The OS wouldn't be considered "inside info" by anybody. Some companies give it out freely, others you have to pry it from. He did some prying looks like.

First he said it was ENIP themselves who sent him the email and now he says it wasn't ,it was crescendo and names the person. 2 different things. I know he wants the company to take off, so do I , but he shouldn't be saying one thing and then another without showing proof.

I would post the email..wouldn't you if you were long ?

It can only help us longs.

Now, While it's true some info can be gained (by calling or email ) without a company having to file it , a R/S doesn't fall under this and has to be filed .

Any R/S is required by the SEC to be released to all shareholders via SEC filings, which ENIP did.

The same could be said for just the opposite , if any R/S was canceled.

This is very important info and a major change (I'm sure you agree to this) in any company and is a very important decision in anyone investing in any stock ,just as important as debt and warrants among other fundamentals when doing DD.

I will be also calling the SEC regarding this matter to find out the exact rule when canceling a R/S and not releasing this info to the shareholders via a SEC filing.

Here is the phone number if anyone is interested in finding out yourselves. Don't listen to me or anyone..find out yourselves.

Ask simple question: Company filed a R/S via SEC filings. Are they also required to file via SEC filings if R/S were to be canceled ,before releasing this info to a select few ?

If they don't have to file I will still call and ask (ENIP or Crescendo) if this is true ,that they did cancel the R/S.

If you can't get thru try emailing them here and ask them what the rule is regarding R/S.

I just sent in the question and advise other's to do so also. So we can all be on the same page on what the actual rule is.

PS: Let's hope we have a winner here with EIP.
