There is a MASSIVE MM/Client SHORT Position

Nothing else makes any sense at all. The CD holders may not have cared what price they sold at because they got more shares based on the trading price/range, so the lower they sold the more shares they converted for the next round of selling.

With no new shares being issued now per CEO, as we are nearly at the AS limit of 800m shares and no new shares will be approved.

They would have made much more money just selling slowly and facilitating a big run up to over 1 or 2 cents if you know what I mean. MM are exempt from reporting requirement so do not use that one Arthur.

Bottom line is they don't want it run because they are up to their MM eyeballs in SHORTED position.
