Where did PV get the money to buy the properties?
Think. Think.
Hmmmm, maybe he sold a hundred million or so shares at a dime and now has no more shares. Why would he want 3 cent shares?
Makes sense to me.
Do tell. How do you translate a pdf document written in cyrillic script using an automated translation program?
Have you done it? If you have why don't you post it.
I'm not here to do your DD.
Have audited financials been posted? Haven't seen them or any other PRs on the company site. That is a little unusual don't you think? No PRs posted whatsoever.
Amyot appears to be providing financial services to the company and, at least that was stated in some earlier PR. He is also on the Board, so he still appears to connected to the company contrary to what you claimed.
Too many red flags for my taste.
Looks like my response has been deleted.
p.s. Amyot is on the Board of NDOL.

Yes, much of what I've posted was based on my opinion. I don't think there is any way to confirm any of the claims made by the company as all the local documents are in Russian and have not been translated. The breakdown of the earnings claimed in the financial statement have not been provided. That's fact. The information would be helpful.
As long as Amyot is involved his past history with the company I think is relevant. Look at FFAX, CXIN, BTSI the names before the company recently became NDOL. All the previous companies claimed all kinds of things in their PRs, none of which came true. Those are facts. In light of that performance I question any PRs released by the company. However, in spite of past performance, they may well turn out to be true and factual.
Another red flag is the persistant posting in support of the stock by a couple of people back in the fall with dozens of posts on some days. Since then the stock has fallen over 60%. Those are facts.
The stock price plummeted over the last several years from $1.50 in FFAX days to sub penny now (before reverse split). That's a fact.
I find the past relevant. That's opinion. If you don't, then good luck.
At this time this company is only TALKING about getting oil from anywhere. What makes you think they'll actually become a producer, other than questionable PRs from a questionable company?
Wild,
Still happy with your investment in NDOL at 13 cents?
Yes, good intelligence. Oil may well go up as a result of shortages and geo-political problems. But what's that got to do with NDOL?
What intelligence do you have about this questionable company with a history of failure?
Poised? Is that why it's down 65%?
What a great PR. Only down 65% now.
Can you point to any stocks that have been short squeezed. Curious to see what the chart looks like.
tia
Thanks Taki
CAn you provide the URL for the short report? Thanks.
I'm not a paying member so I can't send a private reply. I'm posting here because I've followed the predecessors of this company for a few years. In fact made a few thou when it was FFAX and went from 70 cents to a 1.25 before realizing that it and then CXIN and BTSI were scams.
Now true, this may be a legit RTO, but I highly doubt it. It has all the earmarks of another scam.
They're claiming revenues made up of trading in oil, post contracts in Russian only, have no money. And post ridiculous new releases forecasting their shareprice on the basis of a Kaz. a producer. No self-respecting company or CEO would put out crap like that. And shills and pumpers going like crazy. Share price dropped by 60% after huge volumes. Where do you think those shares came from?
Anyway, I'm interested in the outcome and posting my opinions in the meantime. I believe it's a free country and anyone who wishes can just put me on ignore.
Now read this fast before it gets deleted.
I want to scare the newbies. They should be scared of this bunch.
Amyot is still involved. Besides how do you know who is behind it all? Just don't trust Amyot or anyone he associates with.
Wait and see. Here is their history from pinksheets.com.

Similar great claims, and business plans and then a collapse from over $1 in 2002 to under a penny (until the reverse split) in four years.
Company Notes:
Formerly=Frefax, Inc. until 1-02
Note=3-31-04 company is in the development stage
Formerly=China Xin Network Media Corp. until 10-04
Formerly=Bio-Tracking Security, Inc. until 10-05
Only one thought. Scam.
Who is going to believe any PR the company puts out after this.
Earnings per share however are reported based on the 216 million shares O/S, right?
Anyone know the breakdown between revenues from storage, transport and oil trading?
I believe there are around 300 million shares out.
I read the release. They are not expecting oil sales till the third quarter of 2006. So where did the $5 million of production come from?
They project similar revenues from the next quarters. If that revenue is not from oil sales either, where is it coming from?
Cash flow from what? Where do those revenues come from since they are not yet producing anything to my knowledge.
Wait for the next reverse split and then buy.
Maybe they gave them shares lol
This chart looks nice to you?

Thanks for the list tree. Too bad there were no stocks on the list.
The three or four stocks you're involved in are all losers. Where are the winners?
Why don't you tell me your winners? Looking through iHub I couldn't find any.
The sale to and by the MM is not recorded and is not counted as a trade by any exchange. Ask them.
Here is an example for BMO (Bank of Monteal). Please show me where the market maker's buy and sell are recorded?
http://new.stockwatch.com/swnet/utilit/utilit_snapsh_result.aspx
All you see is the buying and selling broker. A transaction shows up as one sale not two.
Benz, could you list which stocks have done well that tree has been involved in that convinced you of his strong track record?
Thanks.
I don't know anyone here personally and I haven't followed the track record of anyone either. But a strong supporter of a stock that tanks 83% since it's been recommended by him repeatedly does not inspire confidence.
I don't think any of Buffets picks dropped 83% in three months. But then he tends to buy undervalued stocks with revenues and history, not penny stocks with the checkered past of this one.
How do you figure that? Say I have 100 shares. I sell them and you buy them. That results in one sale of 100 shares and the volume that would result is 100 shares.
How would you get a volume of 200 from that?
Good thing you didn't listen to his advice when this was trading in the 30s and 40s. Nice 80% drop since then.
You know what they say about things which seem too good to be true.
I think their revenues come from the sale of rights or something and not the sale of oil. You can read more on this company at Raging Bull. Not sure what you'll learn there though.
I'm sure most of those shares have been sold already. They would have sold at 20 to 40 cents when you can see huge volumes. The volumes are pretty low now. Probably sales by those who have given up on NDOL.
