I understand that the answer to your question is YES.

Gee, I wonder if its a naked, covering...
I don't know and I haven't heard that discussed. I will check. To set up an efficient system to harvest prior to production might be an issue, but if the cost/profit analysis says its much better to do it....why not?? I do know that one of the only red beryl (google..very impressive stones) mines in the world is very close by....like 30 miles!! Utah, for that matter, is flush with all kinds of "stuff".

Yes, I'm not a pink investor and I'm here by default (reverse merger). All shareholders need to remember that CPRK, prior to the rm was WUCC and a privately held company. IT IS DIFFERENT!!! Even though I wasn't for the RM, it helped to raise needed capital which they have converted into assets; they also have a very compelling story w facts if one chooses to investigate.

Here are a couple more rock pics of some of the high grade ore:
Good info; btw, raser is active down there but I don't know if that company is what CPRK was referring to in PR.

Yes, agreed, but don't under-estimate this company and their ability to get things done. If one saw what they've accomplished without major financing in the economic / financial environment that exists, it's just short of an absolute miracle.... Hatch engineering said it couldn't be done and would fall over if they saw it now. We'll see...
Good luck
jtf
I agree w both of your posts. However, my "wonder" is maybe they could do both! Remember, the "plan" is to secure long term financing w revenue bonds that will pay off current debt and provide additional capital for short/long term growth and expansion. Debt servicing would be incorporated into operations over 30 years at a favorable rate (at least thats the hope...) Then the "use" of current operating cash flow would be more available for the "dividend".
jtf
Probably; maybe; possibly; remotely...define foreseeable future. It all depends on the generation and amount of cash from operations and, of course, profits. IF the company can generate $50m in profits; $25m could easily be paid out (.01 a share). Heck, even if they paid out $2.5m (.001 per share) its still is a possibility, from what I've seen first hand and researched. I believe this company has the potential to be an ATM machine for shareholders. time will tell.... jmo
jtf
Only one I know is: www.rasertech.com You might find some good info there.
jtf
Maybe, maybe not. I hope so and the company wants to but... I wouldn't plan on it for a while still. The company needs cash right now for operating capital and also to service and pay back loans/debt. However, if the company gets long term financing with their "industrial rev bonds" (somewhat approved but not yet issued, rated or funded) that money could pay off debt, be used for operating capital and additional investment in the mill/mine. Then the possibility of a small dividend would be more likely. Eventually half of any profits has been rumored to be paid out....(I'm hoping for a very small one mid/end of next year increasing into 2010.) In other words, a lot has to happen still to make that happen.
jtf
Yeah, no kidding!! Plus the fact that my private placement WUCC shares were converted at a 15.79 factor which is an effective CPRK price of .125 cents!! Yes, its safe to say we're waiting!!
jtf
3f, within the next year, ALL shares will finally be unrestricted but a large chunk; approx 1.5b+ will be in Jan, Feb and/or March which includes most if not all the WUCC shares that were converted to CPRK last Feb08. (most WUCC were originally 2 years but with reverse merger last Feb08, they converted to 1 year due to some rule) Most are held by key insiders who have expressed no desire to sell at this time or near future... they are awaiting company production, industry interest/recognition that will support much higher pps. They also will still be "restricted" on their activity going forward due to rule 144. ...this is not a concern I have.
jtf
Really nothing unless they are sold when, at that time, they become part of the float and could put some downward pressure on the stock. However, most of these shares are owned by 4 key insiders who can't sell but a few shares each month under the 144 rule if they want too. My understanding is they are not interested in selling (at least now; looking at bigger picture which is in the future.) Hope this helps.
jtf
Yes, renegociated until Jan 2010; it was in the last series (3) of PR's last week. BTW, the majority of these debt holders, if not all, are friendly and are supporting the company in their efforts.
jtf
F18, nice report but the ultimate question is: can you break 80?!
Patience, long term (strong) investors will be rewarded; that's always been my assessment. One things for sure, I'm amazed at the negative assessment of some that haven't even visited the mill or reviewed the compelling factual data that is available.... I wonder what their agenda might be? Oh, nevermind, I know.... glta
jtf
Its my understanding that they are!! Big time....Mother lode?? Maybe...but I like the sound of that!!
You probably already know this but the company breakeven is .80 - $1 for copper NOT counting the credits for other metals. Also, I think they will increase production up to 5-6K ore tons per day (from 2400 - 4000 projected) by taking the dust created from the rock crushers and sending that through the floatation without the need for the ball mill process. Either way, profits are to be had and the ecomomic slowdown will pass in the next year or so and then its back to higher profit margins.
Look, I will be realistic with the changes that have occured since July, but we could still see a stretch goal of $25m - $75m+ profit next year....if??? (and we still have several if's to overcome.)
BTW, the price of copper doesn't affect how much gold we are extracting. Its not a function of price...
jtf
3F; good points and analysis. I agree but we could be pleasantly surprised!! They are finding amazing stuff down there!!! $775 an oz and $9 an oz adds up very quickly compared to $1.50 a lb. Time will tell but my time horizon is still 2-5 years that started a year and a half ago. This stock has yet to play out and IMO patient, long-term shareholders will be rewarded nicely. One last point; as crazy as this sounds, a lower price going forward could be beneficial as it will weed out weak hands and strong hands will come in including company at bargin basement prices; I'm very confident in that. glta
jtf
IMO, I think its w Raser Technologies www.rasertech.com. They have a huge geo thermal project right in Beaver/Milford area and the entire area is packed with this energy. Govt wants this stuff developed big time and gives lots of tax incentives to do it. I think its simply a joint deal that allows RaserTech to drill on CPRK property. Little distruption and capital with high potential for returns. Definately not a distraction. I wonder if CPRK has oil too??!! They definatley have wind. T. Boone Pickens would luv this area!!!
jtf
I wonder how many people will buy tomorrow?
OK, your caculation on the pre-split price is incorrect and misleading; even approaching dishonest. There are 2.5B A/S and 2.495 O/S period. The price is .0135 period. The past stock structure is irrelevent after the reverse merger and the restructuring of the stock.
Still here; back from a 10 day vacation and catching up w work. Haven't sold a single share and will not take my eye of the ball; which, btw, is not the price per share. Yeah, its frustrating but its not the story...yet. Keep your eyes on the asset. The PPS will take care of itself once the asset performs and the story gets out to the masses. This is not a short term play for the big payout.

Another pic from the opposite view. Bawana on the right; HT behind the hill and Maria in the middle (black shadow canyon); mill in upper right corner.... OH and how I luv the VALLEY!!! CHA-CHING
Eye, just wait.... I feel a freight train coming....rumblin'.... btw, great posts. You get it my friend.

Another recent aerial of mill "asset".
Eye, here is a great aerial "asset" pic of 5 areas/mines. The Hidden Treasure is in the fore ground which is currently being mined; Bawana is behind and to the right of HT beyond the hill; the canyon in the middle right is Maria (small black shadow); Candy B is off to the right of the picture and the Valley mine is near the bottom of the pic. There are many other areas and mines not to mention Drum Mountain up near Delta that is loaded w metals (gold).
Interesting stuff on Valley; magnetic anomalies suggest charateristics similar to those of a "mega" deposit. Mgt has always believed it would contain the "biggie". Drilling will proceed to prove up reserves that could be in the tens/hundreds of billions....even in todays environment...possibly.
Some are screaming proof??? What do they want? Pictures, video clips, reports, independent studies, eye witness accounts...its all been provided and available if they simply put forth the effort. I have...I'm convinced... but mgt still needs to perform and deliver; no matter the exchange.

Milford, UT
I don't know exactly what will happen the next few weeks, but I honestly believe HUGE things will happen the next few months / years...HUGE!!! Weak hands are leaving; the strong who persevere will be rewarded. This company is for real and it has incredible assets that will bare fruit.
jtf
Yes, shares sold to committed individuals to help finance project and finish mill because credit markets dried up. Yes, and they visited the project and did research and were compelled to became shareholders.
jtf.
Which one? Hidden Treasure, Bawana, Maria, Candy B, Copper Ranch, Valley, Old Hickory, Niagra, Sunrise or Ok mines?? Oh and don't forget about Drum Mountain obtained with the merger. This area has been mined for several hundred years. History is broad and deep with success - hundreds of millions $$ mined in the past by picking low hanging fruit. Now we're going broad and deep and picking "best" fruit. Oh and lots of fruit there is!! Billions and billions!! Google Frisco, UT for fun. Its a couple of miles away from our property.
jtf
Right here... everything is still on schedule except for a few minor delays to the Toshiba electronics. Various systems testing/soft start - end of nov; hard start and full system go - Dec 15th w minor start to production. Jan 1 full production all systems go; start w 500 tons of ore per day then scale up to 4000 tons per day at max. production. Obviously there might be some gliches but only minor. That's what I know to be the plan from mgt.
jtf
RDG, the recent 30,000,000 could be a reason for the PPS decrease but it might not be too. People should not assume these shares were sold into the market. Maybe maybe not.
jtf
Good question and here's 2 answers:
1. CPRK grade of copper is ave 1.5%+; Kennecott is .4%
2. CPRK breakeven is $1 give or take.
Check it out for yourself. Call company and / or review data.

Yes, I have spoken to MD on numerous occasions, face to face when I visited the mill 4 times over the past 1 1/2 years. I've also spoken to key management personnel including; head geologist, project managers, supervisors, head miners, construction people and office personnel not to mention board of directors. And so can any other shareholder/non-shareholder if they make an effort to visit the project. All are very frank about the project and their vision of what will happen.

TM, if you send me a pm with an email address i will send you more pics to put in ibox; especially better pics of rocks than those listed.
