I just spoke to Mark. He called FINRA and its a technical halt due to problems on the trading platform that affected over 300 companies now. They hope to have it resolved in 90 minutes.
I wonder if there were any panic attacks happening this morning. LOL
I'm on the phone now with Ameritrade and they say the OTC erroneously halted 200 symbols this morning and they are working on fixing it. I spoke to Mark and he is on the phone seeing what's up.
I'll try to find it. I've known Mark a very long time and see him regularly. He is NOT a stoner. Rest assured.
They're not stoners. Brett doesn't smoke at all and Mark hardly ever. Definitely not at dusk. Don't know where you get your information from.
My guess is he had a long talk with Mark and started to quietly accumulate once he realized the extent of what is going here. Good call CW.
The Dot.bong Revolution!
The internet is basically free and any way it's a tax right off.
What $300k? Where did you get that they paid $300k for the spots? Mark invested $300k into the company directly. Maybe you are confusing the two.
It's advertising for the company. You pay for advertising. The press release lets people know its there. And still we're up 2000%.
There are many reasons we are up 2000%, mainly because it's a real company that is about to start growing money.
That aside everyone knows MoneyTv is a vehicle for small cap companies to get their message to out to the investing public. I am just pointing out that regardless of what we might say we are up 2000% in a year and a half!! Pretty sweet huh.
They've done a dozen or so of these interviews over the last year and a half and we are up almost 2000%. That means if you invested $5k then it is now worth $100k. You're right it hasn't helped at all.
I have not.
No one. Welcome to the game. It's not set up for the long or positive for side of the trade.
Sorry. I said a license not a CO. I have not heard tho I have asked.
Yup, we have a license from the State of Nevada to GROW MONEY!
Sorry, just referring as a stock I own. I'll be more careful of the semantics.
I don't know the exact number but it is legitimate.
PNTV They are expecting final approval this week from the Sate of Nevada to begin operations for cultivation and production of medical and soon to be recreational sales of marijuana, edibles, oils, resins etc. We have a 26000 sq ft warehouse with 7000 sq ft starting upon State Certificate of Occupancy. 23 year Fully reporting OTCQB company who operates in MMJ and Media. One of only 3 publicly traded companies with licenses to touch the flower.

The idea is to do both. The more establishments we have our products in the better. Their vision is to brand nationally and leapfrog to other states as the industry becomes more established.
Outstanding Dj!! Truly thank you. I sent your post to Mark and told him he owes you a free edible when we're up and running.
Those numbers are huge. When we are fully operational we will be grossing $50 million a year +. And that doesn't take into account $$ from the media side. Their share structure is a quarter of ours. Straight math would put us at $1.50. I'd be happy with that.
I haven't spoken to Mark in over a week. Been busy here and haven't wanted to bug them.
I see that DAN. I can only guess that they are getting everything in place for the State and all else is on the back burner. Easy enough to correct I agree but on days like these I can't complain too much.
I get the frustration. I wish I could control those things. I bring it up. Send them an email saying what you said here. It's legitimate. Be cordial you will get a response. Hopefully once we get our State CO this will all be moot.
I think they did. If you go to playersnetwork.com the rotating banner no longer shows up. That is the new corporate website. Just not put out in a press release.
From the Share Holder update. Gives a pretty clear path and time line to meeting requirements and deadlines.
Green Leaf Farms Update
Player's Network has an 86% stake in our Green Leaf Farms Holdings ("GLFH") marijuana subsidiary, which holds a special use permit for production and cultivation license(s) granted by the city of North Las Vegas and the state of Nevada. GLFH has received its Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) for a portion of its 27,000-square-foot facility, marking a key achievement for phase 1 of the project.
We hired Grow Contractors (a division of MCIG) to develop and oversee the construction of GLFH's cultivation and production facility. Despite several regulatory hurdles, we are now very close to completing phases 1 and 2, as outlined below.
This first phase of construction totals roughly 6,000 square feet of common area, including offices, security, reception, storage, two cultivation rooms and a production lab, as well as vault, drying, trim, nutrient mixing and packaging rooms. This first phase will allow GLFH to commence operations and begin generating revenue through the sales of Rosin and cold water hash following final state approval, as outlined below.
Phase 2 of the build-out involves 7,000 square feet of 50% open grow flowering room and 50% several smaller vegetation rooms. One of the last steps in this phase is the approval of our fire safety plan. This month-long approval process includes joint efforts of an independent fire protection company and the City of North Las Vegas Fire Department. Once completed, the final step of phase 2 is to install mechanical HVAC and schedule the state inspection, also outlined below.
These projects take considerable work and diligence, and we appreciate our relationship with Grow Contractors as the team helps us find creative solutions to best streamline these processes.
State Inspection Update
First, it is important to note that the State of Nevada has been great to work with; it is obvious to us that decision makers really want to see this new industry succeed. Our current position in the state's inspection process is what is called a pre-inspection. This is where state inspectors walk with us through our facility to determine and discuss everything needed to pass the official inspection. Pre-inspection discussions are invaluable to the licensing process -- they are like receiving the answers to an exam before you take it. Notably, our inspectors had very few comments. One inspector said our facility is one of the nicest facilities they have walked through and that the pride we take in our work is evident. We were instructed to seal the walls and floors in the warehouses that will be a part of our future phases 3 and 4; we quickly started this work and expect it to be completed by April 15. We will then schedule the official inspection. If there are no more comments, we are told it will take about a week to receive our licenses to commence operations in phase 1, and another three weeks for phase 2.
No I did not say that. Sorry if it read that way. I said that as soon as the State gives us our CO we will immediately buy raw product from an established cultivator and make resin and bubble hash, package it, sell it generating tax revenue. According to the share holder update and my own conversations with Mark we should be done by April 15th completing the work asked by the state and one more week to get the papers through. I asked Mark specifically about the deadline and he did not feel any worry about making it.
From the share holder update:
This is our current sponsorship list: BioTrack, Sasquash Rosin Press, Advanced Gardens Hydroponics, Oregon's Only, Nector for the Gods Nutrients, eFinity lights, Air-Pot, Grow Contractors, Ushio, Digi-Path, Agromax equipment, Smart Grow Technologies, Rx Green Solutions.
They aren't just sponsorships but also the equipment makers and service providers we are utilizing. I met the guy from efinity lights. The rosin press manufacturer was met at the Weed cup in Vegas. That and the cold bubble hash is how we will be able to generate revenue and pay taxes by the May 31st deadline.
Mark has made deals with all of these manufactures and service providers. Everyone who has seen what we are doing wants to be part of it.
Those photos are from 2007. That technology is archaic. The technology we will be using will blow that out of the water.
And if you must compare look where we are going. We don't even have plants in the ground yet. As soon as we get State CO PH 1 of cultivation begins in our temporary grow rooms and clones start developing. Within 2 months or less PH 2. 7000 sq ft of open grow space with 30 ft ceiling, tents and all we be on line ready to go.
Even tho that is old I love seeing what we will be looking like in 4 months.
Everyone knows that these are rooms that were slated to be used for production, drying and trimming, office space etc. and was put together to immediately start operations. Pretty smart actually to get open and take advantage of the rec licenses coming up.
Everything will be hand watered and eventually transferred to the 7000 sq ft part of the warehouse which is now being called Phase 2. This is the open grow we have seen pics of with the infrastructure already built out. When the fire suppression system is checked off the cultivation tents will be set up and the big operation will start to take form.
And congrats you are up over 600%!
He's one of their growers. I met him he's a good guy.
I bet they end up settling instead of going to trial as well.
I got the same thing back. Also asked Mark about it. He said he has spoken to them in the last year but it is up to them to list them. According to their requirements we should be there soon.
That's great Dj thank you so much. I followed up and sent them an email as well. Looking at their requirements to be listed we don't meet them yet and yet there are stocks listed that don't as well.
I forwarded the info to Mark as well. I told him you brought it to our attention and to keep an eye out for an email from you.
So were you playing at Fitzgeralds or Ellis Island?
I'm very happy to see third party sources verifying the progress being made. And also grateful that you and others are out there looking for real DD that supports our company and posting it here.
Thanks Danny. I love this quote at the beginning from Rob, one of the principles from mCig.
11h
robgrowcontractors Just setup #biotrack system and veg room for #greenleaffarms. State certification on the way! Slated to be the most advanced 30,000sf open grow you've ever seen.
We are beginning to see that the company has been doing a tremendous amount of work. They just haven't been Prd much to date to avoid mistakes made in the past of promising too soon.
Funny if you put out prs your labeled a P n D and if you don't people scream they aren't doing enough.
As of next week hopefully everyone will be happy and there will be no question as to the direction of this company.
When there is no new debt what then?
I get the feeling there are some people out there getting very nervous.
In hind sight I'm glad they did not get a dispensary license initially. I believe you are correct in the overhead involved but one possibly 2 strategically placed dispensary's could generate serious cash flow as well as public exposure. Because of their landlord they have opportunities for a couple prime locations. Also those licenses are transferable so depending on how quickly they are required to open those licenses they could end up being hard assets.
But first things first. Lets get up and running. A dispensary is only as good as the product they can acquire.
