Telkom Mobile absolutely needs VoX
Telcos just can't ignore Mobile VoIP, it is a game changer.
Check out what their customers are paying, 29c per minute for Telkom Mobile to Telkom Mobile and 75c per minute to others outside the network, unbelievable.
And VoX is FREE for VoX customers calling other Vox Customers, and just couple pennies per minute for most other calls around the world.
This is what you call disruptive technology!!

VoX #108 Apple Itunes Mobile Voip
Pretty good for only being released few days ago.
Looks to be several thousand results under Mobile Voip when searched in iTunes and VoX Mobile in row 12, and will be moving higher just like it did in the Google Play store.
So who is your Jeff?
How about a last name and resume of where he has worked and what he has accomplished
The G3 Connect sites are back on line
These sites had been removed for months and when trying to access them, they opened the G3 Connect parent company that makes industrial displays, so it looked like they were done.
Just recently with the Apple Mobile app approval their sites are all back on line like before and they were the ones leading the SA deals that is for sure.
Also the Jeff that is leading our marketing drive could be the same guy that G3 Connect has listed as their Marketing guy Jeff Wheeler so if you put two and two together, it is possible that G3 will pick up with the marketing once again and maybe those large deals with SA telcos will happen now that both Android and Apple ISO Mobile Apps are available as many have said that was the problem, they wanted to market both not just one, too confusing to customers etc and not cost effective to sell to 1/2 your customers.
Both Telkom SA and Vodacom are still listed on VoX Facebook page as "Likes" so they could still be our potential partners in the South Africa space.

49% SHORT 2.3m of 4.7m Total
There are very few real sellers here, only MM working the trades.

Stock price complete disconnect to Co. Value
Market Capitalization is only $1.6 million, that is what the stock price is saying that the company is worth and it is dead wrong.
You can't buy this company for $2 million, or $4 million or even $10 million or $20 million for that matter.
.05 a share or $40 million will not do it either it has been tried.
Eventually the CD conversion will end and we will see if the market can get the valuation right, but it will take revenue and profits to do that and we will be there by year end when we go cash flow positive and the value should be more in line with $100 million to start, or about 12 cents a share.
Is VoX Mobile Free?
The VoX Mobile application is free for personal and commercial use. You may use it to make UNLIMITED calls to other VoX Mobile users and enjoy the clearest VoIP calling available.
If you want to use VoX Mobile to call people on their regular cellular or land lines then you need to subscribe to a VoX Mobile product that is billed monthly to your credit card.
You may also use SIP accounts from other network service providers for free.
The app also has a significant advantage over other voice and video calling apps, because a VoX subscriber who chooses the Pay and Go plan, receives a real phone number that can receive calls, at no charge to the subscriber, from anywhere in the world.
Most VoIP apps can only place and receive calls from other subscribers. This feature, coupled with a distinct VoX voice mail product, helps distinguish the VoX app from other calling applications, and provides great convenience to people who need a fully-functioning second phone number.
Can I use VoX Mobile Anywhere Worldwide?
You can use VoX Mobile anywhere in the world where you have a Wi-FI or 3G/4G data connection and all calls to other VoX Mobile customers are free as well as all calls to other VoX Communications customers. ( that means the landline guys like the Ojo Video Phones)
With the VoX app, you can call video to video in a cross platform environment, you do not need to know if the other person has an iPhone or an Android phone, they each just have to have the VoX Mobile App on their mobile device, phone or tablet, really nice.
All the plan data on rates and who you can call for free are in the FAQ of the new iphone Mobile App.
Exciting times ahead, Accumulation Time for Now
All I can say is keep the shares coming, we will take them all in the .002 range.
800m at .002 is $1.6m for everything which is a absolute steal for a company that is already grossing over $1m in revenue and with the iphone mobile app, along with the newly released Calling Cards, and Android mobile app, $5m in Revenue is in very short order!
Lot of Interest in a little 1m company, LOL
So many helpful people trying to help investors see all the problems with their investment, and all for a little, micro cap company that has a market cap of 1.5m bucks on a good day.
That alone should tell you something about the future potential of the company, in this super hot market segment.
Funny part is the new iphone app has been out 1 day and the toads are already predicting failure, which is what you would expect.
Quality is everything in this business and VoX is an amazing product that is going to get noticed very soon. My concern is that we are going to get bought out too early for 20 or 30 cents which is nothing with the potential of mobile voip, or the company is taken private as all this Short Seller crap is not worth it. The only reason to be a public company is to access capital markets and that has been nearly impossible to do the past 5 years and if it doesn't change you might as well be private, who needs the needs this manipulation.
We could also get a real deep pocket partner soon and take the company to the next level. Can you imagine what our business would look like with a $10 to $20 million injection of cash to get the ball rolling with some real advertising money and sales channels.
Going to be interesting that is for sure, looking for a great year end push.
Covering 6.5m of yesterdays SHORT
They just covered 6.5m in about 2 minutes at .002 is my guess.
No way they were going to let it go up today with all those shares shorted yesterday.
Maybe today they have yesterday Short covered and we can move up tomorrow or later today.
Check tonight short level for today, it should be low compared to yesterday as they are covering during normal trading hours at the .002 level.
Bet the G3 Connect App will use PayPal
Got to be a reason that Mark developed the iphone App with the PalPay option which Apple made us do over using their payment system.
I think the iphone VoX mobile app that G3 Connect wanted to market along with the Android app to telcos and distributors outside the Apple environment, meaning no 30% commission on all sales to Apple for those going through a third part which is legal and no problem with Apple.
Looking for the iphone App to go LIVE on G3 Connect web site soon, as currently it says "coming soon".
We could see this before deal announcements with carriers in South Africa and South America where they are focused.
There is a MASSIVE MM/Client SHORT Position
Nothing else makes any sense at all. The CD holders may not have cared what price they sold at because they got more shares based on the trading price/range, so the lower they sold the more shares they converted for the next round of selling.
With no new shares being issued now per CEO, as we are nearly at the AS limit of 800m shares and no new shares will be approved.
They would have made much more money just selling slowly and facilitating a big run up to over 1 or 2 cents if you know what I mean. MM are exempt from reporting requirement so do not use that one Arthur.
Bottom line is they don't want it run because they are up to their MM eyeballs in SHORTED position.
Jeff Wheeler, Director Marketing our guy?
Noticed that Jeff is the Marketing Director for G3 Connect, and Barry MacCheyne is the President, this could be our marketing guy.
G3 Connect hold over 100 million shares of the PVSP and maybe they are ready to sell the Mobile App and the VoX service in South Africa and South America.
http://www.g3connect.com/support.aspx
G3 Connect Web Sites Back On Line
Their sites have been off line for months and you were forwarded to their parent company's site, and most here thought they went out of business.
They are back on line now and wonder if it had anything to do with the Apple Approval of our Mobile App?
More than strange particularly after the CEO and others have said that several large Telco and Operator deals were in the works but had been delayed as they were interested in selling BOTH the Android and Apple Apps to cover their customer base.

PRESS RELEASEAugust 20, 2013, 9:35 a.m. ET
VoX Mobile VoIP App Now Offered for Sale in the Apple App Store
VoX Mobile VoIP App Now Offered for Sale in the Apple App Store
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Aug. 20, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pervasip Corp.'s (OTCQB:PVSP) wholly-owned subsidiary, Vox Communications, a cloud-based voice and video communications solutions, apps and services provider, is now offering for sale its mobile VoIP and video calling application in the Apple iTunes digital store. Over 500 million iPhones users can now download a VoX phone number and enjoy the benefits of a second phone line to make low-cost mobile calls to any phone number in the world.
The VoX phone number comes with several features, including free video calling and texting to other subscribers, and free VoX voice mail so that consumers can utilize the VoX app for private calls and messages, which are kept separate from their primary phone line.
VoX's Chief Information Officer, Mark Richards, noted, "We are very excited to receive approval from Apple for our mobile calling app for iOS, and to offer our product for sale in Apple's iTunes store. We have taken the time to develop what we think is the leading, most functional mobile voice and video application in the store. We like the advantage that our app brings to users who enjoy iPhone video calls, because we allow video calls to our subscribers who use Android devices. With the VoX app, you can call video to video in a cross platform environment, you do not need to know if the other person has an iPhone or an Android phone."
Similar to the Android App, a VoX user will be able to subscribe entirely on an iPhone or iPad and choose a U.S. phone number without leaving the interface.

14 VFIN $24 dumps to BID LOL
Amazing that VFIN still keeps doing their thing with the silly 10,000 share dumps to the BID for $24.
BID Whacking will not work this time, real REVENUE and PROFITS always WINS!!
Someone is very, very SHORT
Next couple days should get positive reviews
Couple of news article were waiting to evaluate the new Apple Mobile App and if we can get one of the Wall Street news letters to pick up the story we could really see it get hot in here.
They did the Android one some time ago!
CEO & CIO bought 45 million shares
Just a few weeks ago they paid over $68,000 for those warrants at a floor of .005, so they didn't have a problem paying 2 times the current price at the time.
When management is taking BIG positions in their own company, it is time to BUY!!
This is an investment not a trade
Traders are welcome and will provide some liquidity but the real story here is this is a long term Investment with a tremendous upside potential for INVESTORS.
I believe we will see 50 cents by end of this year or early next year and could see $5 by the end of next year.
The company is looking to be cash flow positive by end of this year and nearly debt free so it is off to the races.
This is real NEWS, REVENUE generating news!!
This is not about some potential deal with some unknown, this is real news about VoX Mobile now having access to over 1/2 BILLION iPhone and iPad, and itouch devices around the WORLD.
All those International Android users with over 200,000 downloands can now call their friends that have the iPhones which was not available before. That is a lot of new customers and DOLLARS!
Stock is worth 35 to 50 cents
It will not get there today, but it is worth every penny.
How long to get over 1 cent? Week or few days?
VoX Mobile VoIP App Now Offered for Sale in Apple App Store
News Released!!!
Really don't want a GAP UP
Those things always seem to need to be back filled at some point so a nice steady rise is what most are looking for and the end to this swing trading back and forth.
Steady upward prices will bring in new buyers, not those wild swings up and down.
"App is optimized for iPhone 5"
How cool is that, from the VoX Mobile app page in iTunes
"Compatible with iPhone, ipod touch, and iPad. This app is optimized for iphone5"
MM at .0028 ASK, How do they know?
There has not been a press release and only this board and the VoX Facebook have the information.
Is VFIN reading this message board?
Video Calling included, no plug in
Did you notice the video button along with the Phone button?
Very cool and nicely done once again.
Set up could not be easier, really smooth with no delays and very fast.
Really beautiful, smooth, interphase
How about those automatic scrolling pages that explain features of VoX Mobile while you wait for account setup to become completed, couple of minutes at most, real nice.
With the $25k for marketing each month, we are going to see some big results now that both Android and Apple ISO are available to users covering over 90% of the smart phone market.
Several telco's and others have been waiting for the Apple app before signing an agreement as they want to market BOTH Android and Apple to their customers.
This is a game changer for VoX and PVSP shareholders going forward in this huge mobile market with Billions of mobile devices that can buy our service.
Never had any doubts, Great App
Great Job Team Vox!
Downloaded to a bunch of devices, all PAYING accounts that will generate REVENUE & Profits!
Works Great and now you can ditch your land line phones if you had one. Poor cellular performance in buildings and in many places makes the use of VoX Mobile over the data networks a great deal.
Apple says resubmissions have to get at end of the line and start all over
So the July 29 resubmission had to get inline once again just like the first time the app was submitted, plus this time Apple had shut down the App Development Center for over a week in the end of July and apparently it was only partially back on line with certain services so that could explain the delay.
Looking for news any day now as it has been 20 days now counting weekends since the app was resubmitted and Pay Pal payment systems was replaced by the Apple payment system as they wanted.
They do have a provision to request an Expedited Review, to allow for marketing launch plans etc that are in place but you have to prove you actually stand to lose money if you don't launch by a preplanned date, sometime they will help you out and expedite the review.
Last Trade 1.5m SHORT COVERING
There you go, same old stuff.
Short the ASK all day long and Cover late or After Hours, at the low, in this case .0019.
CD owners are restricted in ownership
The CD owners are always restricted in % of shares that they are allowed to hold in the company stock. Most of the time it is like 5% or less but that really means nothing as all they have to do is have one of their pal funds of group of funds, buy up the stock at the conversion prices to get a big, big chunk of the company without ever owning enough to trigger 10% ownership filings.
There are a million ways to get around that one, like 70 million shares in 5 different accounts give you 350 million shares and no one is any the wiser.
Didn't you guys see Bud Fox buying up Teldar Paper, all those ME accounts.
Tango has raised $100m in one year!
VoX is way ahead of anything Tango can do and when the ISO is launched the market will get to know this amazing little company. Pay attention to the ENGAGEMENT comments that is where voice & video is going and why it will be so valuable to advertisers.
Tango beats Apple at its own game. It has more users than Facetime because it’s available on 3G. Facetime only works on Wifi connections. And you could say that Tango is the defacto Facetime for Android.
Speaking of Android, in Sarah’s interview with Roger McNamee, the Elevation Partners MD had some strong words for Google regarding their mobile strategy, saying, “They passed on Skype, which had 400 million active users and could’ve been a complete mobile solution for them.”
Now, 45 million users can’t compare to Skype’s hundreds of millions. But if Facebook can buy Instagram’s 20 million users for $1 billion, perhaps Google should be taking a careful look at Tango as a possible acquisition.
GGV Capital Partner Jeff Richards thinks the idea has legs. “One of the reasons that voice and video apps are starting to rise in importance is that page views are no longer what [advertisers] care about,” he explains. “They care about engagement.”
VoX Mobile VoIP App for Family Plan
Vox Mobile VoIP App Turns Family Plan into Untraceable VoIP Call
New Video
More BS from Sox
No only over WiFi, G3 & G4 and to another Tango user, like every other VoIP provider.
"You can Tango with anyone in your Tango Contacts list that has downloaded the application and registered for Tango with his or her phone number or email address. Tango then matches both the email and phone numbers in the device’s address book to let you know who they can Tango."
With Tango you can only contact other Tango users. Tango can be downloaded and installed on PC, Android, Windows Phones, iPhones (3GS and newer), iPod touch fourth-generation and iPads.
Vox calling plans offer service to any land line or mobile phone in the World, very different.
No it was about using PayPal
They set the app up to use PayPal and Apple requires you to use their payment setup, so they had to remove PayPal and install the Apple setup, nothing more.
Approval any day, regardless of what is said here.
51% Shorted Thurs, 47% Shorted Wed
Maybe VFIN didn't get the memo, NO MORE CD shares.
51% or 4.3m Shorted of 8.4m traded Aug 15
47% or 4.5m Shorted of 9.5m traded Aug 14
Keep trying VFIN, you are not going to win this one.
http://otcshortreport.com/index.php?index=pvsp#.Ug4cWxbV0QQ
Arthur give us 1 & 1/2 years now!
Hey I thought the end was here 2 years ago according to you. Remember all the debt holders that were going to foreclose any day for the past few years?
You were totally wrong then and you are totally wrong now.
Carry on silly one.
Web RTC is just a protocol
To make solutions out of it requires many additional components that are server side and all of these new app developers will need server side infrastructure to provide any services to customers.
Any calls made that require connecting and terminating calls through the PSTN landline services will all have to be handled by companies such as VoX that have the means to do so.
Remember something, VoX is a telecommunications company and we get paid for TRAFFIC on our network and we enable voice and video calling around the world at super prices. The only reason we develop FREE mobile apps is to get the customer on our network making calls is how we make money.
So now take millions of App developers that can now add video calling and voice right into their apps and clients can have instant communication both voice and video on their websites to any of Billions of devices out their is exciting.
It is going to reshuffle the telecommunications industry and make small companies like VoX very, very valuable to an exciting emerging market with Billions of dollars at stake. The opportunities are nearly endless and many have not even been invented yet.
Currently with Skype users can only talk to other Skype users. Vonage users only other voyage users. All that is about to change with Web RTC and Vonage has already jumped into the game.
Don't miss the revolution it is a game changer.
