You just need to ask yourself which is closer to coming true.
A) The folks who say VERB is going down further in share price (when it’s at the lowest it’s been in years)
B) The folks who say VERB will be rising exponentially in share price because the delta between its current low and high ($46) is so great. But, Rory has also built a massive opportunity for this enterprise in the last 2 1/2 years also.
Take your pick and remember Telx was not a pipe dream but rather a launching pad for greater things.
The average blue collar worker cannot buy Telsa shares en mass either. They can and will with VERB.
Institutions have been and continue to accumulate.
Time is almost up.
Sometimes stocks message boards get very goofy.
But, I do think smart investors sift through BS and focus on meaningful data/dialog. They read to learn not figure out personal vendettas.
Things are changing.
Common shares will be in short supply for buyer soon. Watch.
In my opinion.
They have during the period of “building the beast”. But quarterly financials are a lagging indicator and not good at anticipating or forecasting future success.
Many in the investment community want to move away from lagging indicators/Q’s about where we have been, and instead concentrate on leading indicators/KPI’s to understand where we are going.
I think investors with a positive outlook for VERB will prosper, and those with a negative view will sell and disappear soon.
Someone has and is loading up, if you’ve been paying attention. All my opinion.
Telsa traded at $180 just about 18 months ago and before the 1-5 forward split. Today Tesla is at $857 or $4,285 adjusted for the split (2300%)
I won’t say VERB Technology Company is like Tesla, because it’s not. It’s better because of a few factors....but you have to do your own reconnaissance to understand what those might be that make this a home run.
All my own opinion and based on my own due diligence.
See my next post for a puzzling question.
I am a diehard Rory believer and investor here at VERB, aren’t you?
Are you saying nothing will happen here?
He who laughs last, laughs best.
It will be interesting to observe the folks who will come out of the woodworks to say they knew this would be a huge success all along.
Yes, but why is that too high?
None have accomplished what Rory Cutaia has.
My thesis is to follow success. Rory Cutaia is success.
And that pendulum will swing back soon, bigger than before.
Funny - but I challenge that thesis.
Becoming successful in anything, business, investing, parenting requires immense commitment, sacrifice and dedication.
The long hard road is ALWAYS the less traveled path because it is not easy.
If being wealthy/rich was easy, everyone would be.
That’s ultimately decided by the market, the board of directors, the investors, the customers/users.
Not as simple as you believe.
Ok, good for you. Good luck.
Most people give up just when they're about to achieve success. They quit on the one yard line. They give up at the last minute of the game one foot from a winning touchdown.
Ross Perot
Whether Telx was public, private or not for profit is immaterial.
Success is success IMO.
Good things take time, easy things don’t last.
Rory doesn’t know how to make money? Really?
Look into Telx, a multi BILLION dollar startup Telecom disrupter that Rory founded. From nothing to de facto standard in the telecom space worth BILLION’s.
The concept was brilliant. Up until Telx’s founding, Telecom companies were investing billions of dollars in their own individual infrastructure to deliver to customers.
In one fell swoop, Telx developed “co-location towers” which were very high tech buildings where TelCom companies could lease the connections to customers through Telx’s exchanges which were much much cheaper. Nothing like it had ever existed before and it took off big time.
In 2015 Telx was worth almost $2 Billion but it’s much bigger now (6 years later?

I become suspicious when I read posts like this simply because they seem silly.
Let’s talk about interactive video technology within the CRM and streaming video conferencing verticals.
Is it good? Will it grow? Are more people engaged by it and does it improve sales?
These questions seem like a better use of board space here.
I would disagree.
Market manipulation is being uncovered by masses of retail investors.
If in 12 months there is no increase I will begin to revaluate why traction isn’t occurring.
It just started as in “days ago”. Must be prudent and give it some time.
No explanation necessary.
I can only provide the water, not make you drink.
Common sense.
Unfortunately it’s a dying commodity and it’s very rare to see it used in practice. It was used on GameStop however.
VERB is and has been undervalued.
I appreciate you trying to convince me otherwise.
Good luck.
Seems logical as the entire world understand short positions. We haven’t even begun talking about market makers manipulation and algorithms.
We are all entitled to our own opinions. And there is no manipulation in the market with GameStop or any other security. We’ll agree to disagree.
Manipulation is surrounding us, if you look closely.
Your perception is only one of many. Glad you benefited.
VERB’s share price has always been suppressed. I have said it many times.
Funny, but when GameStop investors wouldn’t allow the giant hedge funds/market makers to continue their games with the stock price, all hell broke loose.
Funny how value can change quickly when perception beats reality or reality beats perception.
One thing is for certain, stock manipulation has been uncovered by the masses. Investors now see what is possible.
I am seeing them on YouTube, Facebook, Linked In, Instagram, All Search Engines I use (Yahoo, Google, etc), Online News Outlets (Fox, Yahoo), Television (Bloomberg TV, etc).
All out assault on media and social media. Just beefing up now. Let’s give it 12 months and see progress and measure backwards.
Talking about consistency is sales, one just needs to ask an intellectual question...Why are all the worlds leading Network Marketing and MLM companies all flocking to VERB Technology Companies Interactive Video CRM and VERBLive live streaming video conferencing software platform?
Millions and millions of network marketing representatives are just beginning to be exposed to a superior way of presenting and selling b2b, remotely.
This is only just beginning.
Thank you. Just trying to be honest.
When you find a great concept/technology to invest in, grab it, if you BELIEVE in it.
In this case the technology is innovative, exciting & disruptive, but the people behind it are even more exiting than the technology. Rory Cutaia (Telx), Nancy Heinen (Apple), Judy Hammerschmidt (Herbalife), Jim DuBois (Microsoft), Kyle Nelson (Twitch, Fox, MySpace).
It’s a winner and in time, will prove many of us longs correct.
Believe in what you hold as it’s extremely extremely valuable.
I disagree, respectfully.
Never fall in love with a stock is a popular saying for people who are are proponents of “diversified” investment portfolio’s.
Yet, some of the most successful investors in the world are proponents of buying a select few securities (that they believe in) and holding long term, and making many hundred multiple of their original investment. While 99% of the American public make their average 5%- 8% annual return. Ask Warren Buffet.
Why, thank you for you concern for my well being.
I am not putting myself through anything that all speculative investors should not be accustomed to. Everyone loves an underdog and as many have acknowledged here the trading volume and trading patterns of this security have been at best suspect.
With that in mind, I am prepared to hold for another year and wait and see what happens. I’m hoping 2021 is really an incredible year for VERB and it’s shareholders, but am also prepared should it not be.
If revenue and events occur this year, I could see us moving up into the $75 - $90 range quickly.
Do your own research however.
Unless significant material events and revenues occur, I’m am uncertain.
It really depends if you’re taking a long term or short term view to profitability in your portfolio.
