JPM can not take advance of operating tax losses if buying Wamu andonly NOL is accountable but if other company is going to buy it will bebefit alot OPERATING TAX LOSSES plus NOL ,Cashs and maybe the Lawsuite from illegal seizure.
shoppers are doing their calculation now . The postponement tomorrow will give Wamu to the highest bidder
Additional to the NOL which is $20BB the Operating loss will be accountable too...Wamu Banks is $309BB, how much tax loss do you think it will be? It is better for those taking over other than JPM because the NOL+ Opreating Tax losses=?
Guestimate is $40BB maybe more.
Sacrified Wamu is the initial step to bring down world's market ...In the 21th century we dont we gun to fight.
any Seatle update? I am wondering what he is talking about? any thing good other than pinkslip?
No volume?? MM can bring it down to any level they want..I think I have to keep my stomatch warm for one more week..good thing will happend in anyday anyt
there must be a new twist ..Have you ask Why JPM fight for the little details on the papers?? if they buyout Wamu they have all the NOL...hmmm questionable?? Well maybe WFC know something they can buy WAMU and steal all the branches from JPM!!! who know what will happend?? Gov't played communist in Wamu case here in this country.
it means jpm still have more than a week accumulating the stock
not delisting but halting
it was in the 8k filing. Nothing nude!
sure JPM know that means higher offer
here is Obama website www.change.gov
4.4 bils belong to WAmU and JPM had no contest from the beginning but FDIC trying to involve between two private entities while its role is to protect deposits nothing but deposits .. I am wondering why?? Favoritism ??
hearing delays until 11/25...This is very good new
prefered will be transfer for sure..They dont want you to sell it right away.
FDIC role is to protect deposits nothing but deposits why FDIC interfering between WMI and JPM on the NOL and $4.4 bils?? And Why Paulson(SEC) was trying to get WAMU sell? I think one word can tell it all is "CONSPIRACY"
they did last april but Wamu turned it down becuase the price was too low. There was the article stated "paulson did make a phone call to Wamu's exectives threatening them to sell or the matter will get worst"
i am pretty sure this Friday will be good (1) the NOL is belongging to WMI (2)$4.4 bils will be WMI becuase JPM has no contest and Why FDIC is trying to interfere? There must be a favoritism while its role is protecting deposites
i think Wamu will not sell for less, last April JPM offerred $8 Wamu did not wanna sell becuase it is too low... Do you think Wamu willing to sell for less now??Do you thing the seizure is legitimate? The longer delay the better for Wamu to win the case and of course JPM is dying to buyout but does not want to give them a fair market price ,they think they are having SEC, FDIC and OTS and Bush's administration on their side ..I think those crooks will be served once new administration arrived .Dont you think they are not pushing JPM to buyout Wamu ASAP?
yes but not by the book . The pricing will be factorred..
the fact is how much wamu worths not the current trading price.
wait and see ...the buyout will be price per common nothing but common... i would rather be going along with bigboys than book.
no need to discuss further..all we need to look for an outcome....Let's see if Wamu's legal teams playing its card right!.. I am positive it will not be less than $8
i am looking for $10 plus per share...Something is boiling noww... fasten your seatbelt!
i believe wamuq is going to be a top dog if buyout.
have you seen this yet??
http://www.reuters.com/article/marketsNews/idINN1047652220081110?rpc=44
if the buyout will be $10 per share before 11/18 Brandes is still paying big?
i would love to see Wamu is going to sue FDIC and JPM too..FDIC acted prematurely and JPM corruption
more to come!!! victim of naked shorting and corruption or both?? more coming evident..Brandes!!!
keep sending your enquiries to congress...
I am able to buy 25K more of Wamuq by using the interest from selling WAMPQ. Thank to the pump!!!
it is all about delisting "DIMEZ" ..Holloween was last week ..wake up people!!
nothing but another corruption in our system
i think there are only two options for wamu now
1) If the price is right ,Wamu is going to sell it.
2) restructuring it if the price is too low
once Wamu's lawyers get thing straight ,JPM and FDIC have no choice but paying the fair market value or facing a lawsuit that could damage both JPM and FDIC reputation at the same time Wamu will emerge from BK and I am sure it will be stronger. That is it nothing else
CRO and his team invovling in 1) administrative support for legal teams 2)accounting 3)restructuring if necessary once emerging from BK
It clearly stated in the contract "WM must give 30 day notice or pay certain amount of money to terminate the restructuring team" if I am not mistaken.
who would'nt take 300-600 per hour? remember restructuring firm is not law firm!
JPM did not object but FDIC want a little piece if it. I dont know if it is legitimate for FDIC to claim . I dont believe recivership had anything to do with the operating loss at all.
can you post the link? thanks
conlusion by accounting firm is most important. JPM will make an offer based on it.
