Looks like NITE and VNDM are working together to dilute at a higher PPS....
Whole float has been traded over multiple times already.....
VNDM on the ask 3 guesses what that means....
Yes, when dilution finishes perhaps...
Looks like dilution if that's what you meant....
VNDM on ask dilution here?
Why do you think it's being shorted?
I thought Southridge isn't able to dilute till 2014?
Do you think we can see a pps share increase near term or it's over?
What sort of 8-k are you expecting?
Pert on the ask, what does that mean?
I'm not convinced look at the 10-Q:

So how do you tell....? Please enlighten me....
Either that or dilution very hard to tell....
Is it dilution?
Very strange any shares put up on bid at 0.0016 keep getting "hit" and then "replaced"
Whats the story here, anyone?
Selling looks deliberate to me either company or shorts....
Company selling shares? or is just NITE shorting?
He can get venture capital.
Also
He didn't have to buy min technology if he didn't have money for it unless he didn't care to ruin the pps and make shareholders pay for it and then go for a share R/S anyway.....
Either reverse split 10-1 100-1 ?
Or
A/S increase
Both of these options are not good for investors....
Everything you wrote is true, only problem is dilution. Looks like the O/S is getting too close to the A/S for comfort. As well it seems that Koos doesn't really care about his own invested shares and would increase the A/S or do a reverse split without a problem. Big question is will shares run out before the IND approval or not. I suspect they will....just my opinion....
Short volume:14,255,275

Catch 22 going on here, very deceptively looking like accumulation. NITE is shorting on the bid and ask if you buy from him he is selling short if you sell to him he is covering yesterdays shorts. I assume more dilution to come and NITE knows this so he can keep shorting...My guess is next week we see 0.002's pps cant hold this level with dilution and shorting.
Just my take, feel free to argue otherwise, this is just how I see it. Been here many months....
BMSN most shorted stock: http://otcshortreport.com/index.php?index=BMSN
Whats going for this company, expecting any news or developments?
300 million shares for $15,000 is that for real! that means he is valuing them sub-sub penny!!!
Whats the story here with NeoMagic Corporation (NMGC)?
Can you or someone else please post L2
Dilution going on here?.........
Where did you see that?
Why would they do a reverse split they have some hundred millions before they hit the A/S?
If they are selling shares then I don't think it can hold these levels...
Could be, but if it was bought it was bought to cover shorts not for a long position.
Seems like mm's want to keep the pps at this level for a bit, milk it for what they can. They could easily drag this down further, very little bid support here.
This looks headed to sub penny.....
My analysis as to how BMSN is selling shares lately:
MM's have been creating many "fake" runs while selling short on the ask. Then they knock the pps down selling it short on the downturn.
Next they cover all the short sales with diluted shares. Seems to me that this isn't just haphazard but prearranged......
Feel free to disagree or prove otherwise.
What sort of time frame are we looking at over here?
What is the general timeline here for any news?
The 30 day time period was before the FDA notified them that their IND application is on hold or temporary hold. It will take some time to rectify that to the satisfaction of the FDA....months perhaps especially considering that the recent PR suggested it would happen in Q3
The difference is the O/S
Also the IND application here is on hold or temporary hold which creates uncertainty....
Perhaps, but more likely after a R/S reverse split 3-1 or 10-1 remember O/S is getting very close to the A/S which is currently 2 billion
Just stating the facts here, Iv'e been here longer than most.....
