Sold my CHDT at .06. Still moving and it's .062 by .065.

I had followed CBQI (Now CHDT) for a long time. I had bought my shares awhile ago. I am pissed that I tried to pick up more last week when it was .015 by .017. I had an All or None order and didn't get more shares. I have many stocks on my watchlist and I buy them when they inch closer toward thier 52 week lows. CBQI changed business plans and has started actually taking in a few dollars. Although many shares are insider held it does however have nearly 500 million shares outstanding.

It's pulled back to .052 by .06 and I have changed my sell to .06. I need to take my profits in this sideways market and not be so greedy.

Why in at .06? It's run a triple already since last week. I bought at .021. I'm looking to sell and take my profit. I have an order to sell at .07.

BB yes. Last week it changed from CBQI to CHDT. (China Direct)

BB, 60% of CHDT is insider held. The float is under 190 million even though there are around 500 million O/S.

BB, how do you easily find the S-8's? Do you have to click on it's Edgar report or is there a site that lists all the daily S-8's all on one daily list to make it easy?

PCCL always has been a POS with tons of dilution. They had 1.6 billion shares outstanding and did a 1 for 100 reverse in February 2004. From 16 million OS in February 2004 they are now at 121 million and growing every day. They also have an SEC lawsuit against them pending.

I really need to learn charts to score a gain and then dump. As far as holding this stock for more than a day or two, I wouldn't touch it. This is one big POS that prints paper. Reminds me of USXP.

mda55 not my point. I alreay own it at .053. My point is buying some of the POS's watching them go up and not taking any profits. Very few true runners in thi smarket. Almost all of them have not held except ONEV. I'm giving away a lot of profits even if it goes back up.

USXP the ultimate POS. Years ago I went through two reverse splits. The CEO is a crook and share printer and is being investiged by the SEC. Screw his postal network that he never publishes or proves it has any members.

TSBB POS Grrrrrrrrr Took the chance and didn't sell any on my buy at .0053. Now under .006 All these POS's keep coming back down. It's time to sell whole positions and not even worry about half.

Oregoncoaster thanks for the advice. I never load up on one penny. I own over 20 of them which is too many but it spreads out my risk. I'm cutting them down to 10-15. This market is really bad. Very few runners and most go up and come right back down. I have to stop holding all these POS's. :) "Free" shares become a waste of money shares with a lot less value on holds.

I've been playing pennies for years but pennies with lower floats, longer holds that were higher priced. Playing these monster float, sub penny stocks is relatively new for me but they are the ones moving in this market. I need to change the way I trade and get in and out faster.

Thanks cintrix. That was what I was looking for. All I want to be aware of is when one of these touters picks one of my pennies. I'll look for a rise in price and volume and a big pull back and I'll sell. Just another tool to use.

Billy and soupoftheday I know about the importance of charts. This site is also excellent. But I do want to know the tout sites that are sometimes responsible for quick rises and big volume in certain stocks. I like when they pick one of the stock I already own. I also know to unload because all of these stocks generally come right back down. So, I would stil like to know the biggest tout sites. I am not talkimg about this site which is NOT a tout or pump and dump website.

Question? Anyone know the largest penny e-mails and websites? I think the penny stock sites that pimp certain stocks daily or weekly or e-mail are for the most part pumpers and dumpers but if you happen to hold one of their stocks prior to their recommendation you can score big. If the source is one of these sites you need to dump after the run.

Anyone know the sites and e-mailers that pull the most weight? Seems some of these last movers have been recommended. Most move up and then right back down. Help someone. Thanks.

ONEV, in pennies what goes up must go down unless they really have something special and eventually show true profits. How many pennies really keep going and get an AMEX or NASDAQ small cap listing? So who bought ONEV from .12-.15? That is brave after over a 10 bagger.

Yeah, today the Ameritrade site is a little slow. It might not even be them but routers somewhere along the way from where we are to their site. It could be the routers that are close to their server. It happens all the time on the Net.

I like Ameritrade. Most of my orders go through many at the bid on my buys. In fact today they must be having problems. I had an All or NONE order in for TTXI at .04 when it was .035 by .04. It wasn't getting filled. I simply called them and they pushed the order through for my fill. I got through to a rep in about 30 seconds. I think their customer service is fantastic, open 24 hours and I have not had problems with them like other on line brokers like E-Trade.

How does TSBB rise before the American markets open and show shares traded at 9:21? Are people off shore or in Cannada allowed to pre-market trade OTCBB stocks? I had an order in at .005 that won't have a chance, Closing bid and ask was .005 by .0057 las tnight when I put in my order. It's already .0065 by .007 before the US markets open and shows shares traded. How is this possible? It sure isn't fair. Anyone have the answer?

But at 6 billion shares, even if the stock was just a penny that means the company is worth 60 million. No way. As well at .001 his shares are still worth over 3 million. His $25,000 a month salary is ridiculous as well. How can this stock not reverse split with so many shares? It just is a matter of time. With all the shares the amazing part is how easy it has moved up and down. Definitely worth a few bucks to catch a gain and then dump your shares.

Long term? I don't think so unless they clean the share count and I hate reverse splits.

On May 7, 2004, the Registrant issued 2.5 billion shares of commonstock to its president, Edward Schwalb. Under the terms of the Registrant'semployment agreement with Mr. Schwalb, Mr. Schwalb is authorized to maintain anownership percentage of seventy percent (70%) of the outstanding shares of theRegistrant. After this stock issuance, Mr. Schwalb owns 3,782,250,000 shares, or62.77%, of the Registrant's 6,025,265,161 shares outstanding.

On May 5, 2004, the aforementioned employment agreement with Mr.Schwalb was amended to include a monthly salary of $25,000 per month.Additionally, Mr. Schwalb is due an acquisition fee of $70,000 for eachacquisition that he initiates and the Registrant closes during the term of theemployment agreement.
