No problem.
Read filings,it's a virtual office. ENIP pays a little over $500
a month for the V.O. which includes answering service /receptionist who takes calls for several businesses. All tenants also have access to a larger reception room for meetings if needed for some V.O.'s.
In NYC V.O. also have the prestigious 212 area code which is synonymous with N.Y.C. businesses all over the world. Very hard to obtain a 212 area code today..most if not all are being used.
Having a 212 area code looks great on any business card and every business wants a 212 phone number if they can get it.
Go look up V.O.
That area of N.Y.C (2 blocks from the WTC /Freedom Tower ) would cost thousands upon thousands a month in rent and that depends upon the square footage. BIG $$$$$$$
I also spoke to receptionist a while back and he sounded like an idiot.
I asked him if this was a V.O. and he deny it,saying not anymore ,but filings say different.Unless something has changed.
Go read the filings,it mentions V.O. ENIP use to pay a little over $300, but now it's a little over $500 a month. See filings.
Unless they are renting a tiny tiny tiny room 12ftx8ft or some crazy small shoe box size room now. There are buildings like that in NYC where you rent these shoe box offices for the sole purpose of having a NYC address which is consider the GOLD STANDARD for any business. They do this because they can't afford the rent or too cheap or have another 9-5 job or for many other reasons. This is very common in NYC to pay for a V.O. or to rent a tiny shoe box. There are entire buildings who rent out shoe box offices in NYC.
You can't get in this building (high security due to the nutty terrorist in this world) and this applies to most buildings in NYC these days ,without appt and identification. Plus the receptionist told me I can't just show up.So you would have to speak to someone at ENIP to set up an appt ,if your lucky enough to get a call back.
Mind you, this address ENIP list is also blocks away from the financial district. Rent is boo coo dollars.
Now, that being said, they do have patents ,but don't think they have some expensive sprawling office, because it's not possible to pay a little over $500 a month in that area of NYC which is consider prime real estate.
Being what is called a "patent troll" business (that's what ENIP is)you really don't need a big sprawling office.
I do have shares in ENIP.
Very few penny stocks I hold,I usually flip and in the process never pump or bash them and never post in the ones I flip.
I can tell you this,if this does turn out to be a scam, I will guarantee, he will pay for it in a court of law. I will make sure the SEC also investigates this company and that I can do.

You pay an additional .005 for each share.
"Place a reserve order
Placing a reserve order enables you to hide the actual size of your order from the market. This can be especially useful if you think your order is large enough that it might "shock" the market, possibly causing prices to move against you before the order is complete.
With reserve orders, you specify both a display and non-display quantity. Only the display quantity of the order will be visible to the market. As the display quantity is filled, it will be replenished from the "invisible" portion of your order until the order is complete. For example, if you want to sell 50,000 shares of stock XYZ but don't want the entire number of shares to be visible to the market at once, you can choose to display your shares in groups of, for instance, 1,000. As each group of 1,000 is sold, another group of the same size will become visible to the market until all 50,000 shares are sold.
To place a reserve order: 1.Enter the information for your order in the order entry window or the local order entry ticket on either the Market Depth or Options Chain windows. For more information on entering an order, please see the Help topics for placing stock orders or basic options orders.
Notes: ?Reserve orders can be placed only as day limit orders (i.e. the Price Type must be Limit, and the Term must be Day) and Destination set as ARCA or NSDQ.
?Reserve orders are available only for stocks and basic options. Complex options, bonds, and mutual funds are not eligible. Conditional orders cannot be placed as reserve orders.
2.Check the Reserve box, and indicate how many shares or contracts you'd like to be visible to the market at any given time.
Notes:?For stocks, the display quantity must be at least 100 shares, and must be entered in round lots (increments of 100 shares). For instance, you can enter a display quantity of 500, but not 550. For options, the display quantity must be entered in increments of 1 contract (no fractional contracts).
?To be eligible as a reserve order, the overall size of your order must be at least 200 shares (for stocks) or 2 contracts (for options); if smaller, the Reserve check box will be grayed out.
3.To place your order, click the Trade button corresponding to the type of order you are placing. If order preview is turned on, an order preview message will appear, displaying the order details.
4.In the order preview window, check the order. Next to Reserve Order, the word "Yes" will indicate that your order is being placed as a reserve order; you will also be able to view your display quantity. Click OK to submit. The reserve order will then appear in the order status window. "
WOW ..did he really say this ?
If true, that is so messed up ,in so many ways !
Plenty of Vets work there..what a kick in the teeth ..such a disgrace !
That's just to keep ya coming back tomorrow. Everyday it's the same routine since it hit .0009.
I already did send an email .
I send one everyday including a written letter which I send everyday also. My emails and written letters pertain to other things about ENIP .
I'm sure they will also look into any MM manipulation in additional to my investigation.
Hey man, post whatever you want that you find in the filings for ACLP...good or bad.
Do your own DD .
Sells = 278,671,133
Buys = 18,010,000
http://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/accelpath-inc-ACLP/trades
Yep..watching here all red and bid at .0003
This is true ,but not always.
Been around a few decades trading and I always advise peeps to get their initial investment back or take some profit ( when playing pennies) and leave the rest if they are truly long .
If not long ,just move on and don't bash to cash. They're just as bad as the pump and dumpers. I despise both types.
There are peeps taking their profits and moving on ..that's just the nature of pennies. It's not just the weak being shaken from the outer limbs..it's both.
True..when it went to .009 volume was high and buys out numbered the sells.
Since then ,it's slowly doing the opposite, little by little ,drip by drip.
We will find out soon enough .
Sells = 83,880,449
Buys = 36,332,777
Hmmmmmmmm
Today's Buys VS Sells
http://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/OTCBB/endeavor-ip-inc-pc-ENIP/trades
Volume has been picking up since last week , more eyeballs is always a good thing.
Let's just hope it's in our favor in the long run.
Yep, funny thing is VPRO was never notified about the fire sale and found out from a shareholder. (See court filings)
Crazy huh ?
If VPRO can prove this fact alone ,they have an extremely high chance of winning the lawsuit.
Will VPRO win the $30 Mil they are asking for, not sure. Looks good tho.
I will say this, all equipment would have to be replaced brand new if VPRO asks for this stipulation upon winning lawsuit, due to the fact that their equipment is now considered contaminated by whoever bought it via fire sale and no longer useful to VPRO. (see court filings)
So if VPRO wins lawsuit ,I'm sure the price for said equipment would be at full face value (brand new).
Been long for awhile now and will continue to stay long.
Can anyone say MERGER ?
Same can be said for a pumper..it works both ways.
Yep, I own shares also. I'm not one to bash or pump , that being said , Frank is the problem .
I'm not in too deep ,so it's not a big loss. Being it's a small amount I'll let it ride.
Hey you never know tho.
Good luck everyone !
Hey,
Heads up, The link no longer works.
They have to be crazy to short this stock..it's still too volatile
with this volume and too many unknowns.
Just bad timing for sure.
I believe the short interest is small relative to some other pennies.
If it breaks the resistance which is .001 they are screwed.
I'm long on this stock in the millions.
I have sold a portion of my shares for a small profit just in case ,so if it doesn't pan out I'm ahead by a few $ with millions of shares still long.
I been around too long not to know to always take enough to break even or for a gain. That's rule # 1 for any penny stock ,even ones that seem legit due to the FACT most are PnD's. I dare anyone to deny this fact !
That being said I don't think anyone should be posting that the R/S is no longer in play. It's irresponsible to say otherwise.
ENIP has not released anything saying the R/S is off the table.
So please, let's keep this in perspective. It doesn't help any possible new investors who know how to read any news release and see there has been no news that the R/S is off the table. It will just scare them off when we post one thing and there's no evidence supporting it.
That being said, ENIP has a chance higher than most penny stocks and looks good so far.
Do your DD new investors.
Good luck to all longs :)
What r u talking about ?
Look at the T and S which are actual trades that went thru . 99% are green which means tons of buying at the ask price .
Don't taze ENIP brah!
Nope ..I buy and sell and keep a few mill just in case. So cheap at .0002
I be crazy not to take profits on a penny stock.
I never PnD
Now here..did i even mention enip..no I didn't.
Just giving the guy some advice. Same advice u would give your own family bro.
Yeah lets hope that happens before R/S
Well a R/S is coming at 1:1000 which sucks, see their filings. If I can load up with more at .0002 or .0003 I will.
Already have several mil at .0002.
Didn't cost much so I'll hold on for a bigger pay day..if not I'm not losing much.
My level 2 Etrade pro is showing lots of selling now.Someone just sold 23mil at .0004 do the math.
I hope the peeps selling get screwed if it does pop. I have a feeling the MM's are short inventory ,so I'm hoping it will be at least .001 by Friday.
Then when quarter report comes out (it's delayed by the way) it's good news and will further pop into penny land .
Goodluck.
MM's need shares..they are shaking out the fearful ones causing peeps to sell at cheap bid. So they can accumulate for the run up.
