Pump and Dump Schemes
"Pump and dump" schemes, also known as "hype and dump manipulation," involve the touting of a company's stock (typically microcap companies) through false and misleading statements to the marketplace. After pumping the stock, fraudsters make huge profits by selling their cheap stock into the market.
Pump and dump schemes often occur on the Internet where it is common to see messages posted that urge readers to buy a stock quickly or to sell before the price goes down, or a telemarketer will call using the same sort of pitch. Often the promoters will claim to have "inside" information about an impending development or to use an "infallible" combination of economic and stock market data to pick stocks. In reality, they may be company insiders or paid promoters who stand to gain by selling their shares after the stock price is "pumped" up by the buying frenzy they create. Once these fraudsters "dump" their shares and stop hyping the stock, the price typically falls, and investors lose their money.
I guess not. WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

I need more shares. Bring it down!
I was joking around. The know boat is about as seaworthy as the Titanic at the bottom of the ocean.
Yeah like hanging out on a blog the night before the self imposed deadline to release the AFs.
A routine checkup? More like a full cavity search.
Keep selling me more shares you weaklings. I'm going to sell your shares for 5 bucks in a month.
Yes sell me more shares!
Fill my order already!
I need more shares, keep holding this down a little while.
Those in the "know boat" are loading here today.
Funny how he quotes the bible in his profile too. What a joke. God should come out with an 11th commandment, thou shall not pump and dump.
A fool and his money are quickly parted.
Looking good today.
I was watching a Florida Panthers hockey game the other night and saw that USXP had an advertisement on the boards down in one of the corners. I know these ads don't come cheap, especially the ones seen by the TV cameras.
CWRN about to go. RSI moving up now.
CWRN, RSI trying to recover after some late massive dumping. .0008 is bottom.
DPER looks like a bottom.
UBDE u'ting hard!
Looks like MMs are clearing their inventory in anticipation of what's to come. Smart move IMO.
Nice post Petar.
I thought mine was off. Thanks.
CWRN, I'm showing a huge spread between the ask and the bid. .0009 x .0016. Is that correct?
Rufus screwed all the longs here. Happy New Year to you Rufus. I'm sure you will spend 2007 trying to hide and move your assets from one bogus trust to another.
I doubt that Petar even knew when the WS article was going to run. It's just not how newspapers work. I'm sure he knew that there would be a story once the reporter cornered him, but as far as the timing and the context of the story, I'm sure Peatr was in the dark, although by the answers to his questions, I'm sure he knew it wasn't going to be positive. Bottom line is that Petar never had AFs and the fact that he set a dropdead date of Nov. 15th to keep the massive short interest that he and his cronies had accrued under that radar says it all. Petar has assets and I think the shareholders at this point would be well advised at this point to seek recompense.
He's probably just some teenager getting his jollies posting on a stock board. It just goes to show don't trust anyone on the internet. Heck, he might even be Petard in the flesh pumping away while he sets his GTCs at .02.
You're certainly in good company if you're a bagholder on this board. Where does the line for the class action begin? I want a piece of Petar's 7+ million he made dumping while he pumped.
