I'm still around; I've heard the new mgt team are fighting hard to pull this together. They are sincerely working to bring shareholder value but need capital to do so which they are working on. They do have several options they are exploring. However, there are a lot of challenges w the type of ore we are currently mining and the design build of the mill. Experts have recently visited the mill and all are saying the same thing; great project but corrections to mill are needed for the oxide ore. Sulphide ore is down further which we will get to eventually. The project also needs an SX-EW process to extract copper from the tailings that have already been sent through. Still battling...

Shareholders also shouldn't forget that when WUCC reversed into CPRK, the company received and now has the rights to Drum Mountain which I "heard" has very high gold deposits. Might not get to it for a while but it might be relevent. Candy, are you familiar w this area? It does show up in a geo mining map of Utah. TIA
jtf
I couldn't resist...
jtf
I was simply stating past results as I know them. I'm hoping for better retrival/efficency's going forward.
jtf
I've heard something similiar... but hearing and doing is the issue.... we'll soon see.
jtf
M, I like your optimism, but upon re-startup, the mill will only produce approx 20-25 tons of CUcon per day w a current CU retrival rate of approx 20%. I've heard the rev per ton is approx $1500 - $2000. However, they are implementing other techniques (cementation/cleaner cells/precipitation) to improve effeciency's which will help. They need LTF to pull this off.... imo.
jtf
Lots of negatives right now; hoping for a reversal; I honestly believe they are working very hard and are close to securing LTF... better be soon.
jtf
whatever...
Gee, lets see... I just purchased some GE and I didn't vote for the guys in charge... we have voting rights when that time will come...
...From a shareholder for 2 1/2 years when CPRK was WUCC and private and got screwed at a reverse merger conversion of .125; that pretty much sums it up.
jtf
So you're saying we have NO voting rights with our shares??? Oh and I was referring to Web's observation that profitable companies go back private...
I'm not saying its a good thing; I was one who was against the reverse merger; what I said in my post was very specific regarding communication/PR's...
RDG, just so you know and maybe you can stop hammering CPRK on their transparency, both the SEC and CPRK's legal council have direct influence on the communication (or lack the of...) coming from the company...
jtf
Jummbo... can you hang on for a couple more weeks??
Don't need to post; call the company and ask them.
RDG, can you please post evidence on "lost" contract w RBS? Not what I'm hearing...
jtf
Reg, I do agree that to convince the 23 (or how many there actually are) lenders to share will be very difficult but they also been a major barrier (in addition to other factors) to LTF.... too picky imo.
jtf
CK, thanks, but I can't take credit for the clip. I trying to go down next week.
jtf
This is the latest video clip of mill/mine from last Friday. Nothing new and it shows the mill down for maintenance, but I can't help but notice dark piles of con drying in several places; I noticed magantite too ....

jtf
Dent, please tell us how you came up with $120,000,000??? Please...
jtf
PW, you might be right, but not discounting the fact that CPRK has very serious issues right now, can someone please tell me why I have a gut feeling CPRK is going to pull this off shortly?? I hope my feeling is right... for at least the longs. jmo
jtf
And if you had done any DD on Lisbon you would know about the metal content on their property; not even close to CPRK's...
jtf
Good point and yes I've thought that through too. If another party sees the value of the total asset (mill, equipment, mine, leases, massive efforts so far, tax carryforward, etc) then my educated assumption is the land owners would defer to them. The land owners can't mine this on their own; they need someone whether it be CPRK or another... that being said, the value of the stock we all bought includes the value of the "leases" that we should benefit/get credit for if another comes in....jmo.
jtf
Ok, so if it makes no sense, please explain why they are doing it then... which is exactly my point... it makes no sense therefore other factors are in play that limit what they can/will communicate. jmo.
jtf
I still believe this is the case but w/o LTF the asset could be compromised.... it could be a mess if legal comes into play... I strongly believe the asset is worth more than the current market pps/valuation. I'm currently not buying (would like to) for reasons other than what I just said, company issues and price; more personal reasons...
jtf
Tied, in the sense of attorneys, compliance, legal matters and SEC concerns.... all i know is cprk is not purposely withholding info to tick us off....jmo
RDG, IMO, I don't think anything has been produced or shipped during the past 2 weeks or so. The mill is down for "scheduled" maintenance and repairs and they're awaiting/need "parts" to fire it back up. The 500-700 tons of con on the ground has been shipped and I think we can surmise CPRK has probably received partial payment with additional monies to follow. My guess is, LTF is still being fervently pursued from every possible angle (w emphasis on fervently)...this will be the ultimate issue that decides this. IMO, if CPRK doesn't get financing in the next 30-45 days, its a bleak outlook unless consistant daily production can carry us. BTW, MD's/CPRK hands are tied to release "great" info for now; accept it. Finally, IMO, the curent 1st, 2nd and other lienholders don't have much choice but to extend until LTF is secured. JMO....
jtf
Nice proactive start that I fully support...
jtf
Who said the company has not received payment?? :)
jtf
CDL, change of plans; I'm now trying to go down around Jan 20-21. MD will not be there and the mill is down for maintenance so I thought it best to re-schedule. I'm trying to arrange my schedule to attend his wedding/reception....
jtf
Ok, and many, many more!!!
FYI, I might be heading to the mine at the end of next week... I'll keep everyone posted (or at least those who are interested in visits...)
jtf
New stuff...
I've heard some "talk" of very, very impressive drill results at an area between the Hidden Treasure Mine and the mill.
jtf
Web, he was let go....
I think RDG said a "rumor" not an offer...
jtf
I think we should all remember that CPRK was orginally NOT a pink stock but a private company. Yes, they did a reverse merger w a pink to raise capital; still waiting for all the naysayers to tell me how they should have raised the necessary capital to build the mill... personally I didn't invest in a pink but have to accept the demonizing now from a few...
jtf
Your right, but to become a non-believer in the project (which is the asset/story) due to a weak PR; well... like I said, its your right.
jtf
RR, I'd respectfully disagree; if they obtain LTF i believe it will be announced.
