Would be good to freshen up the ibox

and 4q will rock our faces off
jp
I found Andy's private email. No responce. Weaksauce Texan :(
Don't fall for the low volume shake newbs
nice buys lucky focker - whoever scooped these up - IMO
Im working right close to you their -
& pump is passionate & vocal about his cbis holding & rightfully so if he's packing 2mll.
Who owns your stock?
It's hard to know. There are a few million shares outstanding, and it seems that a fairly wide ownership has developed over the past few months because interest in it has picked up. But the use of street names and other factors make it hard to know who owns what unless you look closely, and frankly I haven't done that.
Nice Thank you Mr. Cowan
ihub share count estimate??? could we do this discretely & privately?
how many shares are held on the inside??
BA hasn't printed anything since 1-2009
you might be full of shyt? Or you can give it up
what did you hear. Ihub is rated R FYI

Have a great long weekend
Smokem ifya gotem :) cheers
exept for you mark bob & richard
you better be working your azzez off¡! ;•P
OT: recently i poised a question on another board
I don't think anyone thier knows / cares
Id rather not spam the ticker. if any of you have time to check my posts
I'd love to learn where they got thier shares listed on
the recently filed 4's.¿?
JP
MJ I support this perspective and would like for our CEO here to hear
Do you have his email?
Thank for taking the time EZ.
im learning while earning every day
good luck
So if the 4's filed today came out of the float??? they hold just around 75% of the float....
or would they have come out of the authorized? (teach me please)
if those reported shares came out of the authorized; they absorbed a meager 4%
I hope they soaked up the O/S, but my simple mind cant figure how they could commandeer the free trading shares???

LOL
OK. regarding SFIO i am under the impression that they do not have products on the shelf in the US
I gained that perspective from a fellow poster. I haven't done the DD to comment, but trusted what our fellow board poster posted. crazy iknow.
?can we confirm the JV
?can we confirm SFIO is marketing and distributing anything IN THE USA and furthermore - packing the E-joint with CBIS product.
I don't medicate with MJ now, my lifestyle doesn't permit and it is illegal in the state i reside,.
I do believe it is just short of a cure all for our economic strife & most of all I believe in its effects in numbing PTSD
I do see the niche market for am E-joint
*it affords the user a predetermined dose
*discrete use
*disabled
*prepackaged / conforming within tobacco type conduit
I will eat some crow tonight.....
but (imo) we are not that as rosy as some are making it out to be
I still fear a breakdown under .03 could send us sub penny
either way I feel upward pressure at around a dime will leave us hung
most stronglongs should have averaged down under a dime by now
and the hype around the November Ballot? I just don't see how CBIS is poised to react to a positive swing?
Explain to me how CBIS will profit from the California Vote?
operations or distribution at this time are nonexistent
I hope we get some traction within the next thirty days
(I have spoken to insiders @ Harborside (the largest dispensary in CA, (ithink)) and they don't claim to know what CBIS is...but their interest was peaked)
I would like to see CBIS products & marketing rather than statements
You fellows realize these statements regarding research and market conditions (not cbis's research or condition - btw) cost a lot of $ to produce
On May 14, 2010, the Company issued 400,000 restricted common shares at $0.135 per share to acquire the assets of Rockbrook Inc. Subsequent the quarter-end, on July 27, 2010, the Company signed a mutual termination agreement to reverse the acquisition and cancel the shares. (see Note 7 to Financial Statements, p.F-10).
On August 19, 2010, the Company signed a license agreement with RockBrook Inc, a medical marijuana medicines company. RockBrook has been granted the full latitude and rights to manufacture, develop, produce, distribute and sell products developed from, or based on, Cannabis Science formulations, and delivery systems for the Cannabis Science Brand of Pharmaceutical Products and Cannabis Science Ailment Formulations within the State of Colorado. Under the agreement RockBrook will pay Cannabis Science an initial licence fee of $25,000, payable within the first year. RockBrook will also pay the Company a quarterly royalty payment of 50% of all positive revenues derived from the the Company Brand of Pharmaceutical Products. Additionally, in the event RockBrook executes any sublicensing agreements, Cannabis Science is entitled to royalty payments of 50% of all positive revenues received by the licensee for sales of any Cannabis Science Brand of Pharmaceutical Products. Within two years RockBrook is expected to invest a minimum of $250,000 in research and development for the Cannabis Science Brand of Pharmaceutical Products and will also pay the Company a renewable licence fee, payable annually on the anniversary of the execution of this agreement. The first anniversary payment will be $25,000, the second $50,000, third $75,000 and fourth $100,000. The fifth and subsequent anniversary payments will be $150,000.
Orly? iirc cbis gave shares not $ for &th JV
You fella's know I'm turning or have turned bearish here
but I will call bullShit on "Feds shutting this down"
I know some DEA gentelmen that wear ties to work; we have discussed cbis
and MJ is last in line for enforcement. (I know 2 LEO's that hold cbis (at a loss))
typically only respond to mass complaints or lewd acts of neglect/safety/$
so unless this fellow poster is revering to a financial arm of The Fed's = bullshyt
the rockbrook deal cost us credability and dilution
with questionable return.
Again what are we supporting? Statements? This isn't HighTimes.otcbb
Mark, you need to shit or get off the pot.
I am tired high on the left low on the right.
How many of you guys have heard from mark something like
"we will be back up near a dollar per share soon"
"we have good news coining"
"a couple million in private funding"
"headquaters"
I think mark is in over his head.
A couple months ago they tried to pump
just weeks after the kubb. Fiasco.
The failed pump parrelled the worst week in 2010.
Look at the $ IR spent. Look. Millions
but don't think the police are going to kick the door down.
The only thing cbis has accomplished of late is issuing statements on other companys or mj research
show me otherwise
rockbrook cost cbis a lot with little POTENTIAL return - IMO
Share structure confirmed this AM
a/s 200,000,000
o/s. 11,115,000 aprox
MPPC MYPHOTOPIPE.COM check the Q
Yeah. Im really comfy with this holding -
I'm scouring for a reason to dump one or two BChips
and quad-down here for ALONGTIME......
and they aren't monkeying with the share structure or paying salaries with shares
that is nice and unusual for these microcap startups....
I think I will call EOW; if we don't get an E-responce.
You know, a lot of people think of this place as the gutter of the wild west.
I say it is what we make of it.
I wonder if today's action was an inside shake
or if they blew some shares out?
Or did somebody here drop off?
I cced Pete & Darren still : NADA¿
Mr. Quick;
We have a (community (linked the board) member that is about 30 minutes from MPPC operations and has volunteered to take your aforementioned tour
"I do not know if your travels take you to Atlanta, but if they do, I would encourage you to take a tour of our new plant. We are moving into new offices in May. Pete and Darren would be delighted to give you the photographer’s tour. We are very proud of our team and the quality of their work. I know that you would find it an impressive process.
Would it be possible to provide for us a point of contact so that we may schedule this tour? (or is a visit anytime during normal business hours acceptable?)
It has been my past experience that physical & visual confirmation of a microcap's operation's will go strong miles in bolstering investors confidence.
Ihub provides a quick reference for Due Diligence called the ibox, (our ibox for MPPC is weaksauce). We would like to spice it up with current photos, statistics, and marketing.
Respectfully
So. WTFunk? Was this retarded?
Thank you for the effort. I have said that mainstream media reporting on revenues ( that vaporized) would bring a nice run. I hope we get quality airtime - with a quality substantial verifiable communication
leave the fluff for ihub mark - this guy is coupling you with a freight train
btw mark reads the board. He asked me for a hotlink awhile ago
But seriously thanks I know how much of a distraction working something like this can be.
Holding with Hope.
Whatever bro. I was so bullish here . Check my posts
I was calling mark before you guys had cbis on watch
I've done my part to try and add support but I've discovere this is nothing more than a bunch of "friends" "trying" to make shit happen.
But I'm happy with the support the pumpers Are providing, please get some funds cleared soon¡!¡
I fear a substantial breakdown past .03 will lead to sub penny
if that happens upward resistance will be sever
flipper will own cbis
a weak shareprice typically yealds weak hands
I don't see anything of substance to bolster support
volunteeraly listing a US stock overseas?¿ are you HI¿?
$0.01 by the end of November IMO
email out to BQ tonight will let you guys know if he tells us to pound sand???
Dude Bro! That would be great if you can check them out for us !!!
I'll drop BQ and Co. a follow up email; if you guys think it is appropriate?
something like; ihub will be doing our own reconnaissance (if you're to busy to chat), could you please provide a point of contact so that we might schedule your aforementioned tour?
""I do not know if your travels take you to Atlanta, but if they do, I would encourage you to take a tour of our new plant. We are moving into new offices in May. nice Q http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=7427567
Estimated Market Cap $1,332,000 as of Aug 27, 2010
Outstanding Shares 44,400,000 as of Jan 31, 2009
Authorized Shares 200,000,000 as of Mar 31, 2008
Number of Shareholders of Record 37 as of Jan 13, 2009
it is nice to see CEO working instead of printing shares.
Looks like they have raised just over $1mill recently without diluting our holdings
this is going to run soon - imo
I sent that mail Aug23rd . maybe
he is on vacation or do you guys think those ?'s were out of line
or to intrusive / invasive for him to answer?
no auto reply no nothing. I have spoken to him on the phone and he followed up with a mail (with a personal tone)???
Cam - this is the last I heard from steve:John,
It's a very big space we are in when it comes to Global Lumber. I've been involved for over 6 years setting thing up for the big roll, Watch the stock this fall and you will see things starting to happen. We have set up all the Quality Control measures to handle something very big. Home Builders are falling into our program. There has to be a change whether its Steve Conboy or someone else it has to happen that we build different from the way we have built since WW2. I'm the guy to get the job done just watch.
Thanks, Steve
IDK???
No Response. thoughts?
so anyone care to, from my previous post; I challenge you to definitively depict the Successes CBIS has accomplished; and renegotiating with rockbrook isn't an accomplishment it is a failed attempt with a compromise that will result in almost nothing once expenses are factored
Newbies should stop pumping and start digging, and calling, and demanding
again, I'm holding and hoping, but intentional plans will not put the rubber on the road.
Other than Hype, and restructuring and issuing stock, what do they do?
Where do they do it?
Who has seen it?
Who has used it?
Is CBIS a paper Co?
This isn't dated. is it old news? or new plans that havent vaporized or eroded, yet?
The only caveat (I can think of) is if the EU / Germany does not have the parental (FDA type) regulations that we employ (here) in the US.
That may afford cbis the ability to bring CBIS Made in the USA
or some other shenanigans to market in Germany. But my elementary mind would think that CBIS would have to operate under some sort of /Medical/ guidelines / licensing / permitting; all or any of witch will cost money (of witch cbis does not have).
I have a felling the only thing CBIS will be selling in Germany is paper. not zig zag type.
I see this as a ploy to list on a foreign exchange - for u know who; shorty.
I am personally disappointed in Mike Friedman, Mr. Cowan, Dr. Bob and the entire CBIS organization
I Know for a fact they are eating and sleeping well tonight - they shouldn't be - as they are failing.
anyone that posts otherwise is not being truthful either to themselves and/or to the group
I challenge you to definitively depict the Successes CBIS has accomplished; and renegotiating with rockbrook isn't an accomplishment it is a failed attempt with a compromise that will result in almost nothing once expenses are factored
Look back at press releases not from WAY WAY back, start in July.
but, Everything this company has released for the past year has fallen apart. The wishful revenue streams have eroded or vaporized entirely and we are left with press releases of intentional plans.
It is obvious and apparent to me that team CBIS has broken rule 1.
Don't get high on your own supply.
Im holding A BIG BAG and hoping for the best, but am doubtful. CBIS does not have the product supply lines in place to capture a market interest let alone a market presence should the Nov vote pass. imo
Drilling. Get some before your chasing - IMO
Mail to Mr. Quick
I thought I would post this in order to curb redundant inquiries
(edited)
BQ:
I've gathered a few members questions and hope that you would have the time and patience to address us.
.
If our inquiry is out of bounds or not within reason please excuse us
.
Are you aware of that TDAmerica will only take telephone orders for MPPC?
Our community believes that a large percentage of retail investors use TDA & further, most believe that retail investors avoid phone orders (from my experience they are typically very expensive to execute).
Is this intentional?
Some speculate that it has aided in minimizing short positions. I've scoured the finra data and somewhat agree
.
We have multiple inquiries regarding share structure.
MPPC has just shy of 500mil shares that could dilute our holdings.
Do you foresee dilution?
.
Previously, you mentioned management held some shares
estimate; How much of MPPC paper is held in strong inside hands or by institutional investors?
.
In July MPPC announced a partnership with Kodak.
Can you expand on, or describe this partnership?
.
And lastly, would it be to much to ask for photographs of operations/MPPC facility? Pictures or intell can go along way in bolstering consumer confidence. (It would be nice for shareholders to see that MPPC isn't operating out of a trailer in an abandoned parking lot :)
.
I would like to disclose that I intend to deliver your response to the forum unless you direct me otherwise.
end.
I hope that was acceptable guys.
