Yep, funny thing is VPRO was never notified about the fire sale and found out from a shareholder. (See court filings)

If VPRO can prove this fact alone ,they have an extremely high chance of winning the lawsuit.

Will VPRO win the $30 Mil they are asking for, not sure. Looks good tho.

I will say this, all equipment would have to be replaced brand new if VPRO asks for this stipulation upon winning lawsuit, due to the fact that their equipment is now considered contaminated by whoever bought it via fire sale and no longer useful to VPRO. (see court filings)

So if VPRO wins lawsuit ,I'm sure the price for said equipment would be at full face value (brand new).

Been long for awhile now and will continue to stay long.

Can anyone say MERGER ?
