Formed a North Carolina Corporation Dragon Capital Group, Corp.
With 1 class of shares with No par value,
Class: Common
Shares: 50000000000
No Par Value: Yes
Yet DRGV disclosure Filings doesn't appear to explain How the Nevada corporation and the North Carolina Corporation was Merged, Or explain how the North Carolina Corporation acquired or became the Nevada Corporation or vice versa?
That I can see. The "Corporation" was not just "moved" to North Carolina as these are 2 different companies with 2 different
"classes" of shares, Nevada Corporation shares are .001 par value, and North Carolina shares are no par value.
So exactly how did the Nevada Corporation "become" the North Carolina Corporation?
How was this accomplished in the DRGV disclosure Filings?
Where is there a stated "transaction" ? That makes this all legit?
There should have been some kind of share exchange or something reported for this to occur. IMO
All the disclosure filings say "List any stock split, stock dividend, recapitalization, merger, acquisition, spin-off, or reorganization either currently anticipated or that occurred within the past 12 months:"
On October 11, 2022, the Company filed for 1-for-1000 reverse stock split.
On October 23, 2020, Harry (Haining) Zhang was granted receivership.
And share issuances showing dates of 2.23.21 and 06.09.21
And the Nevada Corporation was dissolved on 05/27/2021
And North Carolina Corporation was formed on Date Formed: 4/15/2021
2 different corporations with 2 different classes of shares with 2 different par values.
Where is the explanation of the legal process how this became to be is the question?

It appears the Zhang no longer controls the company and hasn't in a long while.
Unless he is pulling strings behind the scenes.
It appears that this could be a scam used to scam others elsewhere and using association with drgv to do so as a "promo" to con others into GOODLIFE products that don't appear to exist. GOODLIFE was also known as HAPPYLIFE elsewhere.
IMO
money most likely already made on the frontend. from those or previous others.
How many with many shares held go to bone yard?
As Confucius already say,
There is always more going on than meets eye.
some can and some cannot see what is in eye.
WELIFE was found to be connected to another Harry company that is either a flop, flopped, or is flopping,
was connected to drgv, now drgv is connected to GOODLIFE now flopping.
WELIFE, drgv previously connected to Sue Xiu Wang of WELIFE.
As the WELIFE website is no longer reachable, and GOODLIFE website is mostly non-functional, unable to register, to "pre order" products that apparently don't exist,
my guess is that the DRGV/GOODLIFE leased corporate location is either empty, or used for flea market resalable items.
Previous drgv connected Welife & phone # goes back to Sue Xiu Wang Walnut, CA
Harry and or associates like to use named US corps same or similar to companies in Hong Kong on and on HKEX stock market. as examples WELIFE , GOODLIFE, etc...etc...
And DRGV custodian was Harry Zhang from Quanleap LLC ,
with a list of garbage. it's not 1 of D Lazar with a longer list of garbage.

If it was a bid flash and got cancelled you can bet 99.9999% it was an all or none limit order for show for make believe someone wanted to buy them. someone is dumping.
idunno, but it appears a couple of the company officials need to make a U-turn as they are lost in the wrong zip code, and others have claimed their previous address where it belongs, lol.

and throw in a Sterling & Welcome2Pinkylaand, & some of those good folk over at the dolt hangout,
and all the others that pumped this garbage with red flags a waving..
Why don't you ask microcapdaily, "pangbo group & materials, press releases, TadorTom, marty, lovesgreen, etc...
I'm sure you will find your answers there.
BRSE daily about the time Petzel took over.
All the way back to Jan 2016 when your hero took over and had $300K before he lost it all and got involved in lawsuits to see who will win the company MonteCristo Entertainment that nobody even wants anymore.
https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/BRSE/history?period1=1452038400&period2=1701820800&interval=1d&filter=history&frequency=1d&includeAdjustedClose=true
And exactly who are you bag pumpers expecting to sell the VW bug to? each other?
Nobody else wants it. lol. too funny
and ain't no 3rd cousin buying it after recent share issuance.
market is saying it's a thumbs down where ever they went.
BRSE daily going back to Jan 2020
Now overhead resistance all the way up and there isn't but 1% cooking in the oven now compared to then. With high negatives. Comparison Then like expecting a Maserati and now you are probably down to a VW bug with 2 flat tires.
https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/BRSE/history?period1=1578268800&period2=1701820800&interval=1d&filter=history&frequency=1d&includeAdjustedClose=true
You will be lucky if this ever sees .10 again. imo
maybe .001 before then.
well it is 0.03449 friggingcents now and you were pumping even higher than that.
dumbass
When I first happened by someone was saying .10 was a good buy & kissing pretzel feet and tickling his ass, And why don't you try doing some actual DD before touting turd buckets byte2byte included, Hospitality AI programs not even knowing what THE F you are even talking about. Here & elsewhere.
dope.
good luck with it is all I can say.
I looked at the chart, getting a daily is hard to do however what i saw was 75k days,
and if I recall on the best day was open @.30 high .50 whatever and closed @ .30 whatever.
most volume i saw was 75k days, That was after a huge build up to what was supposed to be a great thing, not knowing of course that
MCA had already been sued and lost in the past , was being sued at the time, and now being sued by 2 others.
A great come on as portrayed but in reality now nobody wants it, and are even fighting over who gets stuck with it.
Don't expect a rerun from then compared to now, I wouldn't that is for sure. Petzel has lost all credibility and probably should have never been given as much at all in retrospect & imo peeling back the lid on the worm can. There is so much I have seen you are not aware of.
The other day you were thrilled to hear that it might be Byte to Bite Industries, Inc. touted as hospitality AI, coming in.
I can assure you if it so happens that Bite Industries, Inc. comes in you will not be thrilled,
loaded with debt, no corporate filing in CA means no eateries included, no repetitive transactions,
and actually how profitable it is or can be is highly debatable imo.
AND running a bunch of BS press releases but not seeing dilution is fools play because companies don't run them just for exercise. Truth be known many times there is a "3rd cousin" somewhere trading the crap out of it but go unknown, except for the ones that get caught.
Most are just plain ass junk, many are scams in one way or another, most all folks lose money and the SEC says so in a published report. Most are just pumped by those who have no clue where to look for red flags ,or anything else for that matter. A very many of the scams go unscathed because are never called out for their BS & there appears to have been a lot of that going on here including one day or hour spikes that crashed touted as ran to this or that price with great liquidity on all of about 75k shares and had to have been buys & sells included in that. And I believe calling out the bs will make a difference on any other go around if there is one.
good luck with it.
All the ? marks are just showing where all the * are so you can ignore those. This was downloaded from otcmarkets so there should no question about what it says.
Correct, and to clarify what I was saying, EGOC did not file 3rdQ or a late filing, at that point it was noncompliant and should have turned pink limited as soon as otcmarkets got to it and it usually happens within a couple days. If the Subscription to the OTC Disclosure & News Service
lapsed, I don't believe it would have access to file anything. And also needs a verified

And I do believe an issuer must stay Subscribed to the OTC Disclosure & News Service
Since EGOC also has not bothered to update profile within 6months, or 3rd Q file, it may be possible there has been a lapse in its subscription, and could be locked out?
Just a guess.
And as as far as I'm concerned the SEC should take its keys away and lock it out anyway, IMO
It is also a fable that it costs $10,K or whatever to file. as "filings" are included in the subscription to OTC Disclosure & News Service, as it appears. and is how I understand it.
TCQX and OTCQB companies:

According to otcmarkets there are no exceptions unless the company has filed notification of late filing.
For whatever reason it got overlooked.
Look at what Pretzel did at or to BRSE? I would say TO BRSE
"Mr. Petzel gonna be strolling over here sooner then later. Look what he just did with BRSE "
CHAG another from the pumpy boy bit the dust.
But yet you are still here with recent pumpy posts,
what a loser, lol
Oh, and btw, under other business actives, BRSE is listed as an "inactive vehicle"
so this would confirm BRSE is a shell? Files? expert market? worse?
Lose lawsuit and bankruptcy? time will tell.
This also may need clarification? Is this a complete list of activities?
https://files.brokercheck.finra.org/individual/individual_7764545.pdf
As an independent broker for Spartan in New York, and Broker in Puerto Rico just where BRSE happens to be located by way of "office" location only Corporate "office" phone has been busy 24/7 and appears to be a mobile.
How about we form a company in 2019 loaded it Total Amount Sold $2,230,000 USD
and pawn it off on BRSE for how ever many common shares that were recently issued.
And possibly debt payoffs to self, family or friends at some point before lawsuits are settled which would probably sink the entire ship.
If or when BRSE files again, and if I am still around, whatever is filed will be gone through with a fine tooth comb.
Would that work for you okay? You do what you do , and I'll do what I do.
maybe if drgv just had a few more crusty old warts on the end of its nose the green doggie poo would want to buy more.
