TORONTO, June 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Andiamo Corp. (OTCPK: ANDI), along with Utopya Innovations, is proud to announce today the acquisition of WeWi Applied Research Corporation ("WeWi" or "Company"), a Canadian R&D corporation dedicated to bringing innovative technology solutions to market. The deal was completed as an all-stock transaction, making WeWi a wholly-owned subsidiary of Utopya Innovations.
WeWi Applied Research Corporation began as a telecommunications company providing high-speed internet infrastructure for build-outs in Canada and Africa. The company later evolved into a software and hardware contractor, specializing in the public sector, health, defense, and Fintech verticals.
As the Company's first consumer product, WeWi introduced SOL, the world's first laptop that is powered entirely by the sun. Completely self-sustained without the need for any additional energy sources, the rugged SOL laptop was developed by WeWi to accelerate education in developing countries and has since advanced into a tool for remote work used for research, military, medical and education initiatives.
WeWi Applied Research Corporation has recently secured a signed Purchase Order Agreement from a foreign government for orders of SOL devices, which is valued at approximately $250 Million USD over a five-year period.
Mike Starkweather, President of Andiamo Corp., stated, "We're thrilled to announce our acquisition of WeWi Applied Research Corporation. The Company is creating and bringing to market a wide range of specialized and highly innovative technology products, led by an exceptionally talented leadership team with a proven track record of success. There are clear synergies that exist between Utopya and WeWi, and for these reasons and many more, we are looking forward to working with them and can't wait to help them deliver on their extraordinary vision."
"It was a very strategic move and we're excited to join the Andiamo-Utopya family." David Snir, CEO of WeWi said. "We design and build innovative systems addressing global challenges. With Andiamo's help and leadership we can scale up and commercialize our projects faster than we ever could," he added.

Can ANDI pull this off?
Roger!
It is well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When will ANDI be uplisted?
MrRhino, what is your prediction for this storm? How soon?
I understand, my friend!
Very good questions.
A pyramid scheme (commonly known as pyramid scams) is a business model that recruits members via a promise of payments or services for enrolling others into the scheme, rather than supplying investments or sale of products or services. As recruiting multiplies, recruiting becomes quickly impossible, and most members are unable to profit; as such, pyramid schemes are unsustainable and often illegal.
This is opinions board, my friend. Never said anything negative. Just sharing my opinion and it did not warrant an attack. Furthermore, I still think you are way left field from what I am trying to say. But, you are entitled to your opinion without the attacks. You have the last word.
You are off the mark, my friend. Please read!!!!!!!!!!!! The company is soliciting questions from investors. Please ready!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Again, I think you are missing my point. But, I understand. Perhaps, others might be able to explain better. I am not opposed to giving out luxury cars, but not in the manner in which they are being displayed. They need to show how they are going to help grow the company and how that might benefit investors. Poor choice, anyhow you look at it. Poor choice, my friend. Hopefully, you will get it. If not, I understand. No worries.
Now, I am glad you see what I'm talking about. Instead of showing us luxury cars, please show us what you are doing or going to do for your investors. Good observation!
I am cool...just responding to the company's request for questions from investors. I was just sharing my advice and opinion concerning the new company. Perception is everything and all things for some. I'm just saying...
I hope you are right about winning. Again, perception is everything. If I am thinking about that photos being bad optics, I am sure others might be thinking the same way. It would not have been too bad if the stock was doing good. You want to show that you are working hard for your investors, rather than being too flashy. Just my opinion.
It gives the perception that they are spending our money on luxury cars, rather than trying to advance the company to benefit all concerned. Very bad choice, Asama management. I will remove that very fast. Especially, when the stock is doing very poorly.
He needs to go far away from Asama, if they want to succeed.
I am excited!!!!!!!!!!!! What about you?
BIEL is Number 5 on Top 10 Active Stock Market Forum.
BIEL Number 5 on Most Read.
BIEL Number 23 on Breakout Board.
My understanding from speaking with AW, they have two potential agreements. One with Bayer and the other with Dr. Scholls. He said Bayer was coming along fine, but slow and Dr. Scholls was progressing fine. So with that, I am thinking there will be two separate deals and PRs.
My question is why is Frankie still on the payroll? If SANP is changing to ASAMA, they need to have all new faces. Frankie must go, due to past experience!
Asama must remove the BMWs and Mercedes from their webpage. Why are they advertising BMWs and Mercedes? That's just free ads for them (BMW and Mercedes). Not only that, for a struggling stock and from a management point of view, the photos demonstrate very bad optics.
I like the stock market...there is a buyer for every seller. According to my mentor, Warren Buffet, "The stock market is a device for transferring money from the impatient to the patient." Keep selling and I will keep buying. Others that understand the true value of the stock will help buy, too. Go ahead and make our day!!!!!!!!!!!!
I like that...when I think about this stock, I think about many other inventions like computers, cell phones, etc, and wished I had invested in them when they were first launched. The technology behind BIEL is nothing to take lightly. Once the products become household names the stock price will go through the roof. This is a great time to be a part of BIEL. Will hate for investors to miss the BIEL train. I understand the growing pains, but patience will be rewarded bigly!!!!!!!!!!!
Ok, will keep that in mind. But, I think Dr. Scholls will come before Bayer.
What a comeback story it would be when BIEL train leaves the station for Glory! It reminds me of Lou Holtz and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish football team in 1988. If you don't know the story, please look it up.
Dude, what are you talking about?
BIEL is number 40 on Breakout Board!
I believe PR will be released in the following order:
1. New distributors in Asia.
2. Dr. Scholls
3. Bayer
4. FDA full clearance
5. FDA Recovery Rx
That would be nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why Monday?
Sorry, Frankie Must Go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The man must go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Frankie is really hurting this stock. He is a serious liability. I hope the new management will try to cut him loose if they want to make any progress.
RS?????????????
He might be on vacation.
Expect to get it late today or first thing on Monday.
Yes, right on point...the optics of the Mercedes look very bad. Don't understand the rationale behind that.
Don't Worry...JGD to the rescue. They will be taken out soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Missing out on??? I own shares in the stock for long!!!!!!!!!!
