That Corso fellow has been hired by Primco Mgmt as well.
Hmmm...

Have you folks read this article?
Gee whiz, sir.
You go to IHUB jail--stock crashes. You're back back--and stock is up 30%.
Thanks for your hard work. I came close to selling my position, and I am glad I stayed the course.
Kudos!
Sounds to me as if Vodis needs Easton's cash to ensure a tip top clean, environmentally sound facility in order to attain that new license, but Easton is like "No, dude, you must be smoking high to think we will pay 550k+ stock."
So, Easton shops around, adding to its pot bouquet, while Vodis courts a sucker company with bigger pockets.
Either Vodis comes around or they don't, but Easton cannot risk the entire pot for the other drugs' pan.
I think Easton Rx is trying to preserve shareholder value and stave off dilution.
And, the longer Vodis waits, the better the chance that Easton will not really need them, and EAPH can negotiate downward.
Classic negotiation. 500 grand would need a couple years of cancer patient prescriptions to recoup. That's a lot of $$$.
I am perplexed by this. I bought another 10k shares today--and I just knew it would bounce to at least .12--especially with all the positive attention.
Found this from 10K last year--ALLO EMCURx (EMR)
As of the date of this report, we have achieved an EMR milestone for Specialists, by securing an accepted and signed installation order. Our specialist EMR product, EMCURx, is customized to satisfy the needs of specialists, regardless of their specialty. The software is being installed and advance payment of $24,990 has been received as of December 31, 2012. Revenue from this installation will be $30,000 with an anticipated gross profit of $20,000. Clinical user and administrative training will be completed in July 2013 to ensure seamless transition to a paperless digital medical clinic. Work on this order has commenced and installation will be completed in the third quarter 2013.
So...that's a nice profit of around 66%.
Dreaming here--but humor me---
66% of 200 million is 132,000,000 divided by Outstanding Shares of 307,000,000=.42 with 7.5 multiplier=$3.22
Since this a 2 year contract--let's have this----$1.61.
Wait--add Ghana--now double it again. $3.22
Now--let's profits are only 1/3 of this....so.... .15X7.5= $1.12/2=.56
Wait--Ghana--back to $1.12.
Again, when I first bought into Kallo at .18, I actually called the company, talked to someone in finance, and asked if there was a typo--like an extra zero in all those millions. The lady laughed politely and said something to the fact that we would never be that careless--and that it was indeed correct.
This is not a penny scam. I would bet the farm on this one, Derekski. Don't know about you, but Kallo will send my kids to college. Woohoo!!!!!!
You know what happens when you get a song stuck in your head all day--right? You download it in iTunes. And, you are going to have teens who know they will tick off their parental units if they download this song. Actually, many of the parents will copy it to their devices--after fussing at their kids.
Obviously, I am not the demographic they are after.
I predict 100,000 downloads in the next few weeks. This one will be a hit with 16-25 age group from middle-upper socio-economic classes with money to spend.
Check out Twitter feeds in a few days.
I agree with you. I think it will go to .0009 and bounce back from there. The MMs will take the opportunity to fill stop loss orders set a .0010 by inexperienced pot traders.
I have a buy for a million shares tomorrow for .0009. I think we will see .0009 and back up to .0012.
I sure hope private venture capitalists come in a plop down some money.
That explicit Jesse Scott song is horrible--such inappropriate language--but that insipid tune has been stuck in my head all day.
Scary stuff!
That's why Europe is key! Who acres about the US?
With the bloodbath in Ukraine about to go down, the EU soldiers could benefit from this technology.
Markets will be crushed tomorrow. I will be buying at EOD.
Awesome DD Sweetbunny!
I am all in. This technology is fascinating to me--and it is nice to have a CEO who can clearly articulate his vision.
I think a great deal of selling pressure has occurred because of the mire that Seven Arts Entertainment is currently in with the CEO headed to court--possibly jail. As with any investigation, there may be skeletons found in the closet--and that can spook investors. Since Michery was CEO and a consultant, the risk is always there. Thus, PMCM becomes a high risk trade with at least a six month time frame. Since the stock has few investors and mostly traders, they are exiting and will return if Mr. Michery emerges unscathed by the whole affair.
Thus, and this is absolute pure and utter speculation, heading into the medical marijuana leasing business acts a hedge against stock price loss. And, I happen to think it is an effective enough for me to pick up a million or so shares if it heads down to .0010. At that price, the potential reward overshadows my risk. In the scheme of things, 10 nights out for family dinners can be sacrificed for the hope that the stock soars with irrational exuberance like other THC stocks.
Maybe--like joetm purports--the whole thing is a scam--but, I don't think so. I think the CEO with his recent hiring of Corso as CFO--a PCAOB Accountant-- cries out for legitimacy--and, of course, Alan Bailey is old enough and rich enough to know better to enter the sinking quicksand of pump and dump scheme.
I think what they are attempting to do is to position themselves for private financing to ease dilution and to get out from under toxic financiers--who will, incidentally, benefit greatly from a strong company.
The stars will either align or they will not--but if we thrive, many of us will reap great financial gains.
All IMHO--and good luck to all--flippers, shorts, and longs.
Thanks for the invitation. I definitely see an opportunity here.
paullud,
I think your analysis makes sense. Perception is reality. If they can follow through on these villas, bank some serious $$$, it will increase shareholder confidence. But, as with any stock, especially penny stocks, positive profit margins and increased revenues, will send pps higher over time.
With current prices, I believe this co. is half gamble/half investment. If they can demonstrate follow through, then investment it becomes.
I sold nearly half of my position and am holding mostly free shares. If this heads down to .00011, you better believe I will back up the truck. With all the bashers on here, my guess is that the lease news will be official sooner than later.
But, all is imho.
Check that. My order did not fill. Darn it!!!!
I am back in. I will enjoy the ride up to the Nasdaq.
Thanks for the cheap shares. :)
There is a reason for all these bashers, IMHO, because why would someone devote countless hours to bashing a stock where he or she has no skin in the game?
If true, and a conditional lease was permitted, then the potential for this co, coupled with its music division, becomes a catalyst for growth.
Hmmm...I might be interested in this company. That is a very good pitch!
A penny stock making money-- now there's an idea. Back in tomorrow!
That stupid, sophomoric tune was stuck in my head ALL day at work today.
I even almost downloaded the song.
I still have my order in for $1.25. Soon, the stock will get press about lease acquisition in CA with mmj dispensaries lined up.
And, half dollar and Choo Biggs will drum up some money as well--though I, personally, can't stand their music.
And, I spend LOTS of time with high schoolers each day--and that Hurricane Chris fellow is hot right now.
Anyway, I will ride my (mostly) free shares.
Best wishes!
I think I am ready to get back in again. I sold my position right before news of plant opening. I think .03 is support, so I am will be confident my investment will move upwards.
And, that is why you have a greater risk in the penny land. The greater the risk, the greater the reward.
For the record, some dilution can be healthy if you know you are building a company with strong revenue streams. I am not a rocket scientist, by any stretch, but don't you folks think this strategy will be replicated in US?
And, if you check one of my older posts, I predicted that they would start buying buildings and sharing profits.
The times they are a-changin'.
Feeling better about this Prim(ing) the money-pipe Co every day.
See you at a penny. Have my sell order at $1.25. They will clean up these shares eventually (without a reverse) once the groundwork has been lain.
J HMO
I have this knot in the pit of my stomach. Has anyone contacted mgmt about downed website?
Agreed. I sold my position at .04, but I have a buy at .03. I think I am coming back.
I love this JOINT Venture.
My local TV station--WBTV in Charlotte, NC--is showcasing a series focused on medical marijuana--focusing on Charlotte's Web, a cannabis oil helpful for kids with seizures. Anyway, it moved me enough to contact my legislator. There will be bill introduced to legalize cannabis in NC this week.
MJ will stay in the news for awhile, I think.
Will sell at $1.25.
Where else is a tiny nation like Republic of Guinea going to get all that money?

This one is a $2.00 by year's end. Probably will be one of the most solid companies on the OTC. I think many of us have been burned by poor money managing CEOs, but I really think this company is dedicated to helping people improve the quality of their lives. That, coupled with contracts backed by WHO, will propel this co. forward.
I know I have seen a 100% decline (ouch), but I need just 3 more days to reload. If it heads down to a nickel, I am in dream land. This one will run in due time.
I hope so. I bought at .07. Thanks for the analysis, though. Makes sense.
See you at a dollar, bro. I sold half out of fear and kept the other half just in case. This, my friend, is huge. Forget that Half Dollar fellow.
Wow! My other stock, EAPH was trying to secure a facility in BC. I just hope they did not get outbid.
Again, can you imagine the attraction of cannabis infused wrinkle cream? What a pure novelty!
And, I just ordered my cocoa hemp protein powder on Amazon. Hemp infused-- trying to reduce gluten, and that stuff works like magic. It would be relatively easy for this company to add a similar product offering.
I think hemp infused cosmetics will also sell like hot cakes.
I'm long on EAPH with a very small position--and I am holding.
I don't trust Guinea, but I do the WHO. I would invest my life savings in this company.
I am an idiot for reducing my position. One of these days, I will figure out how to make money.
This is definitely a game changer for this company--worthy of a penny or two at least. Right?
Unless, of course, the reason is to shake weak hands, pick up stop loss orders, and then head up with news.
Something is up. Unless there is a total cancellation of the Guinea contract, then there is no reason for this low price. I picked up a few thousand more.
I almost Shipped my Pants when I saw the half dollar fellow was leaving for an independent label.
Too bad it was not us.
I had to trim half my position today--but I will let the other half ride.
Best wishes!
Hitting the stop losses. Like taking candy from a baby.
Hi,
I was thinking about selling a portion of my shares until I read this.
With this respected fellow poring over the books, it seems as if something is brewing--legitimately.
No. That would be PR redux.
I hope so. If that happens, I will be back in again. Bought a great pot stock to buy more EWSI. However, I can barely sleep at night. I want a company that actually makes things from other things and does good for the world.
Pot--it turns Hannah into Miley.
Sell! Sell! Back to the trips!!! Going down! (Just kidding)
