Sorry, been on he computer all day without food. CKYS. The company mentioned in the Sequiam PR this morning.
No to his first question to me.
Not correct.
I don't think criticizing a scam (SLJB) is bashing and neither is praising a good stock pumping.
Sometimes it's just plain old expressing one's opinions fairly.
Nicely put Madcat.
I don't think you can compare the two. I happened to hear about CKYS just observing SLJB unfold. I never got into that one, but was fascinated with what went on there.
In SLJB the company was putting out scam PRs. I don't think CKEY has done that.
You'll have to use your judgement and decide whether to listen to posters or not. No one can help you with that.
No I had 36,000 but sold to buy CKEY today.
You'll have to ask an accountant. I'm an engineer, not an accountant.
I've anssered that.
I decided to put my money in CKYS in the meantime. Will later move here after taking profits there. CKYS up 25@ today.
Jim has the numbers and should know.
But I don't see reaching a dollar being a problem if they had 2.7 cps earned in the first half of 2006 alone.
Full year should be 5 or 6. Even at a multiple of 20, that's a buck for this year. With some growth for next year where do you think this'll go?
It was his suggestion.
1. Yes - with 2004 almost done.
2. Qualified for both AMEX or NASDAQ, but thought AMEX was a better fit for them. No point going to the OTC BB. if he could go to the AMEX.
I think we'll finish the week over five cents. I don't see it dropping below 3 before then.
Wonder what's holding SQUM back?
I've been here for the last two days and the pots are starting to stink in the sink. damn.
In addition to the "logical stuff" I was very impressed with the CEO Jim Plant when I talked to him over the phone last night. Took several tries over two days to get through to him.
Had many questions and he answered them clearly and honestly although some things he clearly could not reveal, nor did I expect him to do that. He showed great confidence, energy and enthusiasm who clearly has a plan and is carrying it out.
Around 30 people in the company including two teams of nine engineers. They design the producgts, create the software, do final assembly and market of their products. They sub out the actual populating of their boards. Efficient operation.
The company has no debt and he has no intention of going in that direction. Sounds like they'll be able to finance their growth from earnings. Financials are finished for 2005 and 2006 (not sure what their year end is) and withing weeks of comppletion for 2004. Once completed they are qualified to move to the AMAX or NASDAZ.
Sounds like he's on the road a lot and will be away at meetings for the next two weeks. Our converstion ended abruptily after twenty minutes or so when one or more people had to see him.
As an engineer, I found that he knew what he was talking about and had a clear vision for the company.
You know what scard me off ETIM? 4 for 1 split to start with. Makes no sense to me when your share price is .0002
CKYS has revenues, positive cash flow, no debt, patented products, government contracts, financials coming any day, share buyback, and they qualify for AMAX.
No comparison. And up 24% today. And more to come tomorrow.
I agree but I didn't want to make it look unbelievable.
OK.
Assume 9 cps in 2007 x 30 = $2.70
Just read the one following your post. 21780
To get the share price to its proper level, we need to stop thinking of this as a pink sheet company and look at it as a potential NASDAQ or AMAX listing. (Unless we're being scammed which is most unlikely).
Once the financials are out showing no debt and EPS of a nickel, it will be evident that Cyberkey qualifies for the higher exchange which is the company's intention.
5 cps, 20 multiple = $1.00 a share.
And that's for 2006 earrings. 2007 should be at least 50% greater.
At least that's my target and the reason I got in.
So whether you get in at .031 or .034 really makes no difference.
Jim told me last night that the float was 200 million less the share buyback for $1 million, which depending on the share price will reduce that to somewhere around 180 million I expect, assuming that the buyback will be at around 5 cents a share.
Theyu're supposed to start buying back on Dec. 1
Don't foget the buyback that will reduce the float to 170 million or so.
The biggest push will come from audited financials showing 5 cps for 2006, higher guidance for 2007 and an announcement of a move to a real exchange.
50 cents minimum.
Not pumping, i found out about ETIM and CKYS at the same time and looked into both. That one is a joke, just trying to help the poor slobs.
I lucked into this. Only found learned about it last week but DD made it a no brainer.
CKYS up 26% today. Possible ten bagger with earnngs and positive cash flow. I was considering ETIM when I learned about it last week. Not too late.
Average .286 for 1.8 mill.
Nice call. Oops, it wasn't your call. But that dosn't matter.
Great day.
Hope I sleep better tonight. Anticipation kept me up half the night. I knew it was going to be tough to get it before it took off today.
Is everyone aware of free pink sheets Level II for CKYS?

32 gone. One ask at 33
Went down so we could buy in cheap
The ask at 32 and nothing at 33, so 34 looks very good.
At what point do the shorts start soiling their shorts?
Heard that the buyback starts on Dec. 1 straight from the horse's mouth. Well over the phone, that is.
When the shorts buy in we'll hit 10. Next week maybe.
I'm not going to bet against you.
.33 is a nice round number.
If the earnings of 2.7 cps in the first 6 months is reflected in the upcoming financials, we'll reach the 30s at least, not counting earnings growth.
