I seem to recall the Suljas are Seventh Day Adventists. Something like that.
digital: i recall a chunk of time last year when all some would post about was naked shorting.
RSHN is approaching $0.0001. At that price, I'd give that a look see. em
digital...they said they were buying more shares than were available, maybe they sold more than were available too. i would bet that Adam S Gottbetter might have an idea how that type of financial manipulation works. em
What is the investment potential to common stockholders of this company now? What is a realistic upside pps in 3, 6 and 9 months out? If an investor had the choice of tossing $1,000 in the fireplace on a cold night vs buying $1,000 of SLJB stock, which action would bring the greatest (realistic) return to the investor? I'd say toss the $$$ into the fireplace. At least, the investor would be warmed for a little while vs bying $1,000 of SLJB stock and getting a screwing into the forseable future. Just imo. em
...and blamed for Global Warming. em
Then there are those 50,000,000 shares sent from NV to "the Arabs." Anybody know if Steve or Petar or Andrew claim to be Arabs?
Oooooooo, I'm tingling. Only 6 degrees away. That's still pretty far away but closer than we've been in... I just thought about it, we're still screwed. The tingle went away.
i heard Kevin Bacon was there too. em
true, true. the FBI has bigger fish to fry like the war against terror than to give a rat's patute about a couple of very minor building supplies characters somewhere in Canada.
conspiracy! could the conspiracy involve those inside who supposedly bought more shares than were aviailable and who knows what other creative investment/capitalization/pps valuation tricks? ...or the supposed sale of restricted shares? or ???
tks for the info. em
i drank my share of the coolaid the company and representatives of the company ladled out and i'm ticked at myself for not being a more disciplined investor and really ticked at the company for what i believe are its actions in this. i believe the SLJB principals realize SLJB is so damaged as a public entity that even they are ready to pull the plug...they may have already. now i'm at the point where i don't really care but i've come to respect some of the posters here and enjoy reading what they have to say. checking in has become part of the daily routine and i am curious how this is all going to turn out.
12ring...really775 is right, imo. it seems that PV was making promises and not keeping them, the co was PR'ing and virtually nothing proved to be true. outside forces did not bring SLJB down, imo, it was company actions/inactions and the actions/inactions of person(s) representing the company to the public that brought SLJB down. it is true, the smart money moved on. all that is left here of the investment community is pure craps money that no one knows of anywhere else to put it rather than giving it away or burning it and emotionally held shares by those who feel they got screwed and they don't want to take the loss. i was one of those up until recently and still hold a few shares because i'm not fully ready to accept reality, yet. there is no proof that Prime in Alberta will yield anything of benefit to SLJB stockholders or that it is even an SLJB asset. i personally feel it isn't. imo, SLJB is dead and the shares are still trading. it's on life support and waiting for the OSC to pull the plug out of the wall.
i found a website to a company by this name in Dallas and just sent an e-mail to them asking if they are NCFC. i'm only holding 75,000 shares of NCFC. em
is there a website? i can't find one. em
jake8812...that PV diatribe should be dated. it is months old.
wasn't there supposed to be an OSC thingie today?
HUSTLA, you sound a little skeptical as am i. i'm going to have to be convinced that anything to do with BioPharm has anything to do with SMMW. if the BioPharm guy is now the CEO of SMMW, that doesn't mean a thing to SMMW stockholders in a company to company sense. so he's the CEO, so what is what i'd have to say? so far as we know, SMMW has the same assets or lack thereof as its had for the past year, no?
Does anything BioPharm is doing have anything to do with SMMW?
what assets were purchased, is that known? has Dan advised us yet? i'm wondering what benefit will come to us as a result of Dan buying a shell. i'm wondering if the shell as been placed in the SMMW company or if SMMW is going to migrate into the shell and SMMW changes its name for some purpose?
an empty shell? what value is there for SMMW stockholders if Dan bought an empty shell (BioPharm)? i thought he was buing a company that had a product line to sell. am i wrong? if it is an empty shell, what possible value could that have to SMMW stockholders? it isn't an OTCBB shell, is it?
new shares for ENTECH...any idea how many new shares may be issued? anybody?
why are insiders (mgmt and board) selling like crazy (August)?
ahhhh, Leon Festinger. em
let's say Paul is no idiot. i agree, there has to be a plan beyond what Dan has been doing with SMMW the past 2 years. that is the tantalizing part.
the RushNet store links to AR in bottles but not in cans. what's up w/that? tks. seeker1.
is there a link from RushNet to AR? i can find a link from AR to RushNet but not the other way. if not, why do you think Bob doesn't link AR to RushNet? maybe he does and i missed it.
not-to: you have insite i haven't read before. very interesting and appreciated. em
whew! finally someone else on my side of the possiblities. you always have been a woman of reason, jannie.
damn. i want to retire in 16 months. could the timetable be moved up just a little?
sand: i'm simply saying that the promoters must have been the KORE south bunch and not the Suljas. while the Suljas had and seem to have lost the ability to run a viable building supplies company the zing didn't come into the picture until the Texas bunch got involved.
i'm saying nothing about true/false or PR's other than the promotional punch that got the investment community's attention all of a sudden came spewing forth. either it was there all along and the Suljas and PV were sitting on it or someone else with that punch entered the game.
all of this is in the context of...i doubt that the Suljas or anyone now connected to SLJB corp. has the pazaaz to make the stock go again as it did. i don't think they have the knowhow or ability or hutzpa or cunning or guts or bla, bla, bla. all of those attributes i assign to others outside of the Sulja family and with them or other like them absent i feel this puppy hasn't got a chance of regaining the publics' interest, ergo...$0.0001 and no bid, here we come. imo
well then, promotional plan. it is hard for me to believe that Steve and family came up with all of the ideas that backed the PR's put out in the SLJB name. i'm guessing the idea people were KORE south with input from KORE north. what we've seen these past months is a total lack of flash/flair that was present until the fall in Nov. what's different...KORE south doesn't seem to be playing any longer.
according to what we read, KORE south came up with the share strategy. it is that Steve and whomever is left of SLJB doesn't seem to be promoter enough to advance the stock from here even if everything turns out ok for him w/the OSC and other regulators. the promotional brains seem to be missing and it is more than the attorneys said to clam up. the 2006 players don't seem to be playing anymore.
speculation that a beer company was going to make an offer. it may have been Budweiser.
well then, who came up w/the Loftwerks/Sulja/SMMW plan? Andrew and Dennis seem to have been in it before PV and then the Suljas were solicted or invited in.
alien: you may very well be right. ...and the sick thing is if anyone wanted to get out from under their shares, they can't...unless they make a deal with a willing MM at under $0.0001/share. real companies that grow their pps don't act as this company has acted in the past couple of years. that was our clue that SMMW wasn't going anywhere as it was.
I was holding Hansen during the 2-day, 50 point run-up a couple of years ago. I have a lot more shares of RSHN than I had of Hansen. I'm ready this time if we get that kind of luck.
this is the best bet that i have going. i just sold some SLJB i have been reluctant to take a loss on but sucked it up and dumped most of it. that opens up a little $$$ that i think i'll put into additional RSHN. GL to us all.
looking at what Andrew and friends were talking about w/NANNACO around 2003, diversifying into building/building materials seems to have been of interest to them. i have to believe they are continually looking and doing in the bidness world. if they don't go to jail, they very well could end up being very rich.
that's my point Jannie. the creative part of the plan could very well have been Andrew & friends and PV. i'd guess they came up with the plan w/a little help from Steve and family/friends as the plan matured. thinking that Andrew had the vision, i don't see Steve and family coming up with anything like that in the future that would have the potential of moving the stock beyond what the street values a very small-time building supplies business in Canada. my guess is that the street will value it somewhere close to $0.001/share.
