damn good thing Clint gave himself those extra voting shares.
WATCH LABS...If you have L2 you know what I am talking about. If you don't have L2, try it for a month. It will validate the pps manipulation and the share transfer. I have no understanding of why, but it appears that one MM is simply passing large chunks of ETNL to another MM, controlling the pps as they go. And FINRA (aka Club MM) is dragging their feet on the uplist. I don't know whether to cry or pop the champaign cork.
One thing is for certain. I am not going to blame EI management for the current pps. And another thing...I expect management to give us a report showing the establishment of an expanding revenue stream in a recession resistant market. Soon!
IMO the funeral industry is better described as recession resistant, not recession proof.
This is exactly what I am talking about...
"Company has spent approx. 10 million dollars in the last two years and hasn't produced jack. Only produces HYPE."
THERE IS ABSOLUTELY IS NO CREDIBILITY IN THIS STATEMENT.
Just a broken record playing the same tunes over and over again.
Here to provide BALANCE...what a joke! Skewing facts to support an opposite opinion DOES NOT provide balance. IMO
Do you have positive thoughts on this company? I haven't read any positive remarks, just negative ones...and entirely one sided at that. I have zero confidence in the disparaging information that you are providing on this board because it is one sided and sounds like a bad commercial being played over and over again.
How much do you think it should have cost to build this company to it's current stage? A million dollars doesn't seem like that much to me to get this started. They had to bring on four major licenses all at once to launch the product line.
Many of these old loans that you keep harping about came from insiders who helped start the company. Where else would one obtain a million dollars in start up costs? Keeping in mind that no one was sure how well this idea would catch on a few years ago.
I have some issues with EI's communications with investors. But we DO NOT know what the insiders know. We can only speculate and guess which doesn't really do anyone much good.
Hmmm...I wonder who is scooping up those big sells today? 975k shares in one transaction. Then another million shares sold in 50k to 100k pieces. Big transfer of shares going on today. Sellers wanting out, handing off shares to buyers that see potential...same as every other stock every other day.
The chart analysis posted by MKA las week said MM's are still buying up shares. We have seen the same thing for months now on L2. If true, one needs to ask why "The Market" itself keeps buying shares of a pinky on the decline in todays economic climate? According to the investors update FINRA screwed us with another comment round last week giving MM's a little more time to buy at bargain pps.
LABS is still #1 on bid, and has been sitting dead last lately on ask. What does that say? LABS reported owning about 28m shares at EOY 2008 and has never left the position of top bidder for more than a transaction or two ever since. What is LABS up to?
LABS was at 014 with NITE just before the 022.
What about the 750 share trade that took it down to .0125 for a second. Right in the middle of a string of buys at 013. Gave the shares away for free if there was a commission. Who does that???
I get what you're saying about pre-planning your funeral party in these times. But that's not necessarily how these products will be sold. A loved one passes away and the family members are usually the ones that plan the memorial at the last minute and select the casket or urn. At least that's how it's always been in my family. IMO what EI is marketing to is the "celebration" of someone's life not necessarily the pre-planning. In DEPRESSED times people look for things to celebrate.
I think you are smart to hold.
YES...EI MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO GET FINRA OFF THEIR BUTTS TODAY!!!
I'm not going to panic while LABS is parked at the top of the BUY list and the bottom of the SELL list for so long. But I am starting to get really PO'd.
That 55k trade is interesting. It happened at the exact same moment as a 500 share sale ($7.50). Those two trades (55,500 shares) at 13:31 were both listed as sells and used to drop the price down from 0145 to 014.
There was steady nibbling (buying) up until that point and the buying even continued thereafter.
