Bye bye.
Nice little push EOD!
Looks like ppl want to be in for Monday's open...
Sure. Post a screenshot proving you have "millions of shares" and I'll buy them at .0175
Hahaha, he can use my phone. Gotta save everyone from themselves... lol
"You're entitled to your own opinion, but you're not entitled to your own facts..." lol
Yep, I was in that. First buy was around 0.19 and rode it to $2.70 then ejected. (check my history)
That was a hell of a ride!
Lookin' for the same in ENZC!
Well well, Mr Randall B!
"Warned" lol
ENZC still trading +100% on the week.
Hope you've "warned" all Tesla holders too, they fluctuate this much on a weekly basis
Don’t worry, it’s not bad news. lol
he just desperately wants it to be
Lol, I did the same on that one. (Much smaller float though, with a much smaller target audience).
This should be a fun ride!
Don’t post much anymore but this is lookin’ great!! Got in yesterday!
Congrats everyone!!
Who is "the Agency"?
Chapter 2 closed. On to chapter 3!! Here we go!!
More often than not, it's FOMO. Posters with this MO ("I'm so good, let me tell you how ow much money I made" , which is usually also a lie), need their prediction to be right so that so their exit was justified. Otherwise, whether she made money or not, it was a huge blown opportunity 2 years in the making.
Hypothetically, even if the a/s was doubled, the $121m upside is not baked into the .30 sp. simple math.
Also, do you think the Navy would award a contract to a company that was about to fall victim to a hostile takeover? Seems far fetched...
20% spread at the moment
Looks like ASCM is having to come up on their bid. Shame... Lol
That may be all you get shorties!
Thanks Apostle, glad to see you here!
Been waiting on this for almost 2 years! Here we go!!!
156k sitting on bid at 33!!
Waited months for this... lol
Great day today!
Jumped back in around .165, let’s see where this goes...
Totally depends on whether he's right or left handed... I forget the conversion off the top of my head but will look it up. lol
SOUPQ
I still don't understand what you don't understand... they own the company valued at 6.3 million + 4M million in shares of the company if they don't cancel them. How is that not better? They can still sell the "big rich ass company" since they own 51% of the commons, just for a whole lot more money.
In this case it would though.
(Not sure I've ever heard of a company throwing away $4M just for fun...)
Can you point to where they said they were going private please? I missed that.
Well it's a good thing they own so many then.
Instead of making claims that I personally don't understand the reasoning behind, maybe you can explain to the board why you think flushing a majority stake in their own company is beneficial to them.
lol, retired on an island somewhere I'm sure.
lol, retired on an island somewhere I'm sure.
Is this your first Q play?
Posting a "in most cases" doesn't hold any water.
CEMJQ was my first Q play, no cancellation there... I'm sure we can all list a few.
New HOD coming...
Great post!
I got a kick out of that too. lol
Oh, and 300k+ shares at $2.05... lol
'Fully Diluted Shares' are impossible until the share price hits $11.50 (IPO warrants). Calculation based on this definition does not apply here, unless you'd like to factor in almost 8M shares at $11.50, and another 3M+ shares at $4.80.

Put whatever spin on it you want... you are the only one that uses that math. lol
Calculating Market Cap
"Market capitalization is just a fancy name for a straightforward concept: it is the market value of a company's outstanding shares. This figure is found by taking the stock price and multiplying it by the total number of shares outstanding."
19M shares (OS) * .3355 (SP) = $6,374,500 = Market Cap
http://www.investopedia.com/articles/basics/03/031703.asp
TMPS
Market Cap is based on ~19,000,000 shares, because that is the current OS.
Why in the world would you base it off a fully diluted share structure if it's not diluted? lol
The majority of the warrants remaining can only be converted with a strike price of $4.80 or higher. They have to get the SP over $5 just to make any money.
These guys love scare tactics to buy in lower...
Throw out all the conspiracy theories of wash trades, super dept, and whatever other nonsense these guys have come up with, and what're you left with? An undervalued company.
Basic arithmetic shows a MC of ~$7M, can anyone (outside of the 3 negative nancies) tell me they think this is a fair value when they have $4m+ revs each quarter, $400k in cash, and airplanes?
Longs holding shares because the Q comes out on Monday. I'm betting it shows another $4m+ in rev and a dramatically improved balance sheet.
You guys do what you want, I'm holding all of my shares.
(I know you're not new here, this is more of a recap... :)
We'll know tomorrow.
