Bad taste in your mouth and not passing the smell test for me.
Think I'm going to pass on this one.
Edited--This is my last post on this.
If you came to me and told me about this, I would not see anything in it for me unless I wanted to give giftcards to a significant number of people on my Xmas list. In that case, it would save me the trouble of going to the physicial stores or buying them online directly from a nunber of websites (if retailers even DO that). Otherwise, why would I want to bother with cards to make money for YOU when its a whole lot simpler just to pull out my debit or credit card or use cash.
In the case of a nonprofit I support, it would be an entirely different question, especially when it comes to money that I would be spending with credit or cash anyway. But why would I want to do that to support YOU?

Perhaps if we had a list of the Stuttgart attendees, we would better understand why they did not want to go to expense of exhibiting.
If you follow this thread back, you will see that there is no "cause" being discussed in it except for individuals wanting to make money for themselves and expecting people to want to go along with it.
But what's the incentive for the gift card buyer?
Seems to me that there would be no incentive for the buyer. Why would I want to go to the trouble of buying cards in order to line someone elses pocket? Or am I missing something?
They don't ask out where you! EOM
I see! I thought you were comparing the info in message #'s 16368 and 16369, cause that looks like a lot less.
How do you come up with 300 per day from that?
I've listened several times and I hear "15 IC's, independent contractors..."
The potential for growth here is mind-boggling.
There are charities, girl and boy scouts, colleges, alumni funds, churches, band boosters...the list is endless.
I've already contacted people I know in such org's. Everyone invested here should do the same, directing them to the SN website.

Makes sense, too. Kevin wants to increase rev's quickly at a deficit rather than relying on the current level of rev's for growth. IMO.
Thanks! ALso I realize my figures were wrong. It's apparently 8% or less, which is split with the store owner.
Let me start all over.
It's been my understanding that when I buy a $100.00 gift card at a ServeNation store, $80.00 or so goes to, say, Kroger, $8.00 or so goes to the nonprofit whose store I bought from and $12.00 or so goes to SN.
I would further think that the money SN is (?) pulling in would be a source of funding for PINR.
I was questioning Adamp's post suggesting that the stores were not yet "fully operational" and thought that might explain the need for PINR to obtain further funding.
Someone please tell me what's wrong with the above. Something is.
TIA
"Once servenation gets its new stores fully operational..."
Aren't they operational the moment they are opened?
Am I missing something?
I was under the impression that revenues are already coming to SN.
Must the rev's stay with SN until the sale of it?
Follow the bliss.

Enormous potential here, IMO,if only the current stockholders would just let people they know about this who are connected with churches, colleges, band and athletic boosters, girl and boys scouts, food banks...the list is almost endless.
I think we will see it tomorrow. Otherwise, there would be no point in him telling us the exact time.
But it will be after hours.

The shake was good for me. I tried to buy in at 8 earlier, but had to upgrade my Java and now I got in at 6.
At this point, yes.

I've been trying to buy into this @ .0007 for 30 minutes but, when I confirm my order, Ameritrade tells me the server is down.
Anyone else having a problem?
"...additional stratospheric flight missions flown by larger vehicles..."
"vehicleS"?
Where is all the money coming from?
HGLC moving up fast
Siriuslyricher, Mide, pardon me for butting in...
Appears it can go to 10's of K's and makes this PR even more significant...IMO

Sanswire Partner Tao Technologies Files Patent Application Covering New Airship Design
Monday July 28, 10:40 am ET
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., July 28, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Sanswire-TAO Corp., the joint venture equally owned by TAO Technologies GmbH and the Sanswire subsidiary of GlobeTel Communications Corp. (Other OTC:GTEM.PK - News), today announced that Dr. Bernd Kroplin, president of TAO Technologies, filed a patent application in Germany for ``Segmented Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Equipped With Energy Medium.'' A registration number of 10 2008 002 939.4 was assigned to the patent.

Dr. Bernd Kroplin and TAO Technologies concurrently filed an application for the invention under the PCT or Patent Cooperation Treaty, for international protection in the majority of the world's countries, including all of the major industrialized ones. The technology protected under the patent and to be transferred to Sanswire-TAO for registration in the US, Canada and Mexico distinguishes the Sanswire-TAO's lighter than air (LTA) unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) program from all competitors.
``This new concept represents a complete re-thinking of airship design,'' said Jonathan Leinwand, Chief Executive Officer of GlobeTel Communications, ``For years, Dr. Kroplin, inventor of the segmented design, has been challenged with developing a technology superior to previous high-altitude designs ranging from lighter than air blimp shaped airships to heavier than air fixed wing designs, and after nearly 15 years of development and thousands of test flights we have enormous confidence in his revolutionary design.''
Leinwand continued, ``Many programs have been working on high altitude long endurance platforms to meet the demands of today's world, but no design has been able to successfully remain in the stratosphere for an extended duration. Sanswire and TAO will demonstrate that long endurance stratospheric flight is possible.''
Sanswire-TAO intends to file a utility patent for the ``Segmented Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Equipped With Energy Medium'' with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) under the guidelines provided by PCT.

In case anyone else has been wondering, Rob Bleckman has explained the lack of an 8K on Sanswire-TAO.
Hi Rob,
Would you be kind enough to explain why there has been no 8K on the Sanswire-TAO agreement?
Is it not yet consumated, pending additional payments from us?
TIA
XXXXX XXXXXX
Hi XXXXX,
I haven't heard from you in a while!
The news was included in the 10k under Note 21 Subsequent Events.
Ordinarily, for a company that is in compliance, the 8k would have been used
in absence of an imminent quarterly or annual filing. Of course this 10k
filing was delayed but since we are not compliant until we're current on all
our financials anyway, an 8k would have not been absolutely necessary here.
There are future payments to TAO that must be made, but for all intents and
purposes, this agreement has been consummated.
Thanks,
Rob

Anyone care to speculate as to when we will be current?
Cole...Why would GTEM want to "hype" in order to raise the SP a few pennies? PR's over the last few months have had virtually no effect on the SP and they know it as well as we do. Both the company and the shareholders know the shareprice is going nowhere until we have financials, the SEC concludes, we get off the pinks and get funded. Then the game changes--- bigtime.
And until then, any entities with business relationships with us would insist on remaining unnamed, and small wonder why.
Meantime, we have been given a glimpse of the magnitude of the progress made and the enormous potential to come, a glimpse for which I, for one, am greatly appreciative and heartened.

Stratospheric Flight Technology Showcased, Demonstrated At Stuttgart Conference Hosted by Sanswire-TAO Corp.
Last update: 9:40 a.m. EDT July 1, 2008
STUTTGART, Germany, Jul 1, 2008 (PrimeNewswire via COMTEX) -- GlobeTel Communications Corp. (Pink Sheets:GTEM) today announced that Sanswire-TAO Corp., the joint venture owned by its Sanswire Corp. subsidiary and TAO Technologies GmbH, showcased the Company's high altitude unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) development capabilities in Stuttgart. The demonstrations included the unveiling of new technological advancements within the company's high altitude long endurance (HALE) program and detailed strategies, leading to demonstrations of facilities, components and systems, and live flights of various aerial platforms. Key accomplishments of the conference included:
* Flight demonstrations of the SAS-51 airship with a live video
surveillance package, lightweight compact autonomously controlled
vehicles, and multiple "AirChain" prototypes, illustrating the
inherent flight properties of the segmented cell design in flight
* Theoretical presentations of the company's patented "AirChain"
segmented cell airship design in comparison to the flawed
characteristics of non segmented, rigid designs
* Introduction of various proprietary software systems, including
the advanced modeling and design language developed by TAO to
theoretically evaluate lighter than air (LTA) vehicles using
numerous interchangeable characteristics such as payload,
duration and altitude. These systems use the data gathered from
thousands of test flights to customize an airship with specific
capabilities for wind speed, payload capacity and endurance
* Presentation of the company's flight strategies, including ground
control, launch sequences and return strategy, utilizing a
proprietary autonomously controlled parachute payload return
system to provide safe return of vehicle and payload under
normal and extreme conditions
* Showing the proprietary subsystems, including its autonomous
flight control software and state of the art propulsion system,
designed to immediately provide persistent service for missions
requiring station keeping at mid altitudes utilizing a rotation
of vehicles in approximately one week cycles.
* Tours of facilities, including laboratories, testing and
construction facilities, which included the equipment and
resources utilized in the fabrication of electronics, components
and materials used in the construction of airship platforms
Jonathan Leinwand, Chief Executive Officer of GlobeTel Communications, stated, "We would like to thank Dr. Kroplin and his team for this incredibly informative conference. We believe the demonstrations were an overwhelming success and an affirmation of our confidence in the Sanswire-TAO development programs. Our guests were able to see the depth of knowledge that has been developed by TAO during its 14 years of airship development. We have shown our capabilities to provide the next generation of lighter than air unmanned aerial vehicle platforms to our partners and customers."
About Sanswire-TAO Corp
As some here may recall, Huff put together a "simulation" of strat commununication using a jet helecopter in August, 2004.
There's also the issue of flying an experimental UAV over a populated area. Still, it seems very unlikely that a blimp would be in the immediate area unless it played some part in the demo. Maybe they dropped a PADDS from it.

Quite possibly a short session today to catch flights home in the afternoon.
I can certainly understand why you bought. But I can't, for the life of me, understand why someone would unload in the face of that PR.
