Yes, as you have presented your application of it pertaining to ACLH.

This is a solid way to organize your thoughts about any ticker and especially one like ACLH.



Perhaps, but that remains to be seen. However, there are other ways to organize one's thoughts that are more dependent upon facts and evidence and that do not rely on conjecture. Your implication that those ways are less 'solid' is unsupportable.

I continue to contend that any form of 'presentation of probabilities' that falls short of what is required for being admitted into evidence in a court of law is deficient in dealing with facts and evidence. Why do you suppose that "objection, that calls for conjecture" is allowable in a court proceeding to dismiss statements consisting of conjecture, no matter how probable in the mind of the cross examiner?
