i think Wamu will not sell for less, last April JPM offerred $8 Wamu did not wanna sell becuase it is too low... Do you think Wamu willing to sell for less now??Do you thing the seizure is legitimate? The longer delay the better for Wamu to win the case and of course JPM is dying to buyout but does not want to give them a fair market price ,they think they are having SEC, FDIC and OTS and Bush's administration on their side ..I think those crooks will be served once new administration arrived .Dont you think they are not pushing JPM to buyout Wamu ASAP?
