So if the 4's filed today came out of the float??? they hold just around 75% of the float....
or would they have come out of the authorized? (teach me please)

if those reported shares came out of the authorized; they absorbed a meager 4%
I hope they soaked up the O/S, but my simple mind cant figure how they could commandeer the free trading shares???
