Have audited financials been posted? Haven't seen them or any other PRs on the company site. That is a little unusual don't you think? No PRs posted whatsoever.

Amyot appears to be providing financial services to the company, at least that was stated in some earlier PR. So he still appears to connected to the company.

Too many red flags for my taste.
