My response challenging you about "increasing contracts" was removed. So let me try again.
"Conjectural Probability"
What is your conjecture about the alleged meeting that was to take place this week to strategise getting off the grays?
"...but you still choose to argue with that child."
For the record, the misstatements, if allowed to stand, were in my judgment potentially damaging to continued communication with the company in question. Recently one 'investor' felt themselves provoked enough by the appearance of inaction to take it upon themself to make a potentially damaging 'intervention' into a business situtation they knew nothing about. I refuse to stand by and allow that to happen again without reponse and regardless of claimed 'good intentions.'
" really don't like to put stuff like that as a sticky, only because it can be considered hearsay."
Did the fact that he didn't mention anything about any kind of communication to shareholders by this Friday lead you to believe that there won't be?
"Just called Leo, he was kinda busy and asked me to call him back in about 15 minutes.
Anyone have any questions I can ask for you?"
I spoke with him this morning. He was unaware of the pps plunge. I implored him to release some info before the holiday weekend.
He indicated he would release something by this Friday. Remember he's 85 years old and it may be too late tonight for a useful phone call.
When you do reach him please corroborate that he will release info by Fri as well as find out about what the assessed property values are.
"Ambassadors, is there a way to add go800 to the contact page on Lift Up America's website? :)"
As per the recording the service hasn't been implemented yet.
"Only down to one post for months. Does anyone know how to get reinstated??"
text 'humility' to 46800
"He may be screwing us ultimately like so many other pinky ceo's or maybe just maybe this 85+ year old guy is gonna do something wonderful."
I had a phone conversation with the CEO this afternoon and I confirm the same impressions of him expressed by the poster who outlined his call with him in an earlier post.
For what it's worth, quite a bit in my opinion, his email address is a combination of the P37 he flew in WWII and the year he graduated from law school. Hopefully the pps for DMGM will go up like a strafed Nazi munitions train!
"Blackhawks, just sent you my info, good luck. Let me know if i can be of more help."
Your company's name is reserved and ready for you to text tonight and demo to your colleagues tomorrow. Let me know how it goes and what you think our next step should be.
"$12; at what day do you predict this action...."
Don't let him 'play' you. There is NO such chart, NO such info to justify that number, Period.
"lol that's not "insider information", since anyone can call that number and find out for themselves whether a "PR is coming or not" too funny"
If you are given a specific date for a PR and no one else is, it's insider info. Which is why you won't be given that info. LOL!
"Knowing when they will come really will help all of the investors."
Be careful. Releasing PR dates can be construed as insider info. They should know that. Think about it. You could keep the info to yourself and load up, or sell if they're not coming soon.
"currently trying to figure out a way to spread the word about g0800 to my management team without it causing a conflict of interest."
I don't think you'll have any conflict, with either your conscience or your company's best interests, if you simply indicate that you "bought some shares in this interesting company. I think there may be a business application for us"...if in fact there IS a possible business application!
I'm an Ambassador for Go800. If you like you can send me the name of your company and I'll see if it's a brand that has been reserved. dhippe@msn.com
If it's not reserved I can reserve it for you and you can decide if you want to demo it to your team, or you can have me give you or someone you designate a phone call.
Meanwhile share this press release with your team. It's as thorough a briefing on Go800 as there is.
The Quickest, Easiest and Most Effective Way for Marketers and Advertisers to Instantly Connect With Consumers.
New York, NY (July 22, 2010) - Go800™, the first new direct response service utilizing cell phone text messaging and Voice Keywords™ for consumers to make immediate connections with advertisers and marketers, is now available to the 250 million mobile phone users who are able to send text messages, as well as all iPhone, Android and BlackBerry mobile Web users.
The service uses simple keywords rather than hard-to-remember toll free numbers or lengthy URLs to connect consumers with advertisers. Consumers text an easy-to-remember keyword they find on a print, outdoor, broadcast or online advertisement to 46800 (GO800). Seconds later, their cell phone rings as Go800 connects them with either a live voice from the advertiser’s response team or an automated response, which can quickly direct callers to a live voice. The service is free for consumers, although standard text messaging rates do apply. Go800 has trademarked the term ‘Voice Keywords™,’ which denotes keywords that return a live voice response.
Go800 allows advertisers and marketers to offer clients a creative, new value-added service. Advertisers register keywords through a do-it-yourself (self-provisioning) interface at Go800’s website.
The keywords can be company names, such as “Apple” or “Virgin Atlantic,” brand names, such as “iPhone” or a word, such as “diamonds,” which is easily associated with a product or service. They may be inexpensively leased regionally or nationally on a monthly basis. Companies may also advertise a single keyword and customize it by having their calls routed to a different telephone number for each area code, which facilitates local inquiries. They can even purchase multiple keywords or phrases to separate inquiries by category – from sales to customer support.
Over 7000 keywords have been registered to date, including “Walmart,” “Avis,” “Hertz,” “Jetblue,” Staples,” “Sears,” “BestBuy,” “BMW,” and “VirginAir.” This includes Voice Keywords selected by leading advertising and marketing agencies for select campaigns that will debut throughout 2011.
“Go800’s Voice Keywords enable quick accessibility to advertisers’ products and services when they are most top of mind and ready to buy” says Ike Sutton, President of Go800. “We expect to see explosive growth in this new direction for mobile marketing and relationship building between consumers and brands. In 2011, we plan to alert those advertisers and consumers about Go800 through a national, $6,000,000 print, online and radio advertising campaign.”
In addition, Go800 is partnering with Xtify to release free mobile Web apps for the iPhone, Android and BlackBerry smartphone platforms, allowing consumers to transmit Voice Keywords over mobile and WiFi data connections, bypassing the need for text messages. These versions will include enhancements to deliver geo-triggered notifications and messages.
Another benefit for advertisers is the ability to accurately measure short-and long-term value provided by Go800’s service through ROI accountability, since results are easily tracked and measured. The service is also far more cost-effective for advertisers than toll-free numbers.
The company has also launched a “Ticker” service, which will offer public companies the ability to lease their stock exchange ticker symbol as a Voice Keyword™. Shareholders and Investors for participating companies will be able to text the ticker symbol to Go800 and be kept updated on company activities. In less than one month, 25 public companies have already signed up for the service, and Go800 is forecasting approximately 1000 participating by year’s end. According to the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA), Cell phones are used by over 3.1 billion people globally, including 200 million Americans – over half the population. By early 2006, thirty countries had exceeded 100% per-capita cell phone usage.
Approximately two-thirds of these mobile phone users (1.8 billion people) are active users of SMS text messaging. Globally, there are twice as many active users of SMS as there are active users of email. In the US alone, more than 363 billion text messages were sent in 2007, and that number increased to over 600 billion messages sent in 2008. An estimated 4.9 trillion text messages will be sent and delivered globally in 2011. Nearly all cell phones are text-message enabled and supported by carriers, who promote texting.

"I mean when did this conversation start... June... July? It is insane now... just crazy!"
Hey, I dropped it. How about you? I also tried many times to take it off the board. That said, if I see anymore misinformation or bogus arguments I'll be here.
"or you're trying to convince yourself that I am indeed right and just need more proof than was given to you....or....."
That makes no more sense than anything you've posted. We've had numerous requests to stop these exchanges. I'm going to abide by them. The offer remains open for you to email me. I personally don't think that requires any special courage on your part, but I'm prepared to be proven wrong!
"And again, when ACT was suspended, I called Ares not too long after trade resumed on the grey market. I told him in no uncertain terms that the grey market will kill the stock and that the PPS would never move on that market, and that they needed to make it a priority to GET OFF THE GREY MARKET. That was 2 months ago. Where have we gone since then? No where."
Mirrors my experience exactly. As I said a dual track with the SEC and geting off the grays would have positioned them to take advantage of any 'surprise' good news/contracts.
This stuff about 'nice guys' is irrelevant to shareholder concerns and far too subjective to base any investment or business decisions upon.
"He refused to submit the questions I asked him to, so stop trying to convince yourself otherwise."
Didn't state that he did, merely that he has the right to submit what he wants to submit. If he didn't have that discretion he'd having little time for anything else.
"It does indeed prove it. If he was "our" voice, which means all of us, then he would submit them."
Anyone else take 'our voice' to mean the voice of every single poster no matter the nature and content of their posts?
"and I'm supposed to have a cogent conversation with you?"
Why me anymore than anyone else? You haven't been cogent, logical or persuasive on any matter to date.
"Eventually if all you have to say about ACLH and other people is bad then people may begin to put you on IGNOR.
This post so clearly misses addresing the real concerns of ACLH shareholders that it's nearly worthy of being pulled as "off topic"
I don't dispute for a moment that unkind remarks have been directed at ACLH personnel, including by me. Mine however went more to the issue of competence than to character defects.
To imply that glowing assesments of the personalities of ACLH executives somehow earns them the benefit of the significant doubts that they have in fact EARNED from shareholders, is to totally miss the point of most of us who've raised questions about ACLH decisons and non-decsions.
I'll await your posts on feedback on any meetings that may take place, if in fact there is any substantive info worth sharing.
"i just wanted to say i dont apreciate your remark:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=53863853
if you see my post today on this board, you will see i am honest about having other plays in the works to earn "GOIG ask dollars"
i am long on go800 and i dont need you of all people mocking that. it has been a painful journey, and i expect that remark out of a basher, not an ambassador."
Text 'long' to Go800 should in no way be construed as a 'bash'. It was a heads up from me to someone else in both stocks, nothing more. It's really hard for me to fathom how you could take offense to that. Chalk it up to the misunderstandings that derive from attempts at humor in posts and emails. Look to my other posts to you on this board as a more accurate barometer of my respect for your posts.
" Please don't debate a statement the relates to a flat out truth. Brendan did in fact refuse to submit that list of questions to Ike, end of story. Stop glossing over it."
I'm neither debating nor glossing over. My statement is an accurate assessment and yours is not.
The "flat out truth" is that your questions not being forwarded does NOT mean that questions from others on the same subjects weren't forwarded. Further, no single post not being forwarded invalidates Brendan's role as a voice to Ike. Brendan made it very clear why your particular post was not forwarded. Anyone else feel that Brendan is not a 'voice'?
My statement below is acurate and irrefutable. See if you can wrap, shrinkwrap at that, your mind around that concept.
"That he doesn't forward everything on this board, or from anywhere else for that matter, does not prove that it "is not really true about being our voice to Ike."
You might want to drop 'don't do that' and 'stop' from your posts. They're not effective arguments!
"8,525 shares @ an average of $0.1656 and im not ready to sell."
Text 'long' to 46800.
"This is not really true about being our voice to Ike, as he already refused to forward some very important questions to Ike that most all of us would like answered."
Inaccurate AND illogical. That he doesn't forward everything on this board, or from anywhere else for that matter, does not prove that it "is not really true about being our voice to Ike."
